This place has been hit or miss and I've been enough times to feel comfortable saying that. I've had some solid experiences and some not so great. A few times the Mongolian beef was solid but a few times it was stringy and tough and almost inedible Tried the chow fun on the last visit and it was decent but overly oyster sauced. It was just too much. King Pao chicken is usually solid. Fresh veggies and nice spice. Potstickers are kinda bland and that's not great but I keep ordering them. Lmao. I ordered pork fried rice, sliced bbq pork and fried chicken wings. The rice was ok but not the rest. The sliced bbq pork was very dry and bland. Tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. The fried chicken wings were too dark. Tasted like they were over cooked and in dirty oil. I spent $40 and barely ate 1/4 of it. The place was clean. Not a lot of tables. Staff were friendly. This place is a gem!! Total hole in the wall don't expect much if you come in but the combination plate on the back is totally worth it. The generals chicken was kind of bland, the sauce wasn't too sweet or spicy, the chow mein also didn't hit that good. However, I do love some Chinese food, regardless of quality. We ordered House Chow Mein, House Fried Rice, Honey walnut prawns, and cashew chicken. Let me tell you that this place hit the spot and it was so good I went back for seconds and thirds. They have their own delivery service !! We got our food fast hot and fresh and paid woth cash. We love there are still restrauts excepting cash with their own delivery service now a days. The portion alone is worth the money I had to use a plate because the box was too full. The sweet and sour sauce is very good. What you expect out of a really good sweet and sour sauce and they give you plenty of it. The sesame chicken was also delicious and the egg rolls and more like spring rolls which are so hard to find these days. Literally a hidden gem this may be a new favorite place for my family and I we will definitely order more. The customer service was also very polite and nice. They had no problems helping us with suggestions and the the delivery driver was very polite. The delivery fee itself was only 5 dollars for over 3 miles. Not those individually wrapped brighter yellow fortune cookies that seem more thinner and brittle. The OG fortune cookies, it was such a nostalgic to have. I ordered from here through door dash and I wasn't disappointed , but I wasn't throughly impressed either , the food was bland unfortunately, I got veggie chow mien, shrimp fried rice, and Szechuan shrimp , the chow o mien was dry and flavorless it had this odd taste I couldn't really put my finger on , like the food was scorched a bit , the broccoli and other veggies in the dish had that same strange taste , the rice was okay , again it didn't have any flavor that you would expect from a fried rice , the Szechuan shrimp was the best part of the meal , it didn't have much flavor but it was enough for you to enjoy the dish , all the food arrived piping hot secured in box as to not spill anywhere , I didn't receive any sauces to spruce the food up , or the complimentary fortune cookie you typically expect, the food wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worse either read more

I ordered through Uber Eats atHappy Inn.. the food arrived in a timely manner, and it was at the correct temperature by Uber Eats. It was brought to me directly and Uber eats. Did they find job?. My order was Kung Pao chicken with pork fried rice . What I got was zucchini, Pao and pork fried rice . There was barely any chicken to find in the order less than maybe half of the chicken thigh if even that much .. the majority of the food with large chunks of zucchini and other vegetables. It was spicy, but not as spicy as I requested. I wanted additional hot sauce and more spicy of the meal.! I did not get it Paying $16 for something that I did not request is just wrong. I do not recommend eating at this place. I also wanted utensils and extra hot sauce, but there is no place on the application on Uber Eats to request these items. read more

happy INN, is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area not only do they do free delivery under 3 miles but they are one of the only places in Rosemont who have the best Chinese food. They are super reliable and their prices you can't beat every time I order to my house the ladies that bring me my food are super nice and quick with delivery. I would usually say within an hour, they are at your house after ordering and putting in your order I believe inside the restaurant you can't sit down, which is why I prefer getting it delivered to my house. I always make small little adjustments like putting sauce on the side to have the chicken remain crispy. The Asian flavors aren't what you'd expect them to be (especially for being a long-standing business). Our family ordered broccoli beef and general chicken. The beef wasn't great (chewy texture) and the general chicken tasted very odd (my mom thinks maybe the oil was a bit old). Imagine biting into a slice of pizza and finding that it's undercooked; crust is still doughy and yeasty, toppings still raw. That's what I experienced on my first tasting, of noodles still half-way raw, fried rice still moist due to having been cooked with rice that's just been steam cooked, unappetizing bitterness of undercooked squash on another dish and the sad tasting of sauce on their Mongolian beef that wasn't even cooked at all high enough temperature to melt into the tendon like meat. In my 40 years of Chinese food all over Northern California, this is the worst.
