Sort of a hole in the wall in a shopping center with deferred maintainence. I've tried their chicken wrap and lamb kebab and the lamb was some of the best I've ever had. Not gamey at all probably some type of Dorper. The chicken for me was not good and seemed like it had been cooked before and then microwaved for when I ordered. I would reccomend ordering the lamb kebab. The guy at the register is always very gracious. The place is never crowded, it looks like they could do with half their current space. Give this restaurant some business so it stays in business! read more

I will admit, I was super sad when I pulled into the parking lot to realize my beloved Angels kitchen was now halal grill. I figured since I had driven 30 minutes for my favorite Mexican dish, I might as well stay and try Halal. Well, I am glad that I did! The owner is the sweetest and gave me some pointers and let me taste some sauces since my Husband can be quite picky when it comes to spice. The chicken is so tender and juicy!! Like literally the best chicken I've ever had. The hummus is very creamy and I swear I could drink it! It is in a small shopping center and doesn't get as get the attention it deserves. A very pleasant surprise in a non descriptive shopping center whose claim to fame is by the Police Station. Ended up trying the chicken wrap. It was hefty with a lot of chicken which I loved! The veggies that come in the wrap were to tangy for my liking and they wilted a lot because of the heat of the chicken. I will have to modify for my taste when I order again. Lamb wrap was delicious with very flavorful and tender lamb pieces and a nice amount of sauce and vegetable. I went with my kids and we ordered the beef kabob plate, lamb plate, and a chicken wrap to go. Everything was absolutely amazing--fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. This place has only been open for about 6 months and I'm so glad I gave it a try. When we walked in there was nobody at the register to greet us but I was okay with that because it gave us time to look at the menu board. We were a little weary about eating there because they had no other customers at the time. We stood there for a few minutes and the owner came out and apologized. He was in the kitchen preparing a take out order. Boy, was I so thankful we stayed. Food was delicious. We ordered the Eggplant & combo kabob plate. The eggplant was so delicious, it came with hummus, salad & rice. The kabob combo comes with lamb, chicken, rice, hummus & salad. All dishes comes with complimentary pita, yogurt sauce & hot sauce. I had the combo over rice, which was absolutely delicious. The chicken was incredibly tender, while the lamb was juicy and full of flavor.

Omg soooo good. The whole family loved everything they ordered. 2 people ordered the afghan wrap which was huge. One got the quesadilla which was grilled perfectly and on a wrap so the texture was delicious. Another person got the chicken kabobs and he said they were moist and flavorful. I got the eggplant which was just delicious. It was not too mushy and the sauce put it over the edge. The kids got a falafel plate. The falafels were perfect, the rice was fluffy moist and seasoned wonderfully. The fries were even delicious with their own season salt. The family also tried some dessert and said the chocolate pistachio was the best. Dessert is not my thing so I'm taking their word. The staff was very sweet and attentive. It was a Friday night and we only saw one other person come in. So please try this place to keep them in business. The food is very good. The food is spot on. This is not a glamorous place. If you are here for good kabob and quality meat, this will be your jam. First time here and we will make this our go to week night quick eat in and/ or take out as well. I work near this restaurant. A lot of the younger people in my office were telling me how great and fresh it was. I did not know what Halal food was, so I was hesitant. Today, I went with my wife and tried it. I know what Halal is now. It is delicious.the prices are very reasonable and cheaper than a fast food restaurant and a way better quality than some of the bigger restaurants. I hope this restaurant survives and is in our community for a very very, very long time. And try the pomegranate dessert. It is amazing and surprising. read more
