I came here on Sunday for lunch with my family. It was our first time taking our toddler for hibachi and it was such a great experience! Our chef made the fried rice into a Mickey Mouse shape on the grill for her and she loved that. The service was quick and the portions were great. My toddler got the shrimp hibachi kids meal, I had the steak and shrimp combo hibachi and my husband had the salmon and shrimp hibachi. The clear soup was delicious as was the salad. We came to the location in the evening. The location was not full. The location looked clean and had a nice atmosphere. There was an available spot for our party to be seated at the hibachi area. We placed our drink orders which were delivered quickly. We placed our meal orders not long thereafter. The hibachi preparer came in about 10 minutes after our order was placed. For those of you concerned about pricing, the amount of food that you get is equivalent to the price you pay. I absolutely loved this place. I've been several times. I went once for my bday with a friend and my neice. She also loved it, it was her first time. He is the one that introduced me to the place. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are a nice size, especially compared to some other hibachi places. The atmosphere is super chill and the hibachi chefs are always nice and entertaining. I usually get a combination. I like the steak, chicken, shrimp and salmon. I usually get 2 to 3 of those as a combination with rice and chow mein. I love having left overs for later. I always add extra butter to grill for mine. Had a wonderful experience coming here Friday. The menu has lots of options, I had to get the chicken and steak combo because that's what I usually go for at places like these. We have enjoyed dinner here three times and have been impressed by the quality of food and service. Our last visit was around 7:00 on a Saturday night and noted business was steady and managed well. We prefer sushi to hibachi and appreciate their unique offerings, including their flaming Phoenix Roll. When I first relocated to Prosper I wanted sushi and hibachi. This place was always my go to. I never dines in but I was always grateful to be able to pick my food up. We only had sushi but several people came in for hibachi which was kind of in a separate room off to the side. We had some DELICIOUS jalapeno margs and I had the rainbow roll and miso soup. I didn't take a gander at the ticket but I know menu-wise for the roll it was run-of-the-mill pricing that you'd expect. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and didn't seem to mind at all when we opened our tab back up after paying out to have one more of those delicious margaritas! For the area this is probably 4 stars since there aren't many options- especially sushi options. For the type of food it is, it's a solid 3 star choice. Fried rice- the fried rice was delicious. It had great flavor and is the only reason I would return. Sushi- their sushi was mid. We had a few good rolls but for the price you can absolutely get better sushi. Butterfly kiss- this is one of my favorite rolls in general. It's a riceless roll of salmon with crab meat. It felt like they cut the salmon into thin pieces so it would feel like more. I'm ok with less pieces as long as the salmon is thick and fresh. Outside of this, the roll was delicious. Other restaurants I've been too add a drop of sriracha on each piece which really amplifies the flavor. Mama san- this roll was delicious. It's similar to the "temptation" roll at other restaurants. The only thing I would change is to also add the wasabi sauce. Crunch roll- didn't have a lot of flavor. read more

The crunch roll was not good. It had a very strange flavor to it. The shrimp sushi didn't really taste like much either. The fried rice isn't bad, not a lot of egg, and had mild flavor.
