We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. David responded to my urgent need to address a leak in my irrigation system where the poly tubing had ruptured underneath my driveway as well as a faulty joint in the main irrigation valve coupler. David arrived and proceeded to walk me through my system, discussed the age, pros/cons and we discussed the options to resolve.
