What a great experience, Andrew at the front desk was very pleasant. welcoming, friendly, professional, accommodating and down-to-earth. When we came down to check out the pool area we also meet Andrew's collegue Michael also at the front desk. He was also very kind and helpful without us even asking he gave us insight about the casino and the best place to park. When we returned back to the hotel after 11 pm we meet Julius the front desk evening employee. He was also very friendly, professional and attentive. We were very skeptical, due to a recent previous experience at one of your locations in florida, which was not very pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed by your amazing staff that I previously mentioned as well as the clean quiet and additional outdoors accommodation that your location provides. Your wonderful staff definitely made our experience wonderful. They deserve to be acknowledged. We highly recommend this location.

Interesting note: the elevator, like all exterior and interior doors, has a security feature. You have to use your room key to operate it! DD and I were bringing a dog with us, and if the room ever had another one in it, you'd never know. Even his discerning nose didn't seem to detect anything, or at least he didn't act like it. Everything was wonderfully clean and in working order. My bed was a delight - I especially like the choice of firmness of pillows, clearly labeled "soft" or "firm". The blackout curtain was a great surprise - it actually worked! I prefer my sleeping quarters as dark as possible and I was pleased to have that. The hot shower was good, with a large and adjustable head, from fine spray to pulsating jets. What would have made it better was more pressure; the jets didn't really pulse that great. Breakfast was standard, according to DD. I was trying to get going and only grabbed some "grind and brew" coffee, which was delicious. I do wish one could brew less than 10 oz. but I just took two cups and mixed them to make half caff. All in all, a delightful hotel experience.

This is a standard 3 story hotel. It is ready for a remodel! There is an elevator. My room was next to it. As a result the room felt really small. The room was clean. The bed was alright with the mattress being a little firm and the pillows a little small. The lobby has a free breakfast area. Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, 3 types of cereals, breads, fruit, juices and coffee. Breakfast was alright. The indoor pool closes at 8. Yes, 8! There is an area outside for those who wish to smoke without the fire department being involved! The staff was friendly and in the end I did get a few hours sleep. I didn't hear any of the freeway noise but there is an excavation going on next door that I could hear. It was good for a night but not quite at the level of other Comfort Inns.
