AND... they are located in a very cool and amazing part of town in Fullerton!! I met Gravity Bicycles back in the day when they were doing mobile services. I was so impressed by the service I received at the time and remembered them now since I needed maintenence on my 20 year old cruiser. They did an amazing job. I can ride again with my dog with peace of mind. I hear they specialize in mountain bikes as well and I will most definitely use this business for all my future bicycle experiences! What we were told would be a 2-day repair ended up taking 6 days. To make matters worse, when we finally got the bike back, they had forgotten to install the fender. The extended delay and lack of attention to detail made the whole process frustrating. A repair taking days longer than promised is frustrating enough, but returning a bike with work left unfinished is completely unacceptable. The lack of reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. Based on this experience, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this shop.

No email after a week, so I emailed to ask the status and was told the main extra (shock absorber post) was being shipped there and would arrive within a week, and asked me to pick it up and bring it back in when the part arrived. I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. Got it home, unloaded it, and am more than excited to learn a new healthy habit. Thank you, Scott!
