Their drinks are always well balanced and they are always adding interesting and new items to their menu. You can always get something different! I didn't get it this time but their salted cheese is top tier! They have several locations but I love the Edgewater location the best. It is usually my favorite spot after a walk around the lake with my dogs! MY ORDER: Boba milk tea, Passion fruit jasmine tea with aloe Vera, and bubble waffle with sweet cream BEST BITE/SIP: I once tried a fruit tea with aloe in Houston and ever since then, aloe is always my go to and it is so good! PLUS their bubble waffle is so tasty!

When the world gives you lemons .... Go to the happy lemon . I happened to stumble across this refreshing little hidden lemon wonderland in middle of strip mall which I am not mad at all about. J Im must admit I was a repeat offender 2 days in a row.. the staff was extremely helpful as well as super friendly and nice. Laura was very patient with my indecisive self , which I changed my order at least 3 times. She explained everything Im detail ( they have so many different kinds of boba) and c let me sample a few things as well. Did I hear bubble waffles ? Oreo and original .. if you haven't one it's a must try.. please don't forget to asked for extra salted cheese which sounds maybe weird but it actually Bomb AF . Not only to dip your waffle in but b in your drink s . The ambiance is very casual but super cute and cozy. When life gives you lemons go to happy lemon!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

I walked in craving something sweet and creamy. The guy working the counter helped me choose something that would work (they have a lot of options) and even made it extra creamy for me! It was so good, and well blended. I added boba, which was sweet and cooked right! It tasted fresh. The shop was very clean and they had trendy K-Pop music playing. They also have board games for people who will sit and stay.

Happy Lemon is still killing it! Service is still top notch and the drinks are always exactly how I order them. Thanks guys! Plus, it is always so clean and has a nice ambiance in there. I can't wait to go back!

Oh my goodness! Happy Lemon is such a treat. Honestly, I had gone before and found it to be too sweet, so this time I ordered it at half of the sweetness and that made a world of difference for me! I was so happy when the cashier asked! I ordered the strawberry black tea with lychee jellies and it was SO DELICIOUS. Everything about this drink felt refreshing and fresh. Also, the bubble waffle was *chefs kiss*! I'm a huge fan of dipping it in the salted cream. That really got me goooood. Highly recommend! I loved that when I was there they were playing such melodic music and the space is very bright and fun. I'm looking forward to coming back soon!

I've tried Happy Lemon before. This is the closest to me right now. I had the mango jasmine tea with jelly. It's under their Specialty Menu. First time trying this flavor. Loved it! Clean and close to Target , king Soopers and Ace Hardware. It's so hot today so I really enjoyed my drink! Very refreshing!

Their bubble waffles or what I lovingly call Egg Waffles, are the bomb! So glad this location's iron isn't down, lol. We kept eating and chipping away at the waffle AFTER dinner. My friend who had never tried this specialty lamented how it'd be great with coffee and that she'll have to come more often!

I was excited to see what they had, i feel like the menu was limited on a lot of stuff. It was a good and bad thing. I saw a lot of good photos of different drinks, but it doesn't look as much as the photos i have seen. The drink i got was passionfruit jasmine green tea with lychee jelly. I wanted to be safe then sorry. Also, we got the matcha latte and strawberry shortcake drink. They were good, but the matcha latte was very powdery. Wish it wasnt that powdery. The strawberry shortcake smoothie was good, it tasted like strawberry and vanilla ice cream napoleon. The inside was pretty!

This is a really great place to get fun drinks and bubble waffle! I ordered the strawberry green tea with lychee and a strawberry shortcake smoothie with added mango boba. The strawberry shortcake smoothie was salted cream blended with ice and frozen strawberry. It was delicious!! It tasted like strawberry shortcake and had the consistency of whipped cream. The strawberry green tea had a jasmine flavor and was not too sweet. I would definitely get it again. The bubble waffles are fun because you can pull apart the little bubbles. Definitely order a side of cheese (cream cheese) or salted cream for dipping!

