    The general manager has called and we spoke. He was very professional apologetic. What I appreciated about him were the following: 1) asks me for my side of the story 2) his values and importance of thanking customers that choose and be loyal to Hilton 3) next steps he will take aka training the supervisor and calling pest control 4) what he will be doing for me He lays it out in a very organized, caring fashion. I've not seen general managers that are this professional and has great conflict resolution.

    Stayed in this hotel for a few days with my husband and 20 month old twins. The hotel was pretty decent. Breakfast was excellent and the waffle batter contained no eggs whatsoever. This is the first time that I have stayed in a hotel that I was able to safely eat the waffles. I took advantage of it every morning. While my husband thought that room could have been a little bit bigger, overall it was really nice. Everything was clean. The bathtub drained well. No open plugs anywhere. They had a night light in the bathroom. The AC worked. And at the end of the day, the employees didn't mind if the kids ran up and down the hallways. If we go back to that area, we could definitely see ourselves staying here again.

    Warm and welcoming staff that was the first thing we encountered very organized and clean property loved the breakfast area and all that they had to offer a little something for everyone from dry cereals eggs, waffles yogurts, fresh fruit, toast, juices, coffee drinks. Cameras up and down the hallways Felt quite safe being here you can hear a light music playing in the hallways to all housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating rooms for spacious TV microwave mini fridge. Plenty of parking outside the beds were quite comfortable. Nice amenities in the room, shampoos conditioners lotions, body wash, held in large containers easy pump and then a bar of face soap. Easy access to the freeway. Not far from restaurants or shops, so nice quiet area but definitely stay here again.

    I stayed at the Hampton Inn Livermore for a nearby wedding and had a pleasant time here. Staff was great upon check-in and gave us a couple of bottled waters. They also had coffee near the front desk which I partook in. Our room was nice, on the first floor and looking over the pool. Our room was clean, beds were comfy and everything was as it should be. Nice experience at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

    This was pretty gross. There was a band-aid on the phone in our room.

    Clean, quiet and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was great and fitness room had what I needed. Pet friendly as well.

    Nicholas is the man I dealt with him and he was the coolest guy ever, if you go there I pray you get him he was the best!!!!!

I'm not saying all, but there's only one receptionist named Trena whom I felt was more empathetic in my situation and was the only one who made us feel welcome and seemed happy to help. When I first arrived, I was struggling to unload everything out of the car since I had my baby in a stroller and they were able to assist me. All other members made it feel like we were bothering them when we are asking for help. We are a military family and we stayed here for a long-term maybe for over two weeks while waiting for our apartment to be available. We have a newborn and cats. They have so much red tape tapes and house rules when it comes to housekeeping. They keep on saying that it's California law that guests must stay out during housekeeping, however when I looked it up I cannot find any law saying that guests must stay out when they're doing housekeeping. One of their house rules is that we cannot stay at all inside the room while their housekeeping second is that we have to keep the cats in the kennel when they are housekeeping. Having to put the cats in the kennel and moving outside the lobby with a newborn every other day is not an easy job. I tried to compromise and put the cats inside the bathroom while they clean the main area, but they still won't allow or accept that compromise. They're just not understanding at all with certain people's situation. When it comes to following rules, they're pretty black and white and unwilling to help customers out.

Parking was easy and accessible. Once we were settled, our room was clean and spacious, located on the third floor away from the elevator, which kept things quiet. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the front desk hostess was genuinely kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the issues started right away. The first room we were given had a strong curry smell, and we had to request a different room. While they did move us without much hassle, that's something that should have been caught beforehand. The bathroom in the new room felt old and worn, with dated fixtures that need updating. The shower was the biggest letdown--water pressure was extremely weak, the pipes rattled loudly, and the shower head made an odd high-pitched "singing" noise the entire time. Breakfast downstairs wasn't worth it, and the coffee was just as disappointing. We ended up heading out to a local breakfast spot instead. Overall, the hotel benefits from its location and room size, but it clearly needs upgrades and better attention to maintenance.     Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Room Conditions…read more I had a very frustrating experience with both the hotel's service and room conditions. 1. Poor Front Desk Responsiveness After checking out, I realized I had left behind my extended MacBook cable and charger. I called the front desk that evening, but the night shift representative put me on hold for 15 minutes without returning. I called a second time and was again placed on hold for another 20 minutes while they supposedly checked the logbook and Lost & Found, but no one ever came back on the line. On my third call, I was told a note would be left for housekeeping and that I should call back the next morning. When I did, I was simply told nothing had been reported and the case was closed. This process was extremely inefficient and a complete waste of time. There was no follow-up, accountability, or real effort to assist. 2. Poor Room Air Quality In addition, the room's air quality was very poor. Although I don't typically have allergies, I woke up the first night with an itchy throat, runny nose, and sneezing. The symptoms were bad enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. I had to turn off the air conditioning to feel better, which made the room uncomfortably stuffy. As a result, I did not get a good night's sleep and had to purchase allergy medication the next day. Overall Between the lack of customer service and the uncomfortable room conditions, this stay did not meet basic expectations. That said, we had a wedding in Livermore and this was the hotel the wedding party was staying at. I couldnt have been more pleasantly surprised. Rooms were massive and incredibly clean. Staff was kind and accommodated both my early check-in and late check-out requests. For a Residence Inn, this place was a homerun.
