Edwin cleaned our carpets when we moved into a new home. They were in pretty poor condition but even with natural products he gave them a new lease on life and saved the cost of new carpet for a while longer. After spraying it and scrubbing it with all manner of cleaning products, we gave up and called Edwin, who was great to come on a Sunday. Edwin came to my house on time and spent a half an hour with me explaining to me that my carpets were in fact "dead", and proceeded to tell me that if I was close to getting the hardwood floors that I had told him that I was going to be doing pretty soon that I should do it now instead of spending the money to try and have these carpets cleaned, These are the original carpet's to the house, and I've had cats and dogs and now my infant child and so they can get pretty beat up. I told Edwin that I was not quite prepared to do that yet as it would be quite an undertaking. Edwin proceeded to make my carpets clean first by Vacuuming them Completely, and then came to me again before he proceeded with the actual wet clean to tell me that he was not sure he could get them as clean as he would like to, and his level of expectation I found incredibly refreshing...I run a business and I have the same outlook, and I know that my outlook is different than everyone else in my industry, I can't tell you how awesome was to find another man who's outlook was just as individual in his industry as I am in mine. Where to begin! Aside from not looking forward to cleaning up a big mess after having a party the night before, you definitely don't want to find surprise stains on your carpet and unfortunately there was dried up vomit all over the carpet upstairs! It was Sunday morning and most if not all maid cleaning services and carpet cleaners were closed but luckily I tried calling Edwin and when I explained my emergency to him he understood and was at my house within the hour! Edwin was very honest and didn't beat around the bush when he saw the vomit stains but said he would try every solution possible to remove it all. Edwin was very knowledgable about the possible "ingredients" that were in the vomit and identified the proper chemicals to spray on to it to assure the best possible results.
