I highly recommend Joshua Mun, I was able to buy my dream car because of him, and I even got my boyfriend to buy his first car here! He really takes care of you, and goes the extra mile always. He does safety checks, oil checks, cross references the best insurance deals, and does EVERYTHING with complete honest transparency. The cars are all very solid. There's a variety and a good price range. Joshua is also willing to look into your specific car that you may be looking for. He will take care of you beyond any other dealerships capabilities. 7/30/13 My 1st review on yelp - but the SERVICE and QUALITY of my experience at Hanmi motors was worth it to me to AT LEAST show my appreciation. I've always been skeptical of people who rate 5 stars and say great things on yelp because I always thought "it must be the owners friends" or "maybe it's even the owner himself" writing the great feed back. But... let me just say - honestly - that I have no affiliation w/Jeff and Jay who helped get me the car that i wanted for an excellent price and much more. From the moment i stepped foot onto the lot, i was greeted by Jeff Choi. My wife and i had just come from another dealership down the street. We test drove a 328i beamer that was sitting on that lot for 3 weeks. The motor sounded like it needed A LOT of work and the sales guy simply didn't care. Anyways, Jeff comes out and greets my wife and myself. Didn't badger us to "look at this car - look at that car.." He just let us do our business in peace and quiet until I asked him about a particular car that i liked. ***WHAT STRUCK ME WAS Jeff's honesty and attention to detail. The initial car that caught my eye, Jeff knew wasn't the best buy on the lot and told me why. 1st of all, I stopped in my tracks and thanked him for his honesty - and then i asked him why he told me that this particular car wasn't the best buy... He responded "because if you buy this car and since it's 'as is' (no warranty) - then when you come back to Hanmi motors, then MY name is on the line..." That was mainly the reason we bought the car from Han-mi motors. My wife and I went home that night and agreed, we should go back and look at another car that caught my wife's attention. So we did. And 4 days later, we are now driving it and IN LOVE WITH IT. Jay (the finance manager) was of GREAT help as well. He explains things in simple - easy to understand terms and doesn't rush through the sales process. Jay goes to great stakes to make sure that the buyer understands everything clearly. This place is located in LA Ktown and I definitely recommend Hanmi Motors to anyone who wants an upfront, helpful, and accommodating car buying, selling, or leasing experience. Buying, selling, or leasing a car is really stressful as you know, but for my experience with Hanmi Motors, it was stress free. Joshua Mun is who helped me with leasing a car. He was super nice and helpful!! I was not sure what I need to do for lease a car, but he helped me everything I need. He explained all details about what I wanted to know to lease car and his explanation was very informative. My experience visiting Hanmi Motors was excellent. A very rare kind of car dealership in CA that will woo you, have you sign a sale and made you feel so delighted of owning a prestigious car only to find out on the following day that they could not deliver coz they made an outrageously awful mistake with their numbers and all they would say is "sorry you have to pay more!" A hoax and most deceitful way of getting your trust, running your credit (which by the way lowers your score) and an unprofessional car company who would pretend to help! Not only naming Josh, their one of a kind sales agent, but the entire management as well. Watch out for traps folks, as their deceiving tactics might come in different styles! This place should be ashamed of themselves for having a poor dog tied up and barking all day, almost every day. I live nearby and you can hear the dog barking and yelping extremely loud almost a block away. Last weekend they even left the dog locked up over night without a regard for the people that live on that block on Elmwood Ave. I am writing a letter of excessive dog barking to the department of animal control and hope they make these ignorant people keep that dog at home where he belongs. We don't need to put up with this dog's excessive barking all day long. Shame on you. read more

I recently bought a car here from Joshua Moon who gave me a great service. When I went there he quoted me a reasonable price and he even gave me additional services. (I was going to negotiate if the price was not reasonable and it would be a long time to argue, but he knew it I will do that! so he told me the final price straight forward). Also, it was my first time to do all the documents, he helped me out with all the DMV paper work and insurance too! He is so funny and sweet that he contact me once a month for asking if there any problem with my car! I think this was my best choice to come here and buy my first car.
