Volcano roll, crazy mom, tuna tower!
    Ashleigh F.

New management! We got all 4 sushi rolls, 1- sweet and spicy chicken, 1- steak and shrimp hibachi for $150 with tip! Service was great, little slow on the sushi coming out, but it was super fresh and tasty! Our fave roll was the crazy mom! No more all you can eat, but food was so good that it didn't matter!

I wanted so badly to love this place, but unfortunately it was inedible. The Cali roll was sour and tasted oddly of lemon. The tuna roll didn't come with any of the toppings stated in the description or picture with exception to a tiny bit of spicy mayo. The fried rice had good flavor, but was bone dry and under cooked. Bummer.

    Seating area

My family and I came here on a Friday night, and it was empty! We couldn't believe how empty it was because following this, the service was exceptional, food was beyond amazing, our chef and server were great. Our server was really on top of it, my husband didn't go without his water being full. I think it looks so clean in here compared to other hibachi places. I didn't catch our chefs name tonight and his personality was fun, our server, Grace, was really great!! Prices are normal for hibachi restaurant, in my opinion. Thanks guys, we'll be back!

To the right there are two huge kiosks. Plus a menu board above your head. Extreme overload IMO. I'll address the ambiance, this place needs a cleaning. Crumbs on table and seating. A young lady came to front and asked if it was my first time. I'm sure I appeared overwhelmed. (I was). She told me to use my phone to access the QR code at the table. AND to seat myself. AGAIN, This was extreme overload. I only wanted to order and pay cash. No physical menus in sight. The QR code is Apple Pay. Ugh. I'm old school and don't have all this stuff on my phone. I need it simple. I need a human connection. Not being able to see my food being cooked should have been another warning. What are you hiding?? Everyone wants a tip for doing nothing! Come on. I will never be guilted into leaving a tip for doing nothing. My shrimp rolls were brought to me with 2 packets "of to go Duck sauce". How original is that? The Tuna Rolls are covered with some mayo mix. The offer she did give me after the tuna rolls were delivered was Sriracha sauce, Louisiana sauce, or packets of soy sauce. Ugh. Really?? My food was terrible. I left 6 rolls of 7 uneaten. Odd number to deliver to the table. One bite of the tuna rolls and I knew it was best I NOT eat anything. Sushi is something this place should NEVER serve. Eat here at your own risk. Maybe the hibachi is safe. However, I'm not willing to ever take that risk. The business stayed busy with outgoing orders. (Boo to the food) August 2026

We walk up and see its not too crowded, so we are excited, but at the same time wondering why they are not crowded. We walk in and we are seated pretty fast. Our server greets us, his name is Mason, he's a good guy and has a great attitude. After few jokes and questions, we drop our order and begin waiting for the cook to come to our table. I went to wash my hands, and the bathrooms were clean. As I always mention, this is very important to me since it shows how a restaraunt is cared for. Back to the table I go... I ordered a bottle of wine, so I was good on the drinks, and there was a pretty cook family on the other side of us that left us with good conversation. Here's where the story gets good. Our hibachi cooks name was "Japanese cowboy" (I can't make this up). This gentleman was so awesome and fun, he made the experience one of the best I've had. From the comments he made, to the way he treated my wife and daughter, this guy entertained us the whole time he cooked for us. He did the normal onion train, and juggled a few shrimp, but he also got personal and talked about the beauty of Japan. He will be my go to guy "when", not "if" I go back! The place is close, and for some reason doesn't pack a crowd as big as some of the other places, at least not the night we went, but because the service is great and the food is equally delicious, I can see myself returning soon, especially since my son was not with us... I can't wait to bring him back for a return visit.

HOWEVER, that recently changed thanks to a new appointment we've recently had change our family schedule, where we end up nearby on certain days, and we've decided to make it a habit to come back by here since it used to be our literal favorite Hibachi spot. Turns out - it still is! It definitely still doesn't get nearly as much attention as it should, but as other Hibachi restaurants have started switching to cheaper menu options like the dreaded switch from the amazing MUSTARD dipping sauce I LOVE, to the horrible white goo that some goober called "Yum Yum" sauce (should be called "Yuck Yuck" in my opinion), Nosoo kept the mustard sauce! They also still have the delicious subtle ultra-thinly-sliced mushroom or "Suimono" soup and didn't switch to cheap overly salty tofu-riddled yellow broth like - again - most other competing local Hibachi restaurants seem to have done. In closing, I'm glad Nosoo is still there, still yummy, and still providing the best overall Hibachi menu out there all these years later. TL;DR - THEY STILL USE THE SUPERIOR MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE AND NOT THE "YUM YUM" GARBAGE!

The hibachi is flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the sushi is always high quality, clean-tasting, and expertly crafted. You can tell they take pride in their ingredients and presentation. The staff is incredible. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. If you show up with patience and basic decency during peak times, you'll be treated exceptionally well. As for the 1-star reviews posted over Valentine's Day weekend, those lack credibility. Anyone with common sense knows that Valentine's Day is one of the busiest weekends of the year for hibachi restaurants /anywhere/. Judging a restaurant solely on an extreme holiday rush ignores what they consistently deliver the rest of the year. If you want fresh sushi, great hibachi, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place absolutely delivers. Highly recommend through and through.
