I really like the spot in particular they have a drive-through so if I'm in my car or making errands, I can just do the drive-through. Both were good, but the flat white was definitely the standout. We also ordered two sandwiches, and when they came out, we noticed that one was missing the greens that were listed on the menu. When we asked about it, the guy at the counter told us they weren't currently serving greens because of the recent lettuce contamination concerns. We completely understand that, but it would have been nice to know when ordering, especially since it was listed as part of the sandwich. When we mentioned that, his response was dismissive and he walked away. We actually had to say, "Hey, you're being kind of rude." His response was, "Yeah, I know. Wanna talk to my manager? He's over there." The manager looked up but didn't come over or address the situation. We even left a good tip because you never know what someone may be dealing with or whether they're just having a bad day. But unfortunately, when someone is the face of the business and interacting directly with customers, friendliness and basic customer service really matter. We'll definitely go back because we genuinely enjoy the food and coffee, but this interaction was unfortunate and knocked the experience down a star for us.
