My wife and I went to this place requesting for only a foot massage and if we could get the ones that you sit on the chair (like the picture they have) and not laid down. She said "yes yes." Then she asked us to pay first which was weird but maybe that's their policy. She took us to the room without those chairs and when asking the masseuse, they don't speak English. After the massage of really 15 mins of foot massage only, they came running out to the front counter asking for more tips. Who does that?!? I didn't get the service I wanted and tipping is voluntarily not mandatory. Will never go back to this place again!! Also my wife got scratches on her and I got a bunch of oil (yellow stains) on my collar shirt since I didn't expect my head or shoulder massaged. Came here to test out this place and wasn't disappointed! Make an appointment, bring cash and specifically ask for what you want! Our service was 60 mins foot massage and for $40! Add tip after. What made this place stand out was - instead of sitting on the typical recliner leatherette chairs we were in a flat massage table and had our foot soaked for ten mins and the rest of the 50 mins was front foot and legs and the back shoulders and back legs! My husband and I went for a foot massage tonight. The massage was just ok. He was pressing very hard on my back with his elbow, I asked him to do it softer 2 times and he continued to dig in. That ruined it for me Here's the topper though when it was done the 2 men stood close by and watched us gather our stuff and put our shoes on. I thought that was odd, I laid out 2 $10.00 bills. They stood with arms folded and shook their heads and said "NO $15.00 dollar minimum" I said no that's all I have. They said No 15 dollar. They wanted to argue. My husband said No that's all we have! Then we walked to our car in the back and one of the guys was out there and glared at us as we left. The $10.00 was 20% tip and I didn't even want to give him that! Very disappointed Update! I absolutely love this place! You cannot beat the $25 foot massage, which is basically a full body massage with your clothes on. I usually wear a loose tank top and some shorts and the therapists go to town on me. The folks that work here really know how to hit all of those pressure points that relieve so much tension in your body. You are not in a private room (or naked) for the foot massage so if that bothers you upgrade to the body massage and its still a great deal. My favorites are Jason and Chris. I had stopped goin here for a while but started back up over the last 4 or 5 months now. They're so good! I can usually get the one hour foot massage and those guys really make the best of that hour, man! I really feel they go above and beyond. If you like strong massages, go here!! I just left tonight and John could feel I needed extra attention in my shoulders. I feel really good right now and even tipped him an extra $5 after already tipping $10 in the beginning when I paid with my credit card. I had referred my supervisor at work to come check them out. I've been coming to this place for years and I've had mutitude of experiences. I feel like I could've wrote a review before but this time it's absolutely necessary. Today I chose a foot massage which is in the open area and not private. My guy was very jerky and demanding and just not gentle. When he did my face massage he dry massaged my face so many times I felt like my pores were opening up and he was stretching out my skin. But my favorite part was when one of the lady workers that would pass by would talk to him and he would yell in my ear and talk back to her and it would startle me every single time. At no point was I fully relaxed trying to take in the massage. And for some reason I started itching when I was in the chair and it also felt like hair was flying on me from the fans that were blowing on us. This was the massage that ended my massages there for sure. I got home and took a shower to noticed bug bites all over my chest and stomach. This place needs a bug bomb and a cleaning Update: I got a call from someone this morning and they said sorry for my experience and that they will clean between each service which I told him I thought was mandatory. They did offer me a free massage but I told him that I was never going to come back there again and they should just give me my money back which they declined. read more

I really did enjoy my no frills foot massage here. The nice lady who massaged me had the right touch of firm pressure yet didn't jab me unnecessarily. The foot massage style is the typical stay clothed (so wear comfy attire that they can work around) low couch/massage bed, soak feet, then get a whole body massage... $20. Totally worth it. My friend Angela took me here, and it's a good thing she told me to it was next to Pangea Bakery, as I wouldn't have found it otherwise. I will say that they ushered us out pretty quickly post massage. Turned the light on in a not so subtle hint to skedaddle. lol. I don't really mind as the price point means they need to keep clients moving... I do not get the full nude massage so it is important to wear a tank top in shorts or very loose jogging pants or pajama pants however when you turn over you can usually take your shirt off. Also I bring a pillow so that my breast don't hurt with the pressure on my back when I'm laying on my stomach. I really do not discriminate on anyone. But if you run a business in the US, there should always be a way for your employees to know english. The lack of understanding by their masseuse does not align with good customer service. The only word they can utter is "okay?" And it ends there. Even if you say it's not okay, they still continue digging into your muscles. I am Asian, but when I came here in the US, i took it as my responsibility to adjust to the language so I can "communicate" properly. You may claim to offer Chinese style massage and think that having native Chinese employees makes your massage authentic, but if they can't communicate properly, that is a business FAIL. Happy Foot Massage is usually my go-to spot for a low-cost, quality massage. I did do a review on them in the past, and I did give them five stars. That review changes today. Often times I'd see the massage therapists outside in the parking area smoking cigarettes. Every single therapist that I've had in the last few times I had gone wreaked of cigarette smoke - hands and breath. It is a serious health risk being exposed to cigarette smoke like that, and I wonder if the therapists actually even wash their hands! Instead of feeling relaxed, I was anxious about what I was just exposed to. I had to take 2 showers just to get the cigarette stink off of my skin. Never again. I'm going elsewhere next time. I used to come here weekly for a couples foot massage and it was great. This time was a nightmare. The woman they gave me should not be massaging people, and could be injuring people. A typical foot massage includes feet, face, hands, arms, neck, scalp, and back. While I understand not massaging the face due to the pandemic, she didn't touch my hands or arms. When she massaged my neck, I could hear her say the pump was broken for the oil. She tried to massage my neck with no oil, and with gloves on. Imagine getting rug burn. Not comfortable. When she rubbed my feet, it was mediocre. She was too soft and not trying to make it enjoyable. This is when I began to regret getting this massage. The back massage includes her putting all of her weight on spine. That's not how you massage anyone unless you've never massaged anyone in your life. Seriously! It's been 24 hours and I have severe pain on my spine. I may need to go see a chiropractor. To top it off, she ends the massage, and I check my phone to see that she massaged for only 40 MINUTES. I shouldn't have tipped her $10. That was too much. I'd like a refund. read more

I reserved for a guy and they gave me a girl. When I checked in I also requested that they don't use hot stones. The guy said OK when I checked in but the lady still tried using hot stones until I stopped her. They don't care at all what you request to make this an enjoyable experience. I was already upset because I needed harder pressure and she couldn't give it cause she wasn't strong enough and the fact they they almost used the hot rocks until I jumped up and stopped her made things worse for me. Every time I get the hot rocks my skin reacts badly about it. I still tipped the lady because she's not at fault for the poor service I received from the front. Dont ever come here! read more
