Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out. Very professional and glad It was a good and smooth process coming from horrible situation with water damage. Chris completed his job but the overall job isn't fully complete. Still have to work with them for the rebuild and hope the process continues to be smooth and effortless.

Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn't tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn't need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn't realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we're so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I'm definitely recommending them to friends and family.

Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

It's always the little things that stand out the most -- they showed up when they said they would, finished when they promised, and kept my house incredibly clean while they worked. They were beyond respectful of my property throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for any drywall repairs. Unfortunately, we had extensive damage from a leaking roof, but they completed all the repairs in a very timely manner. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

The trouble started on a Monday morning. I put the garden hose into the flower bed that runs along the back of my house to do some watering. I accidentally left the water running for 3 to 4 hours before I realized I had left it on. Water seeped into my house. I used the carpet shampooer to suck up water for three or four days before I became aware that the walls in my living room we're very soft. That's when I knew the water had done much more damage to my living room and two of my bedrooms than I had realized. I called my insurance company and they told me I needed to have water mitigation done right away. Through Home Advisor I found Haldeman Restoration Company who employs Austin Hsu. Austin quickly became my knight in shining armor. He took charge and oversaw everything from the moment I called him. First of course was the water mitigation, and because of my bad lungs -- air purification, both of which Austin started within an hour and a half of my phone call to him. Then everything needed to be moved out of the affected rooms. Everything was moved out to a pod in my driveway. Testing of the walls in the affected rooms for lead paint and asbestos had to be done. Asbestos was found so a special crew came out to do the demolition. This was followed by more testing to be sure the rooms were cleared of the offending asbestos. Then a little more water mitigation. Then came time for the build back. An estimator, JD Defreece also with Haldeman Restoration Company, came out. And now in about five more days the build back will begin. Austin Hsu of Haldeman Restoration Company made the arrangements for all of these tasks to be done. He worked with each company and with my insurance company to make sure everything was on track. This horrible accident had the capability of causing me a lot of stress. But thanks to Haldeman Restoration Company and Austin Hsu the whole process was pretty much stress free. One cannot put a price on that and I'm very appreciative. Heaven for bid something like this should ever happen to my home again. But if something were to happen I would not hesitate to call Haldeman Restoration Company. read more

