This turned out to be a cute, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant with a limited menu. It's essentially a Pho and Boba tea place. I came with my parents who had never before had Pho and were both curious and anxious. They are not adventurous with ethnic food at all, yet left happy and satisfied. We started with the vegetable pho roll which was very fresh and tasty. Then Thai milk tea which was sweet, strong and delicious. And finally 4 medium bowls of Pho with "raw beef" and "meatballs" which were good. Portions were generous and prices competitive. My only criticisms are that for some reason they don't serve fresh bean sprouts and mint leaves with the Pho; you have to ask. And the sriracha and other hot sauce that they have on the table are cheap food service grade condiments, not the Huy Fong Foods products I have come to know at other restaurants. The dining room was clean and cheery and a peak at the kitchen found it to be surprisingly clean too. The men's room could have been better. Delicious hanoi style pho with a boba shop attached! Loved the pho broth and they serve it with a garlic vinegar on the side which you can add to taste to the broth. So flavorful yet simple! I really wanted to try pho, because I've never had it before. I had no idea what to expect but I found Hanoi Quan on Yelp and saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. First of all, the inside of the restaurant layout is half kitchen/food side and the other half is alllll boba/tea. The tea half is set up so cute, it's got cartoons on the walls and tv's inside. The staff was so incredibly friendly and the food was made pretty fast. Now for the food: BEST BOBA TEA DRINK IVE EVER HAD. They wrapped it up super well so it didn't spill and the boba to drink ratio was perfect. I recommend their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but really any of their drinks are great. Now for the pho: since I' had never had it before, I didn't know what to expect. I got the raw beef pho because it seemed to be the most popular. The portion of beef exceeded my expectations- lots of meat was included. Lots of noodles and great sized sides of hot sauces/garlic lime sauce (I don't know exactly what was in the sauces but they were good and the red one had a good kick to it). I ended up reheating the pho because I had gotten busy with a few things and wanted the full experience of hot pho (the pho when given to me was HOT, so no worries there). I'll be completely transparent: I am not a fan of pho - the ingredients that make up the broth aren't my cup of tea (aha, get it?) but that wasn't going to stop me from posting an amazing review. The noodles were perfect, the beef was DELICIOUS, and the toppings just added a lot of flavor. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK- I already have a craving for their boba again and I'd like to try their other menu items. 10/10 would recommend for pho lovers, for pho-first-timers like me, boba/tea lovers, and pretty much anyone else who likes traditional, homey vibes and fragrances. read more

I came here with my coworker during lunch and it took a very long time for the food to come out. By the time she was done with her phỏ, my fried rice hadn't even come out yet. Overall the food is very tasty and follows the Northern Vietnamese style, which is a new experience for me. I really like the fresh vegetables and pineapple in the fried rice. The spring rolls were crunchy and hot when they came out. The menu was limited, maybe because it's fairly new, but the prices were definitely on the higher side. Next to the pho at Saigon to Paris, this is the best pho I have had in Naples. The broth could be a little beefier, but it's still very good. My one big reservation is that they do not give you bean sprouts, other than a slight hint of them, or Thai basil, which is crucial to the dish. Fortunately, my garden is full of Thai basil and that's why I have to drop them down to three stars. My wife had the shrimp pho. Not particularly shrimpy, and it seemed to be a chicken broth to be a chicken broth, but it was very good. The shrimp were small, with good flavor, and they came raw so that they cooked in the broth. The end result was delicious, but once again, bean sprouts, and Thai basil would raise this to a four at least. This is definitely a takeout place. The ambience is zero. read more

This has become our go-to place for Pho and we grab a boba tea next door on our way home. The people who work at this restaurant are so friendly and kind. We really enjoy the food. Steak Pho is my favorite but the chicken is also good. The pork egg rolls are really good as well. We have a hard time trying new things because we just love what we get each time. For anyone who is a foodie and or eats a lot of various cuisines often you develop a standard for what is good and what isn't. What's passable or what is just unacceptable. I recently ordered beef pho and a vermicelli bowl along with the spring rolls (Chả Giò) and the only acceptable and actually quite tasty thing was the Chả Giò. The vermicelli bowl was yellow lettuce with vermicelli noodles and no other vegetable in sight. The standard I'm always met with is: cilantro, cucumber, pickled carrots, pickled radish, green onions, almost always bean sprouts, fish sauce, vermicelli noodles, often basil, and maybe some crushed peanuts and various other herbs and aromatics. Then there's the protein of choice for me it's always grilled pork which is, well...grilled. Not for this establishment it is some various bits of tendons and fatty bits of who knows what and a meatball or two in some very questionable liquid. Very disappointed with their representation of a vermicelli bowl. The pho completely lacked flavor and passed more like an instant soup, of which I've had better, than this version of pho. Again lacking the aromatics and vegetables as what is standard for most if not all Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been too. Really disappointing if you're a traveler looking for a good new go to Vietnamese restaurant. I'm sure these are very nice people and I hate to leave a bad review but this is just not good food. I ordered takeout with the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork. The cost with a boba tea drink was $39.50 which I feel is quite steep but I wanted to give it a try. When I picked up the order the young woman seemed somewhat confused about what I had ordered. Nevertheless she gave me the bag and told me they would get my tea right away. They did so and handed it to me and I immediately noticed a long black hair sitting on top of the drink. I pointed it out to the guy who made it and he quickly took it back and made a new one. He was apologetic but the woman laughed about it. I don't think I'll try this restaurant anymore. Too challenging (note that the bowl had meatballs with a couple of small pieces of pork - not what I thought I was getting) and very expensive. The tea was $10 itself. New place that open up in naples. It's truly to die for. I am a big ass fan of fish sauce. Anything made their way is delicious . I understand that they just started up, many reviews I've read was ridiculous and the owner you are straight up savage!! I'm so proud of places owning and standing up for what they are. Where do I start... I wanted to like this place. First let's start with the service but I will go more in-depth later. We waited to be sat. Nobody would come to us. We walked around to get noticed and still nothing. We finally get sat down. The table was all sticky from I'm guessing the drinks or something. Do they wipe the tables? ‍ We we're waiting to order for quite some time. We finally get to order. I order the large beef pho. It was $17. I'm not used to paying anything close to that for pho but I said you never know it might be good. She ordered some dry noodle dish. It was about $15-16. lots of beef. After waiting it finally arrived. I was extremely disappointed. Literally the worst pho I've ever had. I've had pho at many, many places. There was almost nothing in there. There were a couple of pieces of beef in there but man what a complete disappointment. The so called large bowl was smaller than a regular bowl at any other pho place. I should have given it back and said I'm not paying for this but I'm not the type to do that. It just felt like I got robbed. The flavor was just ok. It was nothing to make up for the $17 price of a large or should I say small pho. I'm use to paying much less than that in major cities like San Francisco or Las Vegas and they pay much more rent then here. Her dry noodles came with a sauce that was more like a soup and she was completely disappointed. She said there was almost no pork in there. We couldn't believe it. I would even drive to Miami if I had to because I would never have pho here again. Let's go back to the service. The guy should never be a server. He looks like he might be the owner. I can tell he's never worked as a server before. He was completely unfriendly and not good as a service overall. We waited for the check for about 20 minutes. I had to flag him down. I had the check ready and waited another 10 minutes. I had to flag him down. He takes my cash and we are waiting and waiting. We finally get our change but the lady who I believe is his wife brought it over. He was outside on his phone. I could not believe my eyes. I can see why only their family was sitting there eating. There is not much decor, and only a few handmade signs letting patrons know of this place in an older strip center.
