very nice guy at Hanks Cafe located at South Bay Ford. they have many breakfast and lunch items. you can come by and try something even if your not getting service. if you do get service you get a $5 coupon to use at Hanks. Eeally good egg sandwich.

This is probably my first time I've ever left a review about a dealership cafe. You take your car into Ford, they'll typically give you a coupon for a free entree, some items there's a cost, and others like the breakfast burrito, it's complimentary. In all honesty, this is one of my favorite breakfast burritos of all time. The staff is well aware you're probably in a hurry so they get your meal out quick. Theres not much to say about ambiance, it's in a dealership. The rest of the menu is decent at best, unfortunately, so that's my only reason I dock it a star. But I'll keep coming for that "free" breakfast burrito! read more

While I was having my car serviced here at South Bay Ford, I grabbed a sandwich and coffee from Hank's Cafe, conveniently stationed inside the Ford dealership. Every time I eat here, it is always neat and clean. Karla served me a BLT with eggs and it was scrumptious. The coffee was just right. All I could do was smile because Karla did her part. If you have to start off your week getting your car fixed, go to Hanks and see Karla. She'll make your Monday a fun day. read more

Had the pleasure of stopping by on Friday. This café inside the Ford dealership is such a gem! Super convenient whether you're shopping for a car or just stopping by for a quick bite. The staff is always welcoming--Karla is especially friendly and makes you feel right at home. Management is great too, consistently kind and attentive. The chicken burrito is a must-try--flavorful, filling, and surprisingly delicious. A perfect spot to grab coffee or lunch while you wait or browse! read more

Great cafe inside the dealership which is super convenient while waiting for my car to be serviced. The food is delicious, the service excellent, and the attention to detail stands out. John is always kind and goes out of his way to take care of customers. You can tell that he treats his staff with genuine respect, which creates a great atmosphere. I'm happy I stopped by and enjoyed a breakfast burrito over the weekend. Highly recommend this cafe! read more

I enjoyed lunch here a few times while looking at cars this week and had a few amazing sandwiches. I love the seasoning on the fry's and feel like the ham and cheese has a perfect balance of toppings that make it very satisfying. Karla took great care of me when I was waiting for the food being very friendly and smiling. She even remembered my name the second time I was in. Very convenient having a Cafe inside the dealership for while waiting on whatever service you have come in for! Such a neat idea and I'm very appreciative of the options and variety. Everyone was super helpful and the grill master was so sweet! Lots of seating and room for social distancing. Only reason I do 4 stars instead of 5 is because I personally prefer a restaurant setting, but as far as convenience goes if you are in the area, this spot is pretty cool. read more

Waiting for car service, so I decided to use the voucher for a quick bite. Ordered the Turkey sandwich, which was fresh and delicious. I went to order a drink but I was not aware it was cash only, so I cancelled my drink order. Once my sandwich was ready I was graciously treated to a free fountain drink. Amazing hospitality. I always like their breakfast options! It's nice to get your oil change and then pick up a very simple yet delicious breakfast burrito! Actually, Hank's is the only reason we keep driving all the way to the south bay for our oil changes. The only thing I would change is their plates and cups! I am a receptionist at South Bay Ford, and I LOVE the food at Hank's Bistro!!! It is so good!!! My favorite is the wet chicken burrito! Other options to try are the chicken club, bacon cheeseburger & turkey sandwich, of course I add bacon :) They have a very diverse menu, even for breakfast...offering guest many choices. The owner John and his team are so friendly, and always get it on point! I am so lucky to have such quick access to them :) and not have to leave work to eat out or bring lunch all the time! Not just a little pink near the bone, but very pink/purple inside with the translucent raw chicken texture. The chana masala had a burnt taste and it was evident by the burnt pieces of chickpeas. It would have been a decent dish otherwise. The chicken biryani was just OK, quite dry overall. The channa masala and karahi chicken were also super oily. Maybe they had an off night, but there were too many things off about this experience for me to return.

David said the Fresno Fig was a personal favorite, but the monthly specials are limited burger combos. I went with the Umami. It was SO GOOD! The mushroom and red onions were so tender the provolone slightly melted and the Wagyu was tender. I wish the meat would've had some seasoning added, but I've noticed most places don't season the beef. The bun was a soft, yummy brioche. The fries were REALLY GOOD! Perfectly crispy outside, but a fluffy potato center. Served in a metal cup on the side keeps the fries nice and warm. The view was what I was excited for and I was very happy with my seat next to the window facing the runway. Hainan chicken lacked in flavor but the condiments made up for it. I mixed ginger and all the chili in the sauce and enjoyed it. Garlic rice was really good without any raw bits of garlic. Broth was a bit MSG heavy but whatever I still killed it lol Zaab crispy chicken with garlic noodle - 7/10 Zaab crispy chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the sauce didn't make the chicken skin soggy which was a huge plus. The chicken stayed crunchy until the end of the meal. The garlic noodles, though, were a letdown. They were really greasy and lacked flavor. I had to use a lot of the condiments just to give it some taste. Next time, I'd order the Zaab chicken with garlic rice instead. Fried shrimp - 8/10 This was really good. Easy to finish in once sitting. It was just lightly seasoned shrimp wrapped in a fried wonton wrapper. It came with a side of sweet and sour sauce that I barely used. It didn't even need it tbh. Overall, this place was worth a try especially for an affordable hearty meal. Service was quick and menu had lots of options. If you're in the area and want some quick Thai food, check this place out!

What an amazing concept! The manager John was so friendly and engaging, my 3 hour wait period for an auto repair felt like 30 min. The food served at this cafe Bistro, located inside Southbay Ford was just as amazing as the service. The breakfast burrito was so good I could have finished 2. Since my wait had gone into lunchtime I had the opportunity to also try and enjoy the lunch offerings. I was blown away by the chicken club sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon with a touch of mayo on a toasted club roll, WOW! Delish...
