UPDATE: My husband and I stayed here for three nights in Jul/Aug 2025. All staff we interacted with were helpful and professional. The check-in process was simple and the room was clean and came with a microwave and refrigerator as advertised. Special shout-out to front desk staff member Samantha who seemed cheerful every time I interacted with her and was also very helpful - no problem getting extra towels and trash bags (how two people can generate so much trash in a few days...sheesh). The breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating; the food was fine, exactly what I expected based on visits to other Hilton properties with free hot breakfast. Some positives: The interior was going through a renovation, but it never interrupted our stay (workers did not start too early making noise, etc.). One outlet in our bathroom did not work but they sent a maintenance person to our room right away and had it fixed. I didn't have a vehicle with me, but the amount of parking seemed reasonable. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Bob Evans restaurant in walking distance. We would stay here again when visiting the area. read more

We recently stayed this past weekend at the Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls, New York We stayed there overnight for a cross-border shopping trip It's nice and convenient as it's right near all the shopping places that I like to go to like Target, TJ Maxx and the Fashion Outlet Mall We found a good deal online for the stay We were able to check-in a bit earlier than the time you normally can The room and hotel were extremely clean and tidy There was some renovation going on our floor but it was neatly cordoned off The bed was nice and comfortable Breakfast is included in your stay the next day and it was really good I had an omelette and French toast sticks and scrambled eggs, which were in the buffet The only thing you may have to tolerate is the noise from the freeway nearby It can be noisy if you are a light sleeper but it didn't bother me I would definitely come back again to stay at this location for my next shopping trip there read more

Stayed over at the Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls for a cross border shopping trip It's our usual go-to hotel when we go for shopping and stay overnight The hotel is situated just off the 190 and Niagara Falls Blvd A word of warning when staying here is that if you have a room in the southwest side of the building, chances are you are going to hear the freeway noise We were both city dwellers before so falling asleep to it is no prob for us but if you're not used to it ...you may need something to drown out the noise Check in was a breeze Able to check in about 45 mins before check in time Our room was immaculately clean and tidy Applaud to the housekeeping staff Bed was comfy Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next day which is always something we like when staying at a Hampton Some of the trays of food needed a bit more heat to them as some of food was just warm but it didn't spoil our meal Good variety today ...scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patties, omelettes and French toast sticks There was some renovations on our floor but they were neatly covered away from the guests to see Price point was great for a Sunday stay Will definitely come back to this location again for our shopping trips to Niagara/Buffalo region read more

I got int my room both the alarm clock and phone were disconnected from the wall which I have never see before. I should have known. When I plugged them both in neither worked. I went down to the front desk and I was told "there are no more phones to give you" when I asked if there was another alarm clock she said "no". No apology for not being able to switch these things out and no interest or offer to come to the room to see if she could figure out something that maybe I missed. Terrible customer service. Clearly these were both NOT working when the room was cleaned and still nothing was done about it. read more

I don't like dishing out one star reviews, but this Hampton Inn is one of the worst in the Hilton chain. I'm a Diamond Hhonors member and I stay at hotels in the Hilton portfolio worldwide. I am hoping they will either de-identify or at least force this place to make some much-needed renovations, because it's a mess. First, it's located in a not-so-great area. There's a very sketchy apartment complex next door, and I'm glad I wasn't traveling alone or I would have been legit afraid for my safety. Luckily our rental car didn't get broken into or stolen, but it was a concern I had all night long. I don't think this was a super dangerous area, but it certainly was on the wrong end of acceptable. Check-in was easy although we arrived late at night, and the lobby was presentable. Our room, however, was very sad and musty. The bed looked like it had been made in a hurry by a frazzled teenager. The sheets felt clean, but the room didn't look like it was. Dingy carpet and furniture, a gross stain on the bottom of the bathtub, random dust, dirt, and hair (GROSS) in every corner of the bathroom. At first I was like "well, this isn't so bad," but then I started looking around and...YIKES. Look, for one night it wasn't the worst thing in the world, but this is not a clean or particularly nice property. The real punch in the gut is that is cost upwards of $150 a night (!) due to its proximity to the Canadian border, international bridge, and the Niagara Falls tourist district. The hotel is close to the Fashion Outlets and the Niagara Falls International Airport is less than a 10 minute drive. The biggest positive I can find about this Hampton Inn is that there's a Dunkin' Donuts right next door. I'm going to predict that this place won't be a Hampton Inn much longer, because it really doesn't meet the bare minimum when it comes to Hilton standards. Stay here at your own risk! read more

