Ella and Mia are absolutely life savers. I suffer from chronic pain from a near fatal car accident 40 years ago. Here I get the help I need to feel better. I always show them what areas I need them to focus on. When they start working on me it's very clear that from their years of experience, they very quickly know exactly what is going on in my body, and they know exactly how to loosen me up and relieve my pain. I let them know what level of pressure I like in each place through out the process. What areas to do a little extra or go back to later. The important thing is communication. I get a great therapeutic massage at a very fair price every time. When I walk out I am so happy, it feels like a miracle for me to be pain free. I love that when I pay in cash I save a little money. If they do not have to pay the extra percentage to the credit card company, then they do not charge you for it. Wow! I love that when I pay for a 90 minute massage, I actually get a full 90 minutes of massage, or even a little more some times. They are very thorough and want you to feel good. Only thing I don't like is that there's not much air circulation in the curtain sectioned small rooms so it is kind of hard to breathe when laying with face down. When we arrived, all of the workers were busy massaging other customers, so we had to wait, and ended up starting 15 minutes later. Luckily we weren't in a hurry. They have a shared space just off the lobby entrance with a lot of massage beds, but we opted for full body massages in their private rooms. They had a cute and simple couples room with comfy cushions on the face holes of the massage beds (noticeably better than most other places I've been). My partner and I agreed that both of our masseurs did a great job, the pressure not only strong but skillful, using technique to target our knots. My masseur particularly used his forearms and elbows frequently to provide an effective and thorough treatment. Felt like deep tissue, though we never really asked for this specifically as all of the workers spoke very little English so communication was limited. Our massages were really good, nonetheless. Didn't get their names, but we had two male therapists. On top of that, I enjoyed the music playing in the background during our session, unique instrumental renditions of classic songs, including Part Of Your World from The Little Mermaid and Diana Ross' If We Hold On Together from The Land Before Time on the piano. These lovely tunes added a nice touch to our experience.

I'm a bartender so I know how to tip and tip well so the fact that I was being told my tip wasn't enough was insane. Definitely ruined my post-massage vibe.
