She was having anxiety about being groomed so when I discussed it with the groomer she is now calling immediately after she has completed her grooming to help my puppy's anxiety as well as mine. I called and spoke with Kyndal, the Manager. She said they would be glad to give my dog a complimentary wash & groom. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone was super nice! The business was clean and well-organized. Bernadette, my Groomer, took good care of my dog. Kyndal sat with me and answered a TON of questions. The rates for self-washing are VERY reasonable, and they provide everything you need except a dirty dog. You have to bring that! ;--) It seems that lots of folks drop their dogs off and come back for them. But its so entertaining to watch people wash their dogs!!! I'll definitely come back!!! read more

My dog is 4 and a poodle mix, so she's been getting groomed since she was a puppy. I have never been so disappointed or alarmed. To begin, she still has mats behind her ears. They clearly just cut the biggest part of the mat and left the base of it, which does not remedy the issue. I could have done the same thing at home and saved $80. Next, her nails. They are cut irregularly and very sharp!! They were clearly cut incorrectly because many of them have split and are irritating her. To cap it off she "bit her tongue" and was bleeding when I got there. I understand accidents happen, but I was offered no apology or explanation as to what happened and no reduction in price or offer to do so. Additionally, they requested I sign a document regarding this injury, which I refused to do. Overall, it seems like the groomer did not have much experience. The service was very poor and I will not be returning. I'm glad to see there have been positive experiences by others based on the reviews, however I would caution against taking your dog to this groomer. read more

My dogs go in looking like something out of a muddy bog and after I wash and scrub and dry them the little curmudgeons come out looking and acting like participants of the Westminster Dog Show! I like to be able to bathe my dogs without straining my back due to excessive bending and wresting with the little beasts. I have visited this location for a couple of years and have always been so pleased with the staff, products, cleanliness, etc. It has been a couple of months since my last visit until Saturday (6/4/21). I was so disappointed. The store was filthy. Dog hair everywhere - on the floor, walls, on top of the shelving. Trash cans were not clean, towels did not feel clean. I do not know if the management has changed or just the staff but I was SHOCKED! Never had any of these issues before. It was not busy, I was the only one for a bit until another self service customer arrived. The staff was not cleaning, or walking around ready to assist, she was sitting at the counter on her phone. I will give this location one last chance before I change my preferred location. I sure hope they can go back to the great service they were providing several months ago. read more

This was a very nice place! There were 2 younger girls that were so sweet and so helpful! I did the "self wash". They really cared about my pup and helped me get all set up with special oatmeal shampoo and the brushes I like to use. All of the equipment and amenities were nice and user friendly. The only problem I had was that the ENTIRE place reeked of cigarette smoke. Literally from the moment I walked in the door it was overwhelming. I briefly saw what I was assuming was a manager or owner in her office up front actively smoking a cigarette. It was super disappointing because one would imagine that a doggie wash and grooming store would smell fresh and clean. I just couldn't believe how bad it smelt and how she was sitting inside her own store making it smell so bad. I was there for about an hour (my pooch large and isn't very cooperative, so it takes me a while) and the smell was just as strong the entire time. I almost feel bad for the other employees, I'd imagine their hair and clothes smell like smoke by the time they finish their shift. Just so disappointing that such a nice place can be ruined by that one thing! I would like to say I would for sure be back if the smell goes away! read more

I come here monthly for over a year to have my dogs nails trimmed and everything's been fine. This last time will be my last visit. The worker that took my dog to the back was rude, condescending and yelled at my dog. She said in the future I will NEED to call in an appointment because my dog was acting up and they need to prepare for him. My dog has never done anything (he is so sweet) and this is the first time in over a year that I'm getting that feedback. She then condescendingly advised to bring my dog every 3 months so he can get used to it. (I come here monthly). After I heard her yelling at my dog in the back I couldn't believe it. Then her condescending lecture after was enough for me to never come back here. Please educate your staff. This is no way to treat a dog or person that is a customer. read more

K9 trimmed and filed my English Bulldog's nails beautifully. My Bruiser's nails can be difficult to deal with, because they are so thick and the quick grows deep. This was my 2nd time taking him to K9, and once again, his nails look perfect. Something else I really appreciate... Bulldogs have a hard time breathing when they get excited and/or overwhelmed. Both times, Bruiser was handled with care , and I know this, because he wasn't breathy or panicked as he walked out from the trim. As a bulldog mom, I will never take him anywhere else. read more

I was surprised at the level of knowledge and information shared on which shampoos would be best for Jack. Everything you could possible need was provided and no mess to clean up like at home.