I stayed at this hotel on May 4 and 5 as part of a package that included a train trip from Chicago. The manager was super nice and let us into our room early in the day. Our room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was at the far end of town, so we had to take an Uber to go anywhere. My only complaint is that they made a copy of my passport, and for this reason, I will never visit this hotel again. Nowadays, people counterfeit passports, and I have no way of knowing who can access the information on my document. read more

We checked in about 11pm after driving North Carolina. Upon getting into our room by hauling computers, equipment and a cart full of stuff that we need. To my amazement the room was filthy and the refrigerator was broken too! I called down to the front desk spoke to Alicia, brought all the issues to her attention. She stated she was the only one person herself running the hotel. She sounded annoyed and overwhelmed. She admitted that hotel's staff does not thoroughly cleaning each room after every guest, not even performing basic tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, or cleaning behind the bed. She gave us the option to move to another room which might be dirtier than the first one as there is no staff to check. We decided to stay and we had our stuff taken downstairs to put it in the refrigerator. What an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the manager, Joel Smith general manager,was called first thing in the morning and he was dismissive as it was okay that the room was dirty. He was unhelpful during our conversation, failing to address my concerns or provide any meaningful solutions as to how were we even assigned a dirty room to begin with. He changed our room then we moved the room was a not perfect but better than the first. We now had the problem that the safe was not working so we had to waste 2 hours waiting on the engineers to fix it that they had to get a new door for it. This is just the fact that I need to lock up my medication. I called Joel back and told him this is not acceptable he stated it is what it is! The engineers that came into our room stated that this was the worst hotel to stay in the NY side as management don't care they just want to make the hotel profitable at the expense of the guest and cutting employees. In addition, we leaving the room the housekeeping was having a party laughing and carrying on. On the first floor one of the housekeeper was having an argument on the phone with someone with her ear buds on. The A/C was making a weird noise for two days. I woke up stepping into water coming out of the A/C. I went to check out two days earlier as I was really upset and Mr. Smith stated I can't do anything about it. Again, with the hotel motto it is what it is. This just reinforces my belief that this hotel does not deserve to be associated with the Hilton brand and is not even worthy of being called a motel. Just because they remodeled the hotel with new furniture and accents it's still a motel. read more

False advertisement- The whirlpool does not work in any room. We called the front desk and Assistant GM Tiffany Melendez(tmelendez@buffalolodging) first told us that the whirlpool will work once it is filled with water. It did not work then we called again, she now tells us that all the jets are non-functional and it is the case in all the Deluxe rooms. We told her that the website does not say that the whirlpool is non functional, this is a clear case of false advertisement. She now told us that all the jet's bathtubs are due for a renovation. We requested her for a refund because they had charged us for the King Bed Deluxe Room with Whirlpool, which we never got. Moreover, the Assistant GM kept telling us new reasons for not having the jets working, when we asked for an email to write to she gave us her own email ID. I would expect some professionalism and empathy from the staff of Hilton. read more

When I say pass this place...do it! Pics look good, but reality is a different story. This may have won the most dirtiest Hilton property and by far most expensive Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at this in 20+ yrs! Here for lax tournament, and IF you can swing Niagara Crossing Spa, do it! Best little town right on the water called Lewiston. It has great restaurants, live music and shops! Back to Hampton, day 1 of 3, House cleaning literally asked us in hallway if we wanted our rooms serviced today? I said yes, thinking a quick wipe down, fresh towels, maybe t.p., beds made...upon our return nothing done! I had to ask my wife if we said yes to her or just thought it! 2 rooms, and wiping out my Hilton points for the Niagara weekend...wasn't what I expected at all. Trust me, Lewiston is the spot to be for a cool area to call home base for a few days. Especially after a long day of games...escape at the Griffen on the water, and walk back to the Niagara Crossing Spa! We even had to take our own trash out...to the dumpster! Saw employees taking multiple smoke breaks, all the while floors everywhere had a sticky feel when walking over that reminded me of old house parties or a bar visited in my college days! read more

