Had a short visit at this hotel! My room was comfy and clean. However, no toiletries were provided (body lotion...etc) just hand soap. The 2nd floor level was spacious providing an outdoor deck with a modern fireplace and seating, an indoor bar, and nooks on the other side of the floor with couches and seating. On the 1st floor, you'll find the entrance with few seatings and valet services. I was happy to see complimentary breakfast served at the hotel but pretty disappointed in the offerings. For the coffee/tea, creamers typically served or plant based milk was not offered.

I have stayed here a few times. It is great location if you are seeing a concert at the Pavilion across the street or going to harpoon brewery. The seaport boston area is great to walk around/ shop and great restaurants. This hotel has a wonderful roof top with fire places and a great indoor rooftop space too. There is a laundry room in this hotel where guests can use. The gym is a good size too. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did have the continental breakfast one time and was not impressed by it. The eggs and the sausages weren't good. But besides that this hotel is good. Clean and rooms are a good size.

Great hotel in a great location. Service was exceptional. Minimal food offering but dozens of restaurants and shops are very close. Nice spaces to work and a good free breakfast buffet. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. Particularly Mary and Charles at the bar. Rooms are modern and spacious. I had a full ocean view. Great visit and I will return.

I had reservations at the Hilton but canceled once we couldn't park our vehicle. The Hilton has no parking. We drove .03 miles down the road to the Hyatt. They were wonderful, early check-in. Plenty of parking, water view, airport view. I highly recommend.

Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District is a hotel located at the Seaport District. It overlooks the water and it is in a great location, right next to the Boston Logan Airport. Lots of restaurants are located near the hotel. My fight was delayed approximately 4 1/2 hours. Luckily the Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District had online check-in availability. I was able to check-in prior to boarding my flight. I had arrived at the hotel around 12:30 A.M. The registration and front desk is on the second floor. You'll have to take the stairs or use the elevator to get to the hotel registration. Receiving room key cards was a breeze, even at 12:30 A.M! The room was amazing! It was so quiet. There was a office desk, couch, and a nice bed. My room was located towards the industrial area, not the seaport. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bath tub. Hyatt Place Boston / Seaport District offers complimentary breakfast buffet. The buffet included a wide variety of fresh fruit, bagels, cereals, eggs, sausage, and much more. I opted for a piece of sourdough toast and water. There was also fresh drinks such as orange juice and apple juice. Coffee and teas was also available. There is indoor dining tables and outside seating. On the second level, there is plenty of seating available to work at and meeting rooms. There is even a lounge that has an amazing view of the Seaport. On the 12th floor, there is a workout facility and laundry station. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District. All of the team members were friendly and always greeted me whenever I had arrived to the front desk area. If you're visiting for work or vacation, I'd highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

Great stay at the Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District. Location is so convenient. Easy to access from Boston Logan Airport via the Silverline or via private car. Great for an early morning walk along the harbor before breakfast. Check-in after midnight was efficient. Thanks for the water bottles. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Nice to have a couple of queen beds with extra space in the rooms. Breakfast was the typical Hyatt buffet with eggs, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal and bagels. Nice selection of TAZO teas. Great to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the fresh air while eating breakfast. Parking is pricy, but street parking is available which we used as we arrived late and left just after breakfast. The staff were very nice. The rooftop "lounge" has fireplaces and a great view. Check out the thankyou rates which are still available at many Hyatts.

The hotel was excellent when it came to servicing their clientele and cleanliness. Breakfast had a decent variety options for you to choose from. Very unexpected and lovely. Overall, it was a great hotel and will be back whenever I'm in Boston. Thank you, Hyatt Place Boston / Seaport District, awesome job.

I stayed at the Hyatt in Seaport for one night. My time at the hotel was great overall. The facilities were clean and the room was spacious. The gym had all the basics, including some cardio and weight training equipment. My favorite part was the rooftop, especially because rooftops are so few and far between in Boston. There are great views of the water and the surrounding area. In terms of location, the hotel is also fabulous, just past the main strip in Seaport. The hotel's breakfast was fairly underwhelming, considering the price per night. They had the usual foods you might expect, including eggs, bagels, sausage, and fruit. I will say they had a decent condiment selection, which I appreciated, given the food was very meh. Breakfast aside, I had a great stay!

Guys, there's a Peloton IN MY ROOM!!!
    Nicole H.

