I'm sure many people don't realize the community room and chapel exist. We felt the charge was minimal and gave more than asked towards the upkeep of this historic community cemetery. He provided no guidance as to choices and we had to ask alot of questions. I heard alot of 'We Can't" during the whole process. He had no idea what 'parting stones' were. At the visiting hours the water in the drinking fountain was warm, and the staff gave people a hard time when they asked for bottled water. For the church, we had to ask that they arrange for the mother, father, step parents, and brothers be able to park in front of the church to be in the funeral procession first. Again, we heard, 'We Can't" and that was unacceptable to me, so after questioning why, they did. How this funeral home is still in business after the 30 years is beyond me.

Completely disgusted with the way he treated a grieving family and of all people you'd think a funeral home director would have some sympathy.