Stayed June 26-30 2023. Toenail clippings on the floor next to the bed and a dirty towel shoved under the vanity in the bathroom. Note that housekeeping had to stand on the toenail clippings in order to make the bed. Asked the front desk clerks FIVE TIMES over three days to have housekeeping bring a vacuum cleaner. Fifth time I said "give me the vacuum and I'll do it my self"; front desk clerk finally took care of it. General Manager Johanna Rafoth was never available when I called and never returned a phone call. Front desk clerk Samantha offered "compensation" and never followed through, said she was waiting on the manager. Busy season at Niagara Falls and we were stuck. I wrote to Hilton Global Headquerters as well as the Health Department for Niagara County and New York State. read more

My Daughter&I stood here two nights total.Front desk staff was personable along with any other employees i interacted with throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent(nice variety along with gluten free options.) Pool and fitness center were spotless! No housekeeping service is being provided currently,however if service is needed front desk is a call away. Convenient location,right on the Boulevard where there is a Dunkin right next door,about a 3minute drive to the Fashion Outlet stores,Grocery store down the road and lots more! The only suggestion I have is to call prior to reservations to ensure no sporting events are being held@your time of stay! I was unaware that they would be accommodating a youth hockey team for the night so Sunday night was pretty rowdy between groups of kids running up and down halls with hockey sticks,Adults hung out in main sitting area until about 12:30a. We did stay in the suite with the whirlpool which was great for it's value;however is not ideal on the first floor near laundry room&back door which tends to be very busy,etc.It was definitely hard to get a good night's sleep,but we will return just not on the first floor ;-) read more

not good this was probably the worst hotel experience that i have ever had. dirty rooms, and rude staff. I stayed here with my family for three nights, of which the first two were mediocre at best. no one came in to clean the rooms, when it was promised that they would every other day. the third day was terrible. first off, someone overdosed on shrooms and were lying on the floor in the middle of the lobby, and later on in the day the cops were called and evicted people out of their rooms for no reason. all in all, this hotel is a mess and I would not recommend it. read more

Stayed for a weekend here. Jessica at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful and answered all of our questions, and we had a ton! She was working alone when we checked in and was clearly working extremely hard but she was super pleasant and didn't show that with myself or anyone else checking in. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was nice. However the temperature in the hallway was FREEZING!! I think it was warmer outside (mid October). The room temperature was comfortable but honestly we were freezing on our way to and from the pool. The hotel is not in the best of areas but I felt extremely safe on the property itself. Not sure I'd recommend an evening stroll though. read more

Extremely welcoming, and very helpful. They made our stay wonderful and I will definitely stay here again if we come to the area (and you should too. Above and beyond expectations) -amazing breakfast variety with spacious eating area - extremely clean/well kept rooms - amazing location (close to the falls, many restaurants and shopping areas) - excellent parking - decent price The only thing though that bothers me is that the rooms aren't very "soundproof". First off, I'm definitely not one to complain, I know that's what everyone says but really, I'm not. I understand everything going on with Covid but I have worked in this industry and upon walking in saw no plexiglass separating the guests from the front desk workers (we were told it was too expensive to order) none of the staff had masks on either. Next up, no sweets in the sweet shop or vending machines anywhere. The elevator was absolutely coated in finger prints and anyone looking around for more than two seconds would see the disgusting neglect of the cleaning staff. There was a solid layer of dust atop the mini fridge within our room. When we went to go to the pool there was a family with a "service dog in training" (we talked to the family and that's what they told us) all IN the pool. The dog was IN the pool with them. And here's the kicker, the door to our room didn't lock. We complained to the front desk because that's a huge safety hazard. They showed up and told us "just pull up on the doorknob when you close it" that still didn't work, so we went for 2 nights with unlocked doors. The person staying in the room beside ours said they had the same problem and that they feared for the safety of their daughter. The only redeeming part was the kindness of some of the staff like Judy. She was wonderful! read more

