    Kale Salad

Happea's made me happea! (I had to) Been wanting to try this place for a while but never got the chance. Today, I was walking to meet some friends and I passed by it and I was determined to try it. I got the kale salad and added tomato and grilled chicken. So delicious and fresh. The chicken was well cooked and the kale had the right amount of crispness. The service was wonderful and the decor is cute. Love the summery colors. Will for sure be back to try other things on the menu

Happea's is a healthy fast food option in Brickell located on S Miami Ave near Tap and The Vue. This location offers many quick food options that are both healthy and tasty! The counter is self service which allows for a seamless order! They offer pita pockets and bowls ranging from vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. The service is always great and the food is made quickly! The bowls are compostable and they have a water station to help yourself! There's ample seating both inside and outside and gives a laid back feel, but I suggest coming early to beat the lunch traffic!

I love how the food is always so fresh here, even the hummus is made to order. I dine here solo a couple times a week, perfect little quiet spot to get a little work done and feel like I've done something good for my body. Nowhere else are you attended to so well, they ask you as soon as you walk in if you've been there before and offer assistance with the point of sale. I always feel appreciated here as a customer as well.

So I have been seeing Happea's all over IG, and finally got a chance to try it at an workout I went to at Studio Three. One bite of the Sabich - which is a lemon cabbage salad, roasted eggplant, and a medium boiled egg and I was already hooked. Fast forward to one week later, and I had to order Happea's again. I opted for the Chicken Power Bowl which comes with roasted mushrooms caramelized onions, roasted sweet potato, pickled red cabbage and pita. THe base is quinoa, but as I was obsessed with Sabich I subbed it for the quinoa. It also comes with grilled chicken and hummus. The hummus can be subbed, but as it says on the order it would be a BIG MISTAKE. The hummus is probably one of the best I've had in a while, and with all those veggies and pita it is absolutely divine. There is no lack of bowl / sandwich options in Miami, but one thing that stood out to me about Happea's is how delicious, authentic and homemade everything tasted. You can tell the folks here take pride in their food - it's colorful, filled with flavor, and most importantly a great value for the portion size. I cannot wait to eat my way through this menu. Will be hard for me to not order the Sabich, but there are so many mezze's, pockets, bowls and salads to choose from. Last but very much importantly not least - YOU NEED to get the Spicy Relish. They have a bunch of different sauces made in house, but this spicy relish is ELITE! I do not know what is in it, but as someone who loves spice and acidity this vinegary spicy goodness is just too wonderful not to add to everything. Can't wait to try more Happea's.

Absolutely the best place. Healthy food cooked like in your mom's kitchen. The only thing I can suggest add a happy hour! All places around you have one. And please bring back avocado toast. It was the best

The cilantro falafel pocket was excellent. The falafel was freshly made and quite good. For a healthy option I felt like I was eating a high class meal. The only issues I had were the pocket was small for the price and it took over 30 minutes to make despite the restaurant not being busy (only 3 other customers). Otherwise it's in the heart of Brickell and a great lunch option. Has cute decorations and covered outdoor seating. I would definitely come back (as long as the service is a little quicker!)

Delicious first lunch in Miami! I got the lunch special, a chicken shawarma pita pocket (half) and a side (I got the marinated beets) and it was the perfect size and great price. The beets were delicious and so was the shawarma. The pita was warm and doughy, and the whole meal was 5/5 to me. It was quick, the space is gorg, and it was the perfect temp to sit outside without sweating! I'm hooked, I wish they had this in Tampa!

Was so excited to try this place and wanted to love it but I ordered on Uber eats and the portion is so small for the price. 25$ for a bowl of chicken shawarma with hummus? The bowl was half the size of the bowl I get at naked farmer for 20$, the chicken was super dry and flavorless, I put salt on the hummus and it still barely had flavor, it was healthy but a bit underwhelming....

Quick stop for lunch while visiting Miami. You Order at the counter, they have both outdoor & indoor seating. I rarely eat Mediterranean food but my hubby does. I found something to eat - crispy chicken schnitzel. It was very good! Served fast, hot & fresh. I don't have much to compare it to but I enjoyed!

This place is so consistently good. I'm obsessed with everything on the menu and would eat happeas for every meal if I could. The pitas are so soft, veggies so fresh, and meat and other fillings so flavorful. The fries are tasty and crunchy but soft. The happeas sauce is like a better spicy mayo. Service quick and nice too. Ambiance for eating in is very nice for a fast casual place but I usually order through uber eats and the food still stays good. Live love happeas.

We discovered Happeas on our first day in Miami as it was close to the hotel. It's a fast casual place with friendly and helpful front of house worker. We had a rice bowl with meat, pickled veggies, hummus and pieces of warm bread. It reminded me of Korean Bibimbap. Also ordered a few of the bread pockets with different meats inside. Everything tastes freshly made with excellent flavor. Hummus was one of the smoothest I've ever had. The warm bread is fantastic too. It was so good we came twice in our short stay in Brickell. The price is quite low for the area and the ambiance is lovely. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fabulous food!! I got the chicken shawarma pocket after reading all the recommendations on yelp, and it did not disappoint. The pita was soft and warm. The chicken shawarma was brilliantly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The hummus was light and flavorful, absolutely loved the pickled cabbage and relish, and there was a plantain on there too which added a touch of sweet flavor. I so wish there was a Happea's on the east coast of florida toward St Pete as I'm over there much more, but when I'm in Miami again I will definitely be making another stop back here. The inside is clean, and they have tables outside which is great for people watching.

    Chicken shawarma pita
    Meg C.

