Stopped by for a causal dinner on April 5th 2023. Nice little place bustling with to-go's. I had Alfredo. it was good, my wife had the lasagna. She said it was lacking ricotta, but ok. bad news we were left sitting for so long, I had to call the number on the front window, to get service of our check and dessert. Seriously so good. We had pork belly tacos and they were fabulous. Pork belly pizza was fantastic. The crust is so good and the sauce on pizza was unique and amazing. I've driven by this place everyday going to work. Today decided to stop by and check it out. Glad I did! My order was correct, it was still hot, packaged well for the ride home. Now, onto the food. Played it safe and got a cesar salad, fettuccine alfredo, and spaghetti. We all had to share because all were SUPER flavorful and hands down really good! We will be back. First thing to know about the Hamblin is that we live in the area and everyone we have ever brought here has had nothing but great things to say about it. The service is excellent! Always very kind and quick but let's be honest, you're not going there for the conversation. They have a nice drink selection but their food is amazing. Get their pizza, get their wings, get their meatballs, you really can't go wrong. At least once a month we go as a family for lunch here and can't say enough how wonderful it is. You may be tempted to fill up here (I do all the time) but if you were being modest and left some room, consider going next door for a smoothie. read more

We went again today and I tried a new item, it was pizza! It was so yummy! I had the Thai one and the flavors were SO good! The small was large enough to share and even have some to take home. It's hard to believe food this good is coming out of a little restaurant in Lafayette. Literally everything here is delicious and the ingredients are super fresh and authentic. I've been there twice with a friend and have tried pizza, sandwiches, lasagna, and fish tacos. All fantastic. In fact I was not expecting good fish tacos from a mostly Italian eatery, but they were delicious. I think the only thing I might criticize is the garlic bread. It's perfectly baked but it needs a bit more butter and garlic. Regardless, give Hamblin a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Easy to pass as you make your way through Lafayette OR. But this is my favorite spot to get pizza. I live nearby in Dayton and have been on the search for the best pizza. Hamblin has the best pizzas in the area. They even make their pizza dough and mozzarella fresh in-house! Definitely stop by and try! I tried the Sweet Thai Pizza and it was amazing! They came in on a day they were normally closed and cooked 34 Spaghetti and Meatball dinners all packaged to go fresh and hot. The firefighters raved about the food!!! Yelp comes through once again! My wife and I were staying in nearby Dayton while we explored some of Oregon's Wine Country. We were very hungry and decided to try Hamblin Eatery. To claim that we were impressed would be an understatement! The steak tacos were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fish tacos tasted fresh and were grilled to perfection. (And both tacos had VERY generous portions of steak/fish). We also ordered the Sweet Thai pizza and devoured every bite; very unique and extremely flavorful! We capped it off with the Kahlúa flan, which had a fantastic consistency and was delicious to the last bite. We're from Southern California and are so sad that we don't live closer so that we could dine here frequently! read more

I am so glad we decided to stop here for dinner. We're staying just down the road and I was craving tacos and found this place on yelp and decided to check it out. My husband and I shared an order of the steak tacos, fish tacos, and the sweet thai pizza. Holy. Moly. The fish tacos were fresh and delicious, the Thai pizza was so unique and flavorful, and those steak tacos stole the show! The steak was super tender and juicy and the tortillas were excellent. For dessert we had the kahlua flan and in keeping in line with the rest of the food, it was DELICIOUS. We dined in and the servers were on top of sanitizing the tables as soon as people left. People were also getting food to go, and the employees seemed to take care of both dine in and takeout parties with ease.