The ube boba tasted really powderish. Did not like it Service was nice and the waitress patiently explained to me the differences between options

I gasped when I found out Happy Lemon opened in Edgewater! I LOVE this place and was bummed I had to go all the way to Aurora to get some. Not anymore! If you've never been to Happy Lemon, they're famous for their "salted cheese" topping. Yeah, I was also skeptical, but it's a must try. Imagine a slightly salty, cheesecake-y foamy topping. And oddly enough, it kinda goes with a lot of teas! My fave is the Jasmine Tea with salted cheese and boba. And don't forget to grab a bubble waffle! They're crispy and chewy (thanks to the glutinous rice flour) and right off the waffle maker -- the perfect complement to your boba. See more photos and reviews on my food Instagram, @sammychews! Cheers!

Yummy drinks, nice atmosphere, friendly and speedy service!! Got the passion fruit jasmine tea with lychee jelly!

The girl working was super sweet and honest about the drinks/flavors so that I could get exactly what I wanted- very delicious and made me super happy :) (I got a grapefruit jasmine tea with lychee 1/2 sweet) would totally recommend

I was delightfully surprised when I…read morehad walked in early to wait for a friend was greeted by the girl running the clothing swap. Feels like this spot may always have something jiving! My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. The whole place has an Elle Woods sleepover energy: pink-adjacent, unapologetically cozy, a little magical. We enjoyed our treats, caught up and people watched. And yes these are treats. There may be alcohol at other times; we were just there for coffee and tea, and the specials leaned floral. I had something built around orange blossom that drifted between citrus and honeysuckle, delicate enough to feel like a mood rather than a flavor. Lovely, if not exactly life-changing. But that's the point: Hello Darling pulls you in with its aesthetic and keeps you with its comfy, cozy seats. Definitely equally suited to a solo work session or a two-hour gossip spiral that was supposed to be a work session! Come for the drinks, stay because you forgot you had somewhere else to be.

Baked goods selection looked super yummy but I didn't give any a try this time! Even on a rainy weekday morning, the shop was quite busy. Even on a weekday morning, there was a gentle buzz of activity, yet we were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of open tables and no line at the counter. The friendly barista greeted us right away, and we were able to order our coffee drinks without any wait. While waiting, we took a moment to admire the pastry case and decided to share a beautiful pineapple Danish that looked too good to pass up. We settled into a cozy table by the window (the only small downside being the lack of outlets for working), and before we knew it, our drinks were ready. The coffees were served in the most charming handmade crockery cups, complete with lovely latte art. And I have to say--the latte itself was just as delightful as it looked: smooth, balanced, and perfectly crafted. The atmosphere immediately draws you in with its eco-conscious, Scandinavian hygge-inspired aesthetic. Think warm wood tones, soft natural light streaming through the windows, and thoughtfully curated, cozy decor that invites you to linger. It feels intentional and welcoming without being overdone. I also couldn't help but notice how dog-friendly the café is--from adorable bread-shaped dog toys available for purchase to water bowls set out for thirsty pups. It's clear they've considered every guest, furry ones included. One of my favorite features is the large garage-style front door that can open fully on warm days, seamlessly blending the indoor space with the front patio and making the café feel even more spacious and airy. For an intimate neighborhood café, there's a generous number of tables and seating options, along with a sizable menu offering plenty of food and beverage choices. I can easily imagine Hearth becoming a go-to spot for locals--whether for a quiet morning coffee, a casual meeting, or a slow start to the day. It's warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I would happily return for another coffee (and maybe another pastry) again soon.

My sister used to go regularly when she was in school and let me know that the hours were super awesome for that routine - open at 6am, closed at midnight. Perfect for an early morning study session or late night cram. Or if you're just in the mood for all-hours coffee! Parking is admittedly a bit cramped in the front and pretty awkward to get out of if it's busy, but there is a lot behind the building with more space. There are a surprising number of tables and comfy chairs inside, and the vibe is kinda retro which my sister and I both really love. Their menu is pretty big and they also had a ton of holiday drinks to choose from. My sister has raved about the coffee they use (kaladi), so I got a drip coffee and since I wanted a little festive treat, I also got "the grinch" lol, which was a matcha latte with oat milk and pistachio. Take a wild guess which cup was mine in the photo. My sister got a hazelnut latte, which also came out really pretty. The coffees were ready very quickly, and we were able to find a little table near the back of the shop. Our three drinks (all 12oz) came out to about $16 which I think is pretty on par with specialty coffee drinks, so I felt it was worth the price. The one girl we interacted with at the counter was super friendly, too! It seems to be a very popular spot, which doesn't surprise me even a little bit, and I cannot wait to come back again to try other drinks!
