Birthday celebrations! We came here for my birthday lunch. We were seated right away, but up close to other people when there was only us and 2 tables in the restaurant - they put us between the other 2 tables. It looked like they may have been cleaning after a rush. They took our order quickly and brought us appetizers, then sushi. The food was really good.

It was a fantastic experience; the food and the service were excellent. Super fresh-tasting and full-flavored. Looking forward to the next visit

Ordered takeout online. It was super fast and easy. My order was ready in about 15 minutes! The fish was really fresh and tasty. Rice was cooked well and roll stood up well to all the fillings! I had 2 rolls, the Snowman roll and the Sweetheart roll. Both was really good! The blue crab topping was a nice switch from the typical intimation crab topping. The indoor is on the smaller side but perfect for an easy weeknight meal or a casual weekend spot. Would definitely recommend for sushi if you are in the wild light area!

Came in late in the afternoon on Father's Day. Luckily, they were not swamped. First of all, the service is always impeccable. They strive hard for a good experience. The food came out shortly after ordering, much to the happiness of everyone at the table. The steak was tasty, but surprisingly needed salt. The sushi burrito with salmon was perfect in chew and crunch. Truly satisfying. There's no way to fully describe the Fernandina Beach roll. It's uniquely delicious. I'm not a fan of avocado and I'm meh on banana, but I wanted to give this a try anyway because I am a sucker for peach and cream cheese makes everything decadent. I'm so glad I did. The banana is slightly puffed with a very delicate crisp to the outside. The peach sauce cuts through and brightens the sweetness of the banana. It's confusingly good. I don't know how they came up with this combination or why, but it works in total harmony. The interior is very sharply colored and artistically pleasing. Love the use of red in the paintings on the wall. A good place for a casual visit or groups. Parking is usually the downside to this plaza. There is direct parking and small side dirt parking lot available. Behind the plaza is a charging station and multiple parking spaces that are usually open.

Perfect place for a Mommy and Me sushi lunch date. The lunch menu was full of sushi and rice entree options. I enjoyed the two sushi roll lunch special and my daughter had the teriyaki chicken lunch special and miso soup. The portions were generous for the lunch special. The staff was so kind and attentive. They even offer military discount. We will be back to explore the menu more.

Felt like eating sushi. After looking at the menu, the Habachi seemed like a better option. I'm glad I ordered it. Service was great! Price was right. I'll go again.

The mixed Asian menu appears well executed. I'm always hesitant to eat at places with menus that seem too diverse. Hana Sushi is mostly Japanese cuisine with a little Chinese, Thai, and Korean mixed in. I went straight to the sushi, and it was well executed. Im not from the area, but prices seem to be commensurate with the local economy or perhaps a little low for the tourism season. Bonus star for the orchid flower garnish! Green tea was a Japanese brand in a bag. The waiter kept tabs on my cup and offered more hot water when it got low. It was 5pm with just 1 waiter and 1 sushi chef. Both kept up with the dine-in and carry out orders. Hana Sushi offers a good selection and is conveniently located between I-95 and Fernandina Beach. It's in a strip mall, and parking seemed crowded with neighboring customers. A few handicapped parking spots are very close. Whether you want Japanese Hibachi, Chinese lomein, Thai Curry, or Kimchi, Hana is worth a stop.

I ordered the bang bang shrimp, snowman roll, salmon nigiri and yellowtail nigiri. The roll is definitely on the smaller side and the bang bang shrimp are jumbo shrimp cut in half before being fried. The fish was fresh and their coke is really sweet (in a good way). I did feel a little rushed in the end when I was handed a check before I was finished and I was thinking about getting dessert but oh well.

Not a flashy sushi joint but it doesn't need to be. It looks like they do a ton of business with take out orders. The kitchen staff was hard working during our entire visit. We were seated immediately with drinks and food ordered. They have a menu that covers everyone's tastes. I personally judge by the squid salad when it's on the menu anywhere I go. I was not disappointed. There was effort put into the creation with a bed of cucumber strings and spring mix lettuce. And there was no shortage of squid. We're ordered 4 rolls. Salmon roll, spicy girl, Amelia roll, and the crazy roll. The spicy girl was the only let down as it was bland. The other rolls were amazing (the salmon roll was for the teenager that likes plain rolls). According to my husband, the restrooms were sparkling clean as was the restaurant itself. Our son commented on the paintings and now wants to decorate his room with the same art. Overall a great great great choice. We took a to-go menu since we know for sure we will be returning very soon.

The vibrant, traditional Chinese murals painted across both the exterior and interior immediately caught my eye. I found them thoroughly captivating and beautifully artistic. Though the venue itself is intimate, the layout and decor are executed with exceptional taste and style. I was seated at a lovely table beside the glass window overlooking the street, which offered the most wonderful view for a relaxing afternoon. The staff greeted me with genuine, warm smiles and provided exceptionally friendly service throughout. To begin, I ordered the Thai Basil Paloma, which proved to be an absolute perfection of a beverage for a Sunday. For my main course, I was intrigued by their new duck option on the menu and it was an absolute triumph! Rich, exquisitely prepared, and utterly delicious. Also, thank you to Thomas for his service It made for a flawless Sunday afternoon from start to finish. Full marks to Hawkers for an outstanding culinary experience. The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix. It was so good we ordered another one to go and took it to our mom to enjoy. We will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes.

The edamame seemed as though it had been cooked earlier and simply reheated before being served. The sushi rolls appeared hastily assembled, and the avocado was overly mushy. The spicy tuna roll was unusual, consisting of plain tuna with sriracha drizzled on top rather than a traditional spicy tuna mixture. The California roll was generic and forgettable.
