Several washers tend to each car in an orderly and fast fashion. Some of the staff I've recognized for years so hopefully they are treated and paid well. The owners appear to be a wife/son team of Eastern European decent. While not overly friendly, they are not unfriendly either and very respectful and reliable. The value is good. I always get the 'Full Service' and while the prices go up once in a while it usually aligns with some upgrade at the car wash. I'm fine with this. For a time they were showing Fox News on the television in the waiting area which I could certainly do without. I don't care to know the owners politics and thankfully the television is usually on local news 12. There are other car washes around the city of Stamford but I find this one fast, affordable and reliable.

I asked the person if they can use the spray and remove it or give it to me and allow me to remove it. Kevin who seemed to be the manager and Vivian at the cash register both said I would have to pay $10 more to get these spots removed. Why would I pay more, that's the whole point of a car wash?! If you want the same service as driving your car in a light rain shower and throwing $40 down a sewer then this might be a good spot for you. The interior was barely clean as well. I went home and finished the job myself. There are plenty of options to get a real car wash so it's easy to no longer give this place my business. Every single thing in these photos was easily removed when I got home. Previously when I would come here, the staff did an excellent job and would take care of all of this without even asking. Now they just run your car through the machine and tell you to hit the bricks.