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room that I stayed in was clean and well organized. I just didn't like how you can hear the people above you walk around their room. It woke me up every time. You can always ask the front desk for toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, etc. if you forgot to pack those things. They do have hot water in the shower. Stayed here for one night to do some shopping. We got the king sized bed, whirlpool, microwave and mini fridge room and we loved it!! The room was very clean, with the exception of some hairs in the shower and the whirlpool but, no biggie, can't be perfect. The carpet was very clean, and so was the bed, which might I add was VERY comfortable! The TV is pretty small, which sucks for someone like me who does wear glasses but, we didn't do a lot of Tv watching, we were enjoying the whirlpool. The whirlpool has jets! AMAZING. Very relaxing. There is chlorine in it, which can be quite strong, but not unbearable. We probably spent most of our time in the whirlpool than we did shopping! My partner LOVED it. He was in it more than myself (mind you two people can fit in it at the same time) it's nice to get in alone. Be prepared for utter relaxation in this room. Be prepared to get super drowsy and heavy after the whirlpool, it will give you the feeling of swimming for a couple hours. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again. I wouldn't say it's an easy building to spot off the main road, but I appreciate how obscure it is. Quite conveniently located as well. Right down the road from various grocery stores and plaza's. read more

Smells new. We arrived early and no room was available but the kept our luggage for us. Free parking made us leave the car there to start our tour to the Niagara Falls. After we returned we had a quick and friendly check in. The room is very spacious and clean. Internet works and now I have a coffee for free ;) Good choice. read more

This is a brand new Hampton Inn near the outlet fashion mall in Niagara Falls. It opened mid April 2014. It has all the amenities of a typical Hampton plus a real nice friendly and accommodating staff. You can't ask for much more. The location may appear a bit remote meaning it is not walking distance to the falls. Yet if you are looking for clean spacious rooms near the falls this is the perfect place. I used this hotel to have my bridal shower at in the meeting room. It was reasonably priced, very clean and everyone was so helpful. The General Manager Sarah Palmer was very helpful and accommodating! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed in the meeting room to have a nice shower. She got us extra tables and chairs when we needed them. She even let us come the day before to get everything set up. The room is very large and lots of space to fit comfortably for about 65 people. There was enough room for the food tables and a table for the gifts and games. I asked if she had any pens and markers we could use for the day and she was able to give us a lot to use. The day of the shower people came in and had ample parking and we had a great day! The bathroom is only a little down the hall so nice and close. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. At the end of the shower the staff came and helped us clean up and take stuff to our cars. They were so friendly and genuinely were happy to help us. I would defiantly recommend the meeting room for smaller parties and you can bring your own food in so basically you can customize it for your needs. I have made a reservation for three rooms at this hotel. The reservation was made through Booking.com. I was given one confirmation number for all three rooms. Then, something came up and I had to call the hotel and cancel all three rooms. That was during the permitted cancellation time. But few days later Hampton Inn sent a receipt for two nights at two rooms!!!!! When I called them they said I have cancelled only one room. Despite the fact I had given them the confirmation number that consist of all three rooms. I believe this is a rip-off and it's not the right or professional way to deal with customers. read more

Clean and new, two things I like in hotels. We stayed here labor day weekend. As we drove around in different parts of Niagara Falls, we realized this area was one of the better areas and the hotel seemed to be one of the better ones. Hooray! This hotel offers free breakfast which is nice, Even though we didn't utilize that since we wanted to experience the food in the area as much as we could. The room was a good size with a nice ac to keep us cool. We did go in the pool twice. Clean but the floors are slippery, be careful. Only downside is the pool is on the smaller size.... so when kids are in the pool. ...it's hard to get away from the craziness. My advice go earlier in the day to avoid all the kids splashing in the pool. All in all a good stay. read more

Stayed at this hotel in Niagara Falls, CA for 3 nights on vacation in 8/2015. Location near the Niagara falls and price was great. Free parking, breakfast and wifi. You are literally 5 mons from the falls. If you wish a bus travels in front of the hotel. Brakfast was not my favorite but if you're not picky is great. Pool was small. Yes this place is super clean. The staff is pleasant. But for such a new building the walls and floors are super thin. We were on the 2nd floor. People moved in above us and made more stomping around and banging racket than a herd of elephants! We called 3 times before they settled down. But they started up again at 5:30 a.m. i would not recommend staying here for $200 a night if you want a quiet night. read more

Served its purpose as far as somewhere clean to sleep. Left a bad taste in our mouths that after day one ( the first morning) that loose change my husband left out was taken by the housekeeper. When reported to management nothing was said until my husband followed up our last morning and then we were told she denied taking it and offered candy as a way of making it up.
