Stopped by this particular location of the global chain while visiting family in Washington, and the experience was as expected albeit drink preparation was rather slower than we're accustomed to. Odd given we were the only patrons in the shop, but maybe we California peeps are just in too much of a rush! :D Banquette seating along the wall is fine for waiting but seems to intentionally encourage to-go orders. Regardless, our drinks were accurately made to our specifications (less sugar, less ice, added boba) and just as tasty as usual.

Pretty good and large chain for boba. It's pretty sweet for what they have but you can adjust your sugar levels. The flavors are unique and I really like the matcha smoothie types. My favorite is the avocado matcha and the mango matcha. The service was pretty quick for the amount of people inside. From what I've noticed, there are typically a lot of people in the mall and there are lines for this location.

It's a standard Happy Lemon chain store location. It's somewhat spacious inside and although there is some bench seating along the wall, there are no tables so this is really more of a grab and go place. I tried a taro milk tea and it was made pretty well but nothing too special.

It appears they did a little renovation. Happy to see they removed the side bench since it really took too much space. It would be over crowded with people on the weekend. This time I went during the weekday and it was super slow. I ordered the Passionfruit boba with an original waffle. Both were very good and satisfying.

I always get the brown sugar one, and it's so good! Plus, they keep the prices reasonable. The bubble waffle, while okay, doesn't quite live up to the hype for me. Very limited seating. It's more pick-up and leave kind of place. One downside is that the staff never seems happy to be working.

The food (Original Bubble Waffle) was delicious. My first time ordering a chocolate bubble Waffle at this location. Next time will give a Matcha Bubble Waffle a try. The service was great. A Milk Tea Ambiance.

We got Strawberry Jasmine Tea with Lychee Jelly and Milk Tea with Boba and Puff Cream. They were both really good. But my top pick is the Strawberry Jasmine Tea with Lychee Jelly. I just wish the boba and jelly were a bit softer. I'll definitely be going back for more! I chose 70% sweetness, it was level normal as mentioned.

The drinks are really sweet, so I would adjust the sugar level if needed. Also, the waffle tasted great!

Great boba and delicious waffles. This particular location didn't have a functioning bathroom. Aside from that cute, small space. Not much seating area, I think it's more of a take out place. The winter melon with fresh milk was divine. We also had winter melon lemonade which was great too. Girls said they don't put as much boba as Sharetea, that was the only complaint haha.

Very tasty but large drink is too tempting now my tummy hurts. The server who helped us claimed that the ashes were not of their personal enemy, but somebody else who works there. I am curious though.

Nice clean boba shop, all the drinks were made correctly to order. Would be nice if they moved some of the boxes in the seating area? But otherwise excellent shop, not really any complaints/concerns about it.

They do the half chocolate and half vanilla bubble waffle which the Bellevue Square location is typically too busy to do. Clean place.

I didn't see anything special to justify the "Pacific Northwest experience" they advertise with the buffet. It looked like a standard breakfast buffet with stale-looking food. They even charge $6 for omelettes or egg items on top of your buffet charge. If you want quality food, order off the menu. The tiramisu waffles/pancakes is amazing. They usually come as pancakes but ask for the waffles as they are incredible. The duck duck waffle or duck confit with waffles was incredible as well. Both dishes exceeded my expectations and were 5-stars items. Nice ambiance and some horse statues around that matches the equestrian theme. Overall a really great hotel breakfast!

The tiramisu pancakes were the standout of the meal and worth trying. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't quite live up to the food. The staff was friendly, but the service was noticeably slow from start to finish. The restaurant was busy, though not so crowde. The dining room also feels a bit dated and uninspiring. It's quite dark, with no windows or views, and the dark furniture adds to the somewhat gloomy atmosphere.

Bellden Cafe has it all, we've already gone several times I'm obsessed with the ube mochi waffle, it is soooo delicious (not too sweet, incredible texture and flavor). Their matcha is also lovely, I got matcha with rose syrup both times I went (so immaculate). I've turned into a bit of a matcha snob, so always looking for some good options and they hit the spot. The service is incredible, literally the people working there are the nicest people everrrr. Even on a super busy weekend morning, they were so accommodating, so friendly and even remembered us from just one visit! Really fantastic team, they really make the whole experience even MORE lovely. And the interior is jussssst so gorg!!! The decor is immaculate, there's lots of space (even when it was crowded), would be a perfect place to work from during the week, even their outdoor tables were very clean and cutie. Absolutely love, this has become a new staple of ours since moving to the east side! brunch girlies rise!!!

After being recommended Bellden Cafe by a foodie friend for a quick meal, we headed over to get some takeout to eat during the game. Mr. Brioche ($11) - This sandwich starts with a rich toasted brioche bun, which is then slathered with some creamy and fatty aioli. A soft and tender, spiced breakfast patty is placed on top, charred just a tad to give some browning and develop flavor. Some eggs, cooked on the flat top in a circular mold which makes it perfectly conform to the size of the bun, is carefully placed on top of the meat, and then finally some swiss cheese cements the sweet vegetal microgreens atop. The bun is voluminous, especially noteworthy in height. The interior ingredients only reaches perhaps 1/3 the height of the bun, making it appear that the sandwich will be dry. But that's an impression soon deemed to be false, as there's more than enough moisture from the aioli and melted cheese to smooth things over. (4/5) I don't normally associate cafes, particularly ones that seem to lean more towards the drink side of things, to also serve good food. But overall, I came out pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food I ate. Bathrooms - Single unisex room.

This was while the place was practically empty, so I'm not sure what else could have been occupying their time. Second, I ordered the pork shoulder stir fry which wasn't bad but had several large pieces of pure fat & gristle in it that I felt a high quality restaurant would have taken out of the dish. It's indicative of lazy & careless food preparation skills. Also, the basmati rice was very under-cooked...some pieces were even crunchy. Lastly, after leaving the place, I realized that I accidentally left my sunglasses there. So I called later that evening to inquire if they had found them. I discovered they route all incoming calls to a bot that instantly made me feel unimportant and unappreciated. What's worse is it tried to connect me with someone in the restaurant, but kept looping back into its own messaging narrative. What an absolute PITA. This enables me to make a broader point: Restaurants have to get it through their heads that cutting costs has negative impact on customer experience, putting the lifeblood of their business into jeopardy. Take the widespread adoption of QR code-based menus during COVID...how many restaurants do you know actually switched back to real menus after COVID passed? The answer is very few. The reason why? They are too stingy to pony up the dough and ignore the benefit to the customer experience. They figure, 'people already know how to do that so why spend the money on printing up menus anymore?". They couldn't care less about what customers might actually enjoy more, and that's the real travesty. If restaurants are going to force their customers into a self-serve model (as so many have nowadays), then why bother tipping anyone? I am so fed up of a world where the idolatry of wealth has surpassed the appreciation and value of real, engaging human experiences. The Central Bar + Restaurant could help reverse this course if they ever decide to they put customer experience first instead of their own profits. UPDATE: Added one star because they actually had my shades...went ot go pick them up today.
