Hangry's might be best known for burgers and fries but they also serve one of the very best breakfasts around. Huge, yummy portions, cooked perfectly to order, fun and friendly service. It's a bustling, busy vibe with cute, retro decor and comfy booths. We loved it!

First of all, great 90's decor and great music as well. We were greeted and sat immediately even though they were nearly packed. All of our service was wonderful, they didn't miss a single thing. We ordered the coney fries, not sure what they were and there wasn't a description, but they were chilli fries with onion and mustard. Pretty good, HUGE plate! We were three at the table and all ordered a different burger with fries. As I said previously, they were very busy and every table was taken, but the food was coming out in about 15 minutes. Seriously impressive. The fries are really good, very crispy and well seasoned. We all agree the burgers were good, appeared to be fresh, not frozen, along with the toppings. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the menu. I am going to be on my own on this one, unpopular opinion. The menu is highly burger focused, as it should be, but it left few other options. And, I couldn't find a "jr." or "kids" sized burger. I could only eat about 1/4 of my burger, it was just too much. I would like an option for a really good, small burger. I would have liked a couple more sandwich options, especially since they already have pastrami on the menu. Maybe a couple salad options. That's just me being a little picky. Overall... great food, great atmosphere and wonderful staff.

I've been wanting to come here and finally got the chance to check it out this past weekend on my birthday. This is a small little diner spot located off the hwy in McMinnville and once you step through the front doors it takes you back to your childhood in the 90s!! It's incredible. The menu is pretty small and to the point which I like and offers what you'd expect at any breakfast diner. I didn't order anything extravagant, but it was still awesome! The hashbrowns were cooked to perfection, eggs just how I wanted and the sourdough toasted just right! I tried my son's french toast and it was also awesome, made with thick cut bread(probably Texas toast). And to top it off I had to try a homemade cinnamon roll, and it did not disappoint! The service we received was also really good, our server was very attentive. I will be back here to check out their lunch menu! Come check it out, you won't be disappointed!!

Went for the first time a few days ago and burgers were amazing. Two of us had Bacon Cheeseburgers, and one had the Hangry Burger. Delicious!! And the fries were the best!!!

The food is great and the service friendly. I love checking out the vintage posters from the 80's.

Beautiful restaurant, we really expected a bit of a crowd. We were seated and greeted, waters were provided with menus. We started our meal experience by telling our waiter that we planned to do a progressive dinner down 3rd Street. We were met with a rather disappointed / disheartened response. Their menu was absolutely stunning. Lots of great options. As this was our first stop of the evening, we went for an appetizer. The Albacore Confit absolutely out of this world. Ridiculously good. Huge portion, plated beautifully. Wonderful for the three of us to share. We all raved at how lovely the dish was. Drinks were absolutely fabulous. Gin martini was SOLID. My partner didn't care for his wine but it was a first-time try, that isn't the fault of the restaurant. The Dolores O'Riordan martini was absolutely wonderful. The bar was timely with drinks, which is always appreciated. Overall, ambiance, food, and drink were AMAZING! Absolutely a 5-star experience. However, service just did not slap. We could have survived with the disheartened response at us only staying for one-course but the end of our time with Grounded Table kinda kicked us all in the butt. As they handed me the check, we were met with "We hope you can join us for an entire meal sometime". The inflection was just catty and unnecessary. Trying to look past it, I continued to complete the check but after they departed the table, my dinner-mates both whispered under their breath "that did not just happen, how rude!" Meh, this could hae been the easiest 5-star review ever. The attitude of our server kinda blew the entire experience, the comment was unnecessary.

The atmosphere is definitely "loungy," but clean and warm. The lighting is low (perfect for hiding how much we eat) and the big tufted leather (faux, not sure, but very comfy) booths are great. Service is friendly and prompt, and if you are a regular you get an even friendlier greeting, like Norm from Cheers. We keep hoping someone will yell our name when we walk in, but so far, no luck. Lately, we opt for the bar countertop, which is harder to score than a winning lottery ticket on most nights at prime dinner time. This night, Noah was our server. He is always friendly and a genuinely nice person. Tonight, we heard about his vacation trip to see his grandmother in New Zealand--we were so engrossed we almost forgot to order our food! It amazes me how incredibly busy this bar restaurant is--full to the brim--and the staff (typically 2 servers/bartenders and 2 cooks) manage to stay friendly, tell stories, and never miss an order, check, or payout of a lottery ticket. Most nights when we go it's just Hailee working. How Hailee handles THE WHOLE BAR by herself is incredible to witness; we think she might be a magician. We love Noah, but Hailee is our favorite. The food is excellent; you can order anything on the menu and it will be good. We love the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich (sub soup, didn't know it was a $3 adder--my wallet had a mild heart attack, but it was worth it). The sandwich cost $10 and typically comes with a generous portion of fries or tots. The clam chowder was delicious, savory with lots of clams. The sandwich has a lot of gooey American cheese and the tomato slices are fresh and juicy; this meal is an incredible value at $10. We also love their club sandwich: turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and cheese on toasted sourdough, $14, served with a generous portion of fries or tots. This lounge is for adults only (sorry, kids, no tots for you here) and a cash-only establishment (so hit the ATM first, unless you want to wash dishes). Blue Moon is a local favorite and is doing a wonderful job keeping the prices reasonable for a blue-collar community in a "bougie" neighborhood. If you're visiting McMinnville, stay away--this place is for locals only (kidding, not kidding). It's a five-star experience without the five-star prices.