Healthy, flavorful chicken shawarma pita in a nice, fast casual setting. You order at a kiosk and grab a pager, so most of the setup is self-serve. They have outdoor seating and a water machine, which was a plus for me. It took a bit longer than I was expecting to get our food given there was only one other customer there, but the pita was worth it. The textures and flavors exceeded my expectations - I really liked the crunchy pickles and beets, and the plantain really balanced out the acidity and spice - wish there was more than one in the pita. I was impressed with how tasty and fluffy the pita itself was, and it held up well to all the toppings and sauces. They smartly put greens at the bottom to prevent it from getting too soggy. Solid spot for a quick, healthy, cheaper mediterranean meal in Miami.

Our waiter was so fast I'm convinced he's training for an Olympic sprint. Service was top-tier- no "shut it down!" moments here. * Oysters Rockefeller: These were... fine? If "okay at best" was a flavor profile, this was like "I'm here because I looked fancy." Wouldn't order again. * The Beef Wellington: The undisputed heavyweight champion. Absolute wow on a plate. It was so good I almost expected Gordon to burst through the kitchen doors just to tell me how beautiful it was. If this dish were a person, I'd let it borrow money. * The Mac & Cheese: Someone call 911 because a crime was committed. This was easily the worst thing I had all night. I've had better cheesy experiences from a cardboard box with a cartoon on it. It was a "No" from me, dawg. * Sticky Toffee Pudding: This dessert is essentially a culinary eraser. One bite and I completely forgot about the lackluster oysters and the tragic mac & cheese. It was so good it should probably be illegal in at least three states. For anyone familiar with locations like the one at Dadeland, this Earl's is a transformative departure. It completely redefines what the brand stands for aesthetically. What makes it particularly versatile is how thoughtfully the space has been segmented. There are vibrant, social areas perfect for a night out with friends or a family gathering, and more intimate, softly lit corners suited for a romantic dinner. Whichever mood you're in, Earl's World Center accommodates it effortlessly, and much of that credit goes to Experience Manager Sophia Lima, whose masterful curation of the environment ensures the atmosphere is always perfectly attuned. The food impresses across the board. The guacamole is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with a subtle elote garnish that adds a welcome Mexican street-food warmth. The chips are clearly fresh, never from a bag, a small but telling detail. On the Japanese side, the crispy rice topped with salmon and tuna tartare is texturally perfect, and the crab rolls are genuinely hard to say no to on a second pass of the menu. Planning an event? The charcuterie board -- prosciutto, mortadella, fine cheeses, and roasted nuts -- is an elegant centerpiece worth requesting. For drinks, the margarita lineup is a highlight. Both the classic and mango varieties are light-handed on sweetness and pair beautifully with the guacamole. But the standout is the Baileys espresso martini, impeccably shaken and balanced, it pairs with surprising elegance alongside the sushi selections. Barren Seed For a…read moremilestone birthday I wanted to go with something that represented living vicariously through the life of someone who attained a career I once dreamed of. Not saying I'm unhappy at all with my career, but most people who know me also know from early on I aspired to become a renowned chef. Limitations at the time didn't make that possible, but the culinary arts remain a core part of who I am. Entered how impressed we were last year with the Miami Spice menu that on the spot I selected Stubborn Seed as the venue for my milestone birthday. Enter a process, meal, and aftermath made to the horror model of movies like Sinners. Let me start with the reservation. I booked in October 2025 to ensure we would have the place booked for my birthday. At the time we had a placeholder menu which we would adjust closer to the date. I was told then the 6 course menu would not be available. Closer to the date I saw on the website the 6 course menu was indeed available. In reaching out to the team member who took my reservation and contract, she told me the 6 course menu was not available on Fridays. From what you can see in the pictures, it was available. Then we wonder why Miami gets the reputation it does,.. ...finally we settled on the 6 course meny after all. My party showed up and we had a great time. Most courses were really solid. Notable was the first course, the cured Ginger & Citrus Cured Japanese Yellowtail. Everything kept moving in a definite crescendo until the let down of the main course. The Koji Marinated Lamb Loin was better billed as the "mini loin" as it was indeed incredibly small. I considered summoning Avenger level superpowers to reduce my people in size to the Wasp to make this work somehow. Unfortunately I don't possess such superpowers. If only. But that was not all. Wait for it... ...There was not one single acknowledgment by anyone in the restaurant staff about my milestone birthday. Not a thank you for selecting us. Not a mention by the manager or anyone on the staff. Not even a gesture during dessert. Even the most elegant of restaurants do something. Even a plated decoration acknowledging the occasion would have sufficed. I wasn't asking for Longhorn Steakhouse staff type of fanfare but something would have been adequate. Nothing. But wait, there's more... ...when settling the check I mentioned I had prepaid for the 10 tasting menus ahead of time leaving on premises consumption for payment on site. At the restaurante they looked into it and came back with that the prepayment was never charged. Given I was with my guests that was neither the time nor the place, so I settled the bill with the intent on checking this later. I did and they had indeed double charged me $2,000. Needless to say I had to bring this up to them including opening a dispute with my credit card after days went by without a follow up on where my refund stood. No offense ladies and gentlemen, but this mistake should have never taken place in the first place... All in all, not even they have the power to ruin what was one of the most memorable evenings of my life. Why? because I was surrounded by some of the most amazing human beings who took time to share this birthday with me. I love them and am grateful to have them in my life. That was the main event. The hopes was having a similar amazing experience with the meal at Stubborn Seed would be the icing on the case. It was not. Fortunately for me they didn't add anything, but more importantly, they didn't take anything away. That said, since Michelin doesn't judge a restaurant for portion size or service, I thought I myself would take something away - the veil on a restaurant that is evidently self indulgent and does not and will not care about you. You are not the star, and you never will be. Recommendations: Read "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara - you may learn a bit just the the title itself, more if you crack the book open. Attending a Hospitality program somewhere (doesn't have to be Cornell at this point!)