I'm honestly not a huge fan of chain hotels - the standardized rooms and luke-warm fake eggs at breakfast are not my style. Because of this, when I travel for work, a short walk to the conference hotel is perfectly acceptable if I can find somewhere fun to stay. Why, then, did I end up at a Hyatt Place for 7 days last month? It's literally a chain hotel, with a typical breakfast buffet. Well, this Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport is not your standard Hyatt. This Hyatt Place has PELOTON ROOMS. Okay, they're called "Specialty Bike Fitness Rooms," but it's literally a larger room (suite-sized actually) with a Peloton (don't worry, there's a laminate floor not carpet) along with a solid selection of weights, yoga mats, and an easily-clearable area where you can knock out strength or core classes. For the price I would have paid to be at the Omni for the conference in a standard room, I was able to do a daily workout in peace without worrying about mask requirements or whether anyone is going to look at me strangely when I'm following on-screen instructions during my ab workout. It was super simple to knock out a workout each morning before heading off to the conference, and I left the hotel feeling surprisingly healthy despite all the heavy food and alcohol that conferences generally involve. My only recommendation is that the hotel continue to offer daily housekeeping - I was able to get this as a Hyatt Explorist (well, almost every day - they forgot once), but the hotel check-in staff mentioned that they're not able to provide daily housekeeping to everyone due to labor shortages. Definitely plan to book early and snag a Peloton room for every Seaport conference in my future.

Love the front desk! So helpful and gave recommendations that really helped me get the most out of my visit. The rooms were pretty clean. There were some spots I could point out but won't. Water pressure in showered was light and shuts off periodically for a split second. Beds were a bit worn and in comfortable but I adjusted with pillows. Bar had decent drinks. They used luxardo cherries in their old fashioned but still used small ice cubes. Breakfast was just ok. Eggs, sausage, potatoes and chocolate croissant with coffeee and justice. Cereals fruit and other bread available

Is there security present overnight? I am looking to visit with my daughter and would like to know if the elevators or front doors lock with key card only access after a certain time. Thank you!

The only way to get past the second floor is to have a valid room key. It is fairly safe.

The staff was so helpful, very kind. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is well kept. Parking... ok so there is valet right at the front, they said $70. But there is a self park right next to the hotel and it was $45 for over 24 hours of parking. It's a bit of a walk if you have a ton of luggage, so you may want to drop all your stuff off out front before you self park. Easy to pay online, the hotel can help you do that!

Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown was a complete delight! The hotel was modern,…read morespacious, and clean with barely any noticeable flaws. I will highlight key points below: Room: The room was very spacious and offered a giant bathroom with big stall shower. There was a chaise lounge for relaxing, as well as a desk with a comfortable chair. Instead of a lame coffeemaker, the room included a Nespresso machine. The bath products were by a company called Apoteke from Brooklyn and seemed high-end. The television offered live TV and access to various streaming services if you entered your logins (supposedly deleted after checkout). The room was relatively soundproof from neighbors and outdoor noise. Plus, everything was spotless! The only issue was the bed, which I found lumpy and uncomfortable. I was not sure if there was a feather topper or something, but it felt like I was lying on a mattress full of crumbled tissues. The pillows were fine, though. ROSE Town Kitchen & Bar: I did not dine here, but heard the breakfasts were good. However, I was there for evening cocktails and was impressed with the vast list of beverage options. The Temperature Rising with Ghost Blanco Tequila, Chinola, lime, agave, and a tajin rim offered a great blend of heat and sweetness. The sprawling dining room and large bar made the place very comfortable. The second floor location offered a great view of the park across the street. The bar staff was also excellent. Front Desk: The check-in/out services were easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were greeted every time we returned to the hotel. Convenience Store: The lobby offered a small convenience store with snacks, beverages (including alcohol), Boston merchandise, wellness items, and more. Social Hour: I am not sure if it happens daily, but there were a few evenings during our stay where they were offering complimentary spring rolls and High Noon/hard lemonade in the lobby from 4-5 pm. Fitness Center: The 24-hour gym was huge! It offered a variety of cardio machines (3 Pelotons, tons of treadmills, 1 recumbent bike, 2 ellipticals, and 1 rowing machine), medicine balls, kettlebells, 1 set of weights (could have used more of these), 2 benches, yoga mats, and a strength station. They also had cups and a water cooler, as well as a lot of space to work out. Location: The location was spectacular if you wanted to see some of the touristy sites. Within close walking distance were some key attractions like the North End, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, Boston Public Market, and the Seaport area. Parking: They offered valet parking for around $55-$65 overnight, but we self-parked in a lot a block away for $40 a night. There were no in/out privileges, however. Aside from the bed, I thought Canopy was amazing and definitely one of the best hotels I had stayed at in the city.

