Was driving by to see if Happy Lemon was open and they definitely were! This week looks like soft opening and grand opening is this weekend. The teas were definitely on par and consistent with other locations. I got black milk tea and mango green tea. Both were great. I'm really glad Everett finally has a good bubble tea place!

Also, I'm drawing a blank, but I believe it has ube and cheese foam.

The service was gr8. The drinks were amazing and the portion size could have been bigger yet sizeable enough for dessert.

Yummy, friendly, and adorable interior design. Conveniently located in the same location as the Evergreen Fred Meyer parking lot gives you a bunch of parking and an opportunity to grab a treat for shopping. The cashier was extremely welcoming and engaging. I feel she went up and beyond to make my experience easy and positive! She offered me recommendations as it was my first time in. Dairy free, Caffeine free and not too sweet. They offer the option to adjust sweetness by the amount of sugar added to the drink. I ordered the strawberry Jasmin Tea with Lychee Jelly, sugar free, and added the mango Boba. The Lychee jellies and Boba added the perfect amount of sweetness for me. They also had a plethora of other drink options to choose from. Interior is bright and simple, I really like the branding. I felt the punch of happiness right away. There are many cute photos ops. Overall a great experience and will be back to try more!

Back up bubble tea owners there is a new place in town that is absolutely wonderful, welcome to the neighborhood happy lemon, congratulations on you grand opening here in Everett wa I loved the tea and all the sweets. The staff was excited and had warm smiles and the prices were great!!!

I got the strawberry shortcake smoothie and it tasted like straight up water I also got the regular sugar one . I have gotten this before but this location always seems to get it wrong or doesn't taste right. I love happy lemon would recommend going to the one in Lynwood or Bellevue !

The drinks were very good. The boba was a tad chewy but still good. The service was quick and place was clean.

From the moment we walked in until the time we left, the entire experience was exceptional. The hospitality was top-notch, and our server, Kim, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. When I dine out, it's important that I feel comfortable with my server because I truly believe food should be served with love. On a scale of 1 to 10, Kim was off the charts! Now for the food... I ordered the French toast and requested it extra crispy. It arrived perfectly golden brown, topped with fresh berries and real whipped cream--absolutely delicious! I also had over-medium eggs that were seasoned perfectly, although they were a little closer to over easy than medium. Still, they were very good. The only item that fell a bit short was the chicken sausage, which was average and could have used a little more flavor. My husband ordered the pancakes, and they were delicious. His bacon was cooked to perfection--crispy, flavorful, and not overly salty. Honestly, my only complaint was that I got too full to finish everything! If you're looking for great food, outstanding service, and an all-around wonderful dining experience, I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try. We'll definitely be back

My wife wanted a lighter breakfast so went with the continental breakfast which came with eggs to order, banana bread, and fruit. The huevos rancheros was very tasty! It's definitely something that I would order again, although I would still like to try the avocado toast as well. At many other tables, I could see traditional breakfast fare such as french toast or pancakes that also looked tasty. My wife gave me a taste of the banana bread and it was delicious! Thick cut like texas toast, and much less dense than homemade banana bread that I am used to. Alas, the server said they might discontinue it, and that they didn't have a recipe but probably ordered it. Shame, now I must find this delicious banana bread! This is a small local chain, but I certainly wish they had a franchise down in the Portland area!

We ordered the crab dinner and fish and chips, and I'm here to sing the praises of the fish and chips. This is such an iconic PNW dish, and so many places half-ass it. Anthony's truly made it shine ; crunchy panko breading, fish that was actually seasoned and flaky. The coleslaw was good but a bit dry and lackluster. The crab dinner was solid too. My wife is particular about her Dungeness . If it's good, she'll make it known and this was fresh, seasoned, and delicious. I also love that the seating is staggered so almost everyone gets a view of the water and marina. I can always gripe about prices, but even at a higher cost, dinner at Anthony's beat most places I've been to lately.

Just under 100$ & a teeny thin piece salmon it was good, exceptionally small & why so thin? one VERY overcooked sourdough round. Clam chowder was good. We had brunch. Sunday about 1pm. The "medium" eggs had obviously been under a warmer for a while. Dry N hard. Two sausage patties equals about one somewhere else. Thin & small. Crispy black edge on one. None of the food on the was freshly cooked on this plate. We were the only ppl in bar, 2 of us. 1 server there taking care of restaurant tables too. Had to ask for EVERYTHING. Drinks were good; good pour & tasty. But the food is sooo small now & 30$ for that plate was stupid. Maybe for a drink, that's it! Sad it's deteriorated I should have snapped a few pictures, seems like we are exaggerating; we are not. Unfortunately

I got an order of their pulled pork breakfast burrito, which I've never tried before. Traditionally, it comes w your choice of pancakes or toast/hashbrowns. They let me upgrade the regular buttermilk pancakes to their lemon blueberry ones. Ultimately, the total came out to around $27.50 after tax/tip (I "only" tipped $2 since I was picking up). Ok so here are my ratings: - service 5/5 - burrito 3.5/5 - pancakes 4/5 - price 3/5 The burrito was solid. I just wish their was more to it. Like maybe some veggies or spice or pico or anything lol. The pancakes were the best part of the meal. You really don't even need to add syrup since it comes w the lemon cream cheese frosting on top and in between each of the 3 pancakes. The combination of that lemon + blueberry was ono and that's coming from a guy who typically doesn't choose lemon style desserts.
