The wait staff should have been made aware and the dish shouldn't have been served at all. The replacement wings arrived with in a few minutes, however they were cold, dried out and clearly not fresh. When I spoke with the manager, he was dismissive of both issues and seemed uninterested in hearing our concerns. His attitude turned a food-quality problem into a very bad customer-service experience. The one bright spot was our waitress, who was professional, sympathetic, and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. She did her best to help in a difficult situation. We ultimately left without eating. The food was removed from our bill, but the manager's response left us feeling completely disregarded. Also noticed several beer taps were unavailable and the restaurant was unusually empty at dinner time. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