A leak from my central air unit in the attic caused water damage to my second floor ceiling. My insurance provided me with a list of preferred contractors and I chose HRC. I notified my carrier of my choice and within 3 hours I received a call from Jason. He scheduled a site visit for the next day. JD was right on time and wrote up some things that he felt should be added to the carriers list of items to be completed. JD explained the process of what would happen next with the carrier, which was spot on. The day the additional work was approved Jason called and sent over a contract. I signed and 2 days later I was contacted by Gorin, the project manager for my work. Gorin let me know that he was looking at schedules and would get back to me with a start date. 1 day later Gorin contacted me and a start date was set. The crew were AMAZING! They took great care in tarping and masking everything to protect the rest of my home. Their workmanship was top notch and they finished the project 1 day early! Two things I want to point out that I think sets HRC apart.... 1st. The crew finished the job early and texted me that they done and were just cleaning up, I closed my garage door remotely... when I got home not only was the workmanship excellent but the time and detail they spent on making sure my home was literally in the same condition (if not even a little better (LOL) just showed such professionalism. 2nd... and more importantly, Gorin came to check on the final work himself... not only did he check their work... he crawled up into my attic and noticed that the original problem, that I was told was fixed was not... he noticed that The central unit was still leaking, thus allowing me to get someone out so that I didn't have to go thru this all over again! We just completed a 6month long restoration project working with HRC. From the onset of the water damage Jason was an advocate and driving force with our less than cooperative insurance adjuster. Jason was more than patient and continued all the way to the end to push on the insurance and support us through every step of this project. Jason's team was by far the best we have worked with in our many home projects over the years. From his go to team (Paul and Vlad) to Tony the cabinet guy and both Alex and Ilya the tile and granite artists the team was on time, in budget and work quality was second to none. It was a long journey having close 70% of our home damaged from water but the end results were more than worth the challenges. Finally to mention the patience and flexibility Jason showed us while we worked through the hassle of installment payments from our insurance and mortgage companies was more than generous. While the payment parties stalled and added almost two months to this process, Jason stayed the course, kept the crew working and continued to be our advocate. If you are in a situation where your home has been damaged I would not hesitate to connect with Jason and HRC, they do top notch work and more importantly come along side of you and take the stress on their shoulders so you can continue running your life and not become a contractor yourself. The entire inside of our home was destroyed by an electrical fire December 2023. You can imagine the shock and awe about what or how to get through this. We were contacted by an "ambulance chaser" who had a fabulous dog and pony parade in their upscale Roseville Office - we were not sold. We met with/interviewed HRC/Jason (based on insurance recommendation - and not I was super skeptical). Jason addressed all my questions and I'm sure I had a bit of an attitude - you hear so much negative about companies that work for/with insurance. But we went with our gut and we are glad we did. Navigating insurance is a PIA - while we waited for full funding, we were assigned a project manager, Dorin Gana. I spoke with and/or met with him frequently. Once we were fully funded (May 2024) his commitment was that a majority of work would be done in the first part of September - HE DELIVERED. Not only is he an amazing PM, every-single sub-contractor save for one (and this was addressed immediately) met or exceeded their timelines, and on that rare occasion when it had to move, the result of our lender inspection process, the communication was stellar. While we would not wish what we went through on anyone, we would highly recommend HRC. We can't say enough about Dorin Gana either. His commitment to us to his understanding my vision for our home, and his problem solving when that vision would pose a functional challenge was a gift. Our bathroom water damage started 9 months ago and was "fixed" 8 months ago. That experience (from a different company) was awful, so many problems and re-dos. Fast-forward to April and everything had to be redone and more. I spoke with our insurance adjuster requesting the best restoration company he knew, and his immediate answer was Haldeman. Over the past few months Haldeman has restored our bathroom and redone our flooring in the entire house. Dorin was the project manager, and he really went above and beyond to make things run smoothly. Our biggest concern was our cats because everything in our house had to be packed out and put into storage. Dorin scheduled it with all the companies and inspectors involved so that there were no gaps between services and everything was done in 10 days. The project seemed overwhelming, especially because it was a mix of dealing with my insurance company covering part of the cost and I was covering the other. Dorin put my mind at ease right away, he dealt with the insurance company and walked me through every step of the process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and with respect. The job was estimated to take 3 days but Oscar and Eduardo finished in 2!! The house looks amazing, the paint is a perfect match and you cant even tell there was issue. We had HRC do a garage reconstruction project for us after it was damaged by a vehicle. Thankfully, the work was covered by insurance and HRC did great reconstruction work. Actually, we were so impressed by the craftsmanship of their craftsmen, we had them do some additional work for us on the house. In all, we had the garage repaired, added two new pass through doors, had the garage door replaced, had extensive dry rot repaired, had a new roof installed, had a new paint job on the house, had new outdoor lights installed and had a new front door and security door installed. All of the people we worked with were courteous and professional. We were completely satisfied with the work and the length of time it took for all of the repair work to be completed. We had a fire and had to have most of our home restored. In the beginning, the most stressful part was choosing a contractor. We met Jason and he made us feel confident about choosing his company. We were not disappointed. Jason negotiated everything with our insurance company and kept us in the loop. He also gave us some awesome suggestions on updates to our home. Dorin was our project manager, nicest guy ever! He did an amazing job of keeping us up to date on timelines and keeping all of the sub contractors on track. All of the sub contractors did amazing work and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The garage of my rental property was damaged by fire. I worked with Dorin, project manager, Haldeman Restoration Company on the repairs. Dorin was very professional. He kept me informed of the project schedule, coordinated with the tenant to access the garage for the repairs. He worked with the insurance company to get authorization on the repairs and we passed final inspection by the county. Also, I appreciate Dorin's honesty and integrity as I made an over payment due to a change order that I forgot and he made sure that I got a refund. Our experience with HRC was pretty extraordinary. Our home had horrible extensive damage. Our tear down company was not a great experience so they came in unfortunately with a lot of their emotional and physical damage to content with. However, Jason (the owner) and Doran (our project manager) calmed our fears and jumped right in. All their employees were respectful, friendly, and went farther than needed to knock it out. If one of our sons' showed interest they would explain what they were doing. People just do not really do that in these times. Especially, since my 21 year old is special needs. Tonny completed the job in less time than it took the first guy and his team to just demo some existing builder-grade tiles in my front entryway. The new flooring looked great and Tonny saved me a bunch of material that would have been wasted if the previous guy completed the job. The second time I called Tonny was for the renovation of my master bathroom shower surround. Had him remove the builder-grade corian shower walls and tub surround backsplash. He installed the subway tiles and shorted the pony wall. Looked great and felt more roomy after the job was done. Would call on Tonny again for any projects he can handle.
