    Spicy Combo Bowl

Stopped in here after a workout nearby while we charged our car in the parking lot, we also checked out the Thai place next door but this one looked better. Glad we chose this spot, i really like the tonkatsu. Simple and great flavor, exact type of Japanese curry i was craving; with the sauce warm and creamy and so well-seasoned, poured smoothly over fresh fried pork cutlet strips and white rice. I only wish it came with a little more sauce! My boyfriend tried the spicy combo bowl which also had generous portions and hit the spot. The fish is pre-mixed and a bit more minced, not in diced form, to keep in mind. Has only a handful of tables but we had no problem sitting down on a weeknight evening. Thank you!

Super yummy, friendly service and cute casual atmosphere! We had shrimp tempura, edamame and pork katsu curry-delish!

I love their tuna nachos with crab salad minus the jalapenos. They use fried wonton wrappers as the base. Yummy eal and yum-yum sauce.

Pretty small cute restaurant with open view kitchen. They build your poke bowl right front of you. I like this poke restaurant as they give pretty generous amount of ingredients. The pork bun appetizer is pretty good too.

I stopped here on a chilly night to get dinner and it was so delicious! This spot offers counter service and you can sit in the cute interior or order takeout. They have make your own poke bowls and a big selection of ramen. They offer gluten free sweet potato noodles and zucchini noodles for the ramen. You can also choose white or brown rice for the poke bowls. I ordered pork katsu curry which came with 2 pork cutlets, carrots, and potatoes. It was a lot of food. You have to try Japanese curry! It's made with apple and honey and so good! Everything tasted so delicious in this dish. My partner got the vegetarian ramen. The broth was a rich miso soy broth. It came with fried tofu, seasoned mushrooms, spinach, egg and noodles. It was so flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly! I'll definitely be back! TLDR: Delicious food, healthy options, vegetarian and gluten free options

I want to give kudos to Asuka for delivering right on time even though we don't live that close-by. Also, the ramen stayed hot and the eggs were just cooked right. However, we're talking about poached eggs here, which were a bit disappointing since Ramen is supposed to have marinated eggs! Loved the Tonkatsu Ramen and its milky broth, makes you wonder if there was real milk in there, lol. Very flavorful and rich. The duck ramen, on the other hand, was meh. From the broth to the noodles, from the duck meat to the corn kernals, nothing "clashed" in a good way. I felt like I can have a better instant noodle experience than this duck ramen. I'm sorry to not have tried the poke bowls, maybe next time!

Excellent poke spot, I got a build your own bowl and opted for two portions of tuna and a portion of salmon (the build your own bowl includes 2 proteins). The ingredients tasted fresh and I thought it was well worth the price. I think I paid around $20 for my bowl. The cashier had great recommendations, she had purple/pink hair!

5 stars across the board…read more We were literally at Stella next door the night before and I heard there was gonna be cold rain the next day. So we decided to get a hot bowl of ramen to clear ourselves right up. I have to admit while we have had pretty good ramen in Colorado nothing has blown us away. This place did just that. If you are looking for the most authentic bowl of ramen anywhere within a 20-30 Radius of Denver this is your spot. I got the sesame pork belly ramen bowl and my wife the chicken dashi and both were spectacular. I know this sounds like a lot of exaggerating but no notes. Seriously ZERO! Take all my money whoever you are, Sera! PS I'm very impressed the other reviewers had enough self control to take pictures before they ate. Our food didn't stand a chance.

This small ramen shop is a hidden little gem in Denver. The service was great, even if our waiter was on his first day and stumbled a bit. He was attentive, eager, and happy to help with a smile on his face. The food was excellent as well, ranging from crispy gyoza and chicken karaage to various ramen dishes. The only downside was the karaage, which was slightly different than what I was used to, but it was still delicious. We left with our stomachs full, smiles on our faces, and a warm goodbye that has turned into a "see you later," as I will definitely be back.

From…read morethe outside, you might not expect much... but the moment you step in, it's clear you've stumbled onto something special. I brought my girlfriend here for dinner, and by the end of the night we were both genuinely blown away. We opted for the omakase experience, and it turned out to be one of the best dining decisions we've made in a long time. Every course felt intentional, balanced, and creative. Nothing was just "good," everything had that extra layer of thought and execution that separates a solid meal from a memorable one. Each dish built on the last, showcasing a range of flavors and techniques that you don't come across often, especially in the Denver area. You can tell there's a real passion behind the menu. The cocktails deserve their own shoutout. They were playful, well-crafted, and unique without being gimmicky. It's exactly what you hope for when you're pairing drinks with a high-level meal. What I appreciated most was how this place manages to hit both ends of the spectrum. You could come here for a casual night out and have an amazing time, or you could treat it as a full-on dining experience and leave completely impressed. That kind of versatility is rare, and they pull it off effortlessly. It's honestly no surprise they've earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, it's well deserved.

It is very cute and cozy inside, great for date night or meeting up with friends. Starting off, the small plate cucumbers were a great start to the meal as a fresh bite. Next up was the raw tuna plate. The tuna was wrapped in cucumber, great presentation and tasty bite. For the ramen, I got the Wagyu Brisket Shoyu and my husband got the Deathwish. The Deathwish wasn't too spicy, as a mild spice person, I could probably eat the whole bowl but I just added a few scoops of the spicy broth into the shoyu and it was fine ha! The Wagyu Brisket Shoyu was one of the best bowls of ramen I've had in Denver (yes better than Uncle). Deep flavor, not creamy as I don't generally favor the tonkatsu creamy broth, but still rich, big pieces of Wagyu. Egg was perfectly jammy, not too runny. Our first dining experience at Glo Noodle was fantastic and we will be back to try more of the menu. They also have some specials like a course menu which looked fabulous!

Uncle is a small, Asian fusion shrine that one should place on your must visit list. In the Northwest area of Denver, Uncle has limited seating and a show if you sit at the bar. Reservations are strongly suggested and well worth the wait. Crazy combinations, flavor bombs throughout and a culinary delight you won't regret. Tonight, we sat at the bar and watched the magic happen. These guys are cranking out amazing and delectable treats you won't forget. The Uncle salad was a great starter with charred cabbage, lemongrass, mint, cilantro, arugula, and peanuts lightly coated in a Thai coconut dressing. A slight burn only leaving you to crave just one more bite, ha! The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left. The cold spicy sesame noodles with seasoned chicken, granny Smith apple slivers, arugula, cashews and nanami togorashi, a perfect closing dish for an exceptional meal. The service, food quality, flavors and preformance from the bar seats were second to none. The concept, portion size, flavor and cost were a real treat in the big city food scene of Denver. If you haven't been here yet, get to the internet and book a table, I promise you won't regret it. To the staff, chefs, and all members of Uncle, thank you for a surprising and incredibly great meal, we will return on our future trips to Denver.
