Edwin cleaned our carpets when we moved into a new home. They were in pretty poor condition but even with natural products he gave them a new lease on life and saved the cost of new carpet for a while longer. Edwin came to my house on time and spent a half an hour with me explaining to me that my carpets were in fact "dead", and proceeded to tell me that if I was close to getting the hardwood floors that I had told him that I was going to be doing pretty soon that I should do it now instead of spending the money to try and have these carpets cleaned, These are the original carpet's to the house, and I've had cats and dogs and now my infant child and so they can get pretty beat up. I told Edwin that I was not quite prepared to do that yet as it would be quite an undertaking. Where to begin! Aside from not looking forward to cleaning up a big mess after having a party the night before, you definitely don't want to find surprise stains on your carpet and unfortunately there was dried up vomit all over the carpet upstairs! It was Sunday morning and most if not all maid cleaning services and carpet cleaners were closed but luckily I tried calling Edwin and when I explained my emergency to him he understood and was at my house within the hour! Edwin was very honest and didn't beat around the bush when he saw the vomit stains but said he would try every solution possible to remove it all.