While we were checking in, we overheard the front desk changing a room rate down to $600 per night because, as the employee put it, "our prices were insane." Let that sink in**. $600 was the discounted price.** They had been charging over $1,000 per night simply because there was a concert in town. That's absurd. The hotel itself is basically an old motel with a fresh coat of paint. It's clean enough, but the old, dingy carpet, outdated feel, and cheap finishes make it feel like a budget roadside motel trying to pass itself off as a boutique hotel. Their biggest "luxury" amenity is a record player in the room, which feels more like a gimmick than anything else. Parking was the biggest disaster. Before we arrived, we specifically called and asked if parking would be available because we knew there was limited capacity due to the concert. We were told yes. We arrived literally five minutes later and were told there were no spots left, forcing us to pay over $300 in parking during our two-night stay. To make matters worse, as we walked to our room, we watched them valet another guest's car right in front of us. Nobody had left. A spot didn't magically appear. They told us it was reserved for special guests. Sorry my assumption for paying your outrageous prices for this motel was that I would be included in this special guest category. (update special guests were for the trailers they keep in the back) What made everything even worse was the staff's attitude. Customer service was nonexistent. Yes, the location is convenient, but Boston has countless hotels in great locations. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. This place is an overpriced, dingy motel with a boutique price tag and some of the worst customer service I've experienced.

On the surface, this hotel presents as polished and upscale, but over time it became clear that it is a full-on Monet--looks good at a glance, but the closer you get, the more issues appear. During my stay, I was required to move rooms three times--once voluntarily after an upgrade, and twice due to serious maintenance issues, including a sprinkler-system flood. In subsequent rooms, I experienced repeated heating failures, inconsistent hot water, and even a shower head detaching during use. The heating issues were ongoing and never fully resolved. On multiple occasions, my room dropped to 66-67 degrees despite the thermostat being set to 80. Even after maintenance visits, the room never consistently warmed beyond 75 degrees. On the morning before my departure, I woke to cold air blowing again, confirming the problem persisted through the end of my stay. Management follow-through was disappointing. Promises to check back or assist were not kept, and communication was inconsistent at best. While beverage credit was offered, it did not come close to addressing the cumulative disruption, lack of rest, and stress caused by ongoing room issues over nearly seven weeks. The saving grace of this hotel was the weekday bartender, Rebecca. Monday through Friday, she greeted my colleagues and me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and grace after very long workdays. She was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, that level of service was not present on weekends, and our group ultimately chose to avoid the hotel bar until Rebecca returned. That said, I do want to acknowledge Shirley, Wendy, James, and Nate, who were consistently kind, professional, and helpful, as well as the valet staff, who were always efficient and courteous. This hotel may work for a very short stay if expectations are modest. For long-term or extended stays, however, the operational issues, lack of follow-through, and inconsistent hospitality do not align with the image or price point the property presents.

Check in staff and valet workers were friendly and greeted us with a smile. Rates were very reasonable for end of summer and with a concert so close. Room was smaller this stay around and our view was more of just a building with a small glance of TD Garden if you looked to the side. Overall a very clean room and still a good amount of space. Can not think of any complaints for our stay and would stay here again. They offer valet parking and anytime we needed the car it was quick to get it back. Inside the lobby/first floor they have plenty of seating and what they dub "The Bistro" that offers breakfast, dinner, and full bar and I believe Starbucks drinks too. Location wise it is quite ideal, obviously if your activities/work is in this area of Boston. Besides TD Garden it is also close to North station along with plenty of food and drink options. Personally for a morning coffee or matcha I say check out Blank Street Coffee, then food wise I would say take a quick walk to the North End or closer try Tavern In The Square. The environment was beautifully decorated for Christmas, like last year, and I had to take some pictures to have as desktop wallpaper on my computer. We had a very nice time and the selections on the menu were impressive. I went with the carrot cake chai black tea, mainly because it had pumpkin pie kinds of spices and vanilla rooibos. The Four Seasons high tea was a very special holiday event, and comes highly recommended!
