I figured out what color o wanted but the bottle was dried out. The nail technician cut my thumb which is still pretty tender. Not sure I would come back. Pretty standard mani/pedi shop and though it was my first time in, I could tell they have loyal regular customers. Music was pretty and relaxing. Horrible service. I understand sometimes nail salons are busy but I was seated with my feet soaking for 15 minutes before someone came over to start my pedicure or to even ask me if the water was hot or not (it was scolding hot). I decided to pay extra for the callous removal and honestly nothing much was done except to put this lotion type thing on my feet for a minute and rinse it out. I decided to get my nails done too, gel nails were horrible after 3 days a nail broke and another one chipped and mind you I work in an office no heaving lifting or work here, the lady that did my nails didn't even do them close to the cuticle so it looks like I've had these gel nails for a couple of weeks. I spent $55 in bad pedicure and horrible gel nails. Horrible service, expensive and not so friendly staff. I'll drive further out for a mani pedi even though this place is around the corner from me. read more

I love going to this nail salon to get a basic gel mani/pedi. I have been coming here about every month or two for almost 3 years. The reason I come back is because they always do a quality job. Although they don't have as wide an array of colors as other salons, and don't do fancy custom acrylic nail art, they are great for the basics - and that's all I need. They take their time to make sure they have removed all the nail cuticle before they do your nails. Have you ever gotten your nails done only to had them flake off in only a few days? The technician may not have removed your cuticles and left a layer for the polish to easily lift up and chip off. My gel pedicures from here regularly last up to a month and a half with no chipping at all. They pay attention and do a great job. read more

She did a horrible job on my friends nails and I explained I didn't have time to get mine done now that I just sat there for an hour doing nothing while her other two employees stood in the back and chatted the whole time. My very first pedicure ever, and it was awesome. From the great massage chair to the foot massage and scrub, it was exactly the treat I needed. My toenails still look great, and I'm looking forward to going again soon. The only reason for not 5 stars is that I felt a little rushed to go when the pedicure was done. I don't know how these things usually work, but my polish wasn't dry yet when she sort of herded me towards the door, and one of my nails got smudged. There were no other customers in the shop, so I don't know what the rush was. Not that big a deal. read more

The short version: Would not recommend. I don't often get my nails so take this review with that in mind. This experience is one of the reasons I avoid nail salons. I had to get french tip nails for a wedding, and I have a hard time growing my nails any decent length so I got those white acrylic tips filled in with the liquid acrylic. I think they call them pink and whites, but the lady who did my nails didn't use any pink so that's kind of a misnomer in my case. Honestly, I'm not that picky about my nails. The clear acrylic still showed the ridges in my nails and kind of looked a little yellowish after a couple of days, and the shape and size weren't perfectly symmetrical, but the bride didn't notice and they didn't chip or peel so that's pretty much all I ask. I was more concerned about the whole process of getting them on. There's one lonely little jar of that clear blue liquid disinfectant over by the sink with nothing in it, but I didn't see any other evidence of sterilization equipment. And there was plenty of stuff sitting out so I would have expected to see it. It might be hidden somewhere, but the lady who did my nails put everything she used on me neatly back in her case when she was done, which seemed like where it would stay until she had another customer. I'm no germaphobe, but I've read about infections from nail salons so I watched my bleeding cuticles pretty closely. She didn't do anything to trim or soak them, she just ran them over with the little grinder thing and let God sort it out. They were kind of ragged but mostly out of the way. I also didn't love that she dug the file well into my skin on one corner (the glue stuck a little thickly) which also bled. But you have to be a little impressed at the efficiency of her filing technique to get through all those layers of skin so quickly. All this was mine for only $31. For another $10, I had them "removed." The air quotes kind of make it sound like I ordered a hit on them, but what they actually mean is that instead of waiting around for stupid acetone to take the acrylic off, I instead almost got my actual nail ripped off, which was so much faster. In fairness, I only almost got half a nail ripped off. The grinder came out again after the white part got clipped as low as possible. Once the nail bed area acrylic (I really don't get my nails done often enough to know the proper term) was ground almost even with my nail, some sort of slender metal thing came out and she tried to pop them off. This actually worked on two nails. On the third, it actually just tore the nail in the middle. Of course, I didn't know whether the pain of the first few attempts to pop that off was normal or if I should say something. Thankfully she apparently realized while my nail was mostly intact. From there, she just ground down the others a little more and called it a day. All this without comment or explanation, but there's a little bit of a language barrier so I wasn't all that surprised. Two stars might be a little generous, but I didn't actually get my nail ripped off or an infection. read more

One star is honestly generous, I was so disappointed by how my nails turned out. I have been getting my nails done for almost 10 years and I'm not one to typically complain but when it comes to the shape of my nails I ask that they AT LEAST be consistent (same height, shape, etc.) I literally had to keep pointing out to her how none of them matched each other or were even and she literally said "I tried" and then continued to finish my nails leaving them looking honestly horrific. I then have picked out a hot pink that clearly would look best with three or four coats and she tried to just give me two and leave it literally transparent, are you kidding me? I will NEVER be back and they're honestly lucky that I paid considering that I'll be getting my nails redone as soon as possible. When I was there I took a look at the foot spa and there was some debris on it, and when I saw it and said it was dirty, and so they hurry me to a different one (not good ) I asked to have my toe nails very short... When the worker was done, the owner asked me if I was happy. I said no because there were a couple of nail that still need trimming. The worker said, "It cannot be shorter" and I replied, I will go home and cut them myself! My third time there and it is getting worse... Never again!!! read more

Their massage chairs are awesome! They carry OPI, China Glaze and Color Club nail polishes! I love that they put the paraffin into disposable baggies instead of making me dip my feet in. Aside from all of that, I didn't really like the lady who did my pedicure. I kinda wished they had the "cheese grater" to get my feet super smooth. Overall I would recommend this place. A couple things though: the women do not speak English that well and it's hard to understand what they're saying. Wonderful services! I've been going to this salon for over a year for multiple different things. My gel nails have never chipped, have always been beautiful and have lasted me quite a while. I was never made to feel rushed either when I asked for complicated designs. I feel like they go above and beyond with the pedi services. Offering the hot wax plus different scrubs, and I was surprised when they added a massage in for my lower leg as well. Very soothing experience! I feel like they actually cared about whether I felt relaxed or not. I've also had the eyelash services which come at an EXCELLENT price. It was in a separate room without anyone walking through which I absolutely love. The full set took me about 45 min and they actually let me take a nap while I was waiting for them to dry! My eyelashes were quite short at the time and I originally thought that she wouldn't have been able to work with them, but they ended up looking beautiful, with zero fallout over the next week. I love this place, I have been going here for over six months now and the ladies always recognize me and know exactly what I want. I get a gel manicure every two weeks here, they have tons of gel colors and it always comes out perfectly! I also have them wax my eyebrows and I recently had LY color my hair. I would rather not give any stars but I had to. I came in here to get a perm, little to my knowledge you can not get a perm with foil bleached hair. OMG the gal fried my hair. I asked for a refund and she told me no that she would re-perm it no way they are touching my hair. I am now going somewhere else where they are doing deep conditioning to try and get it back.
