I stopped by Sharetea before heading home from the mall. They have a nice variety of fruit teas to pick from. You place your order at the kiosk. I decided to try their Wednesday special for $3.99, which was the peach green tea with Aiyu jelly. My order was ready so fast. The tea as refreshing. I ordered it without sugar but the Aiyu jelly still made I bit too sweet. Next time I will say no jelly. The peach pieces inside the tea were delicious. The tea was very good, refreshing and had a nice peach flavor. Next time o would like to try their mango passion fruit teas. read more

I thought Sharetea was on the sweeter side before, so I ordered green milk tea 0% sweet with boba and found it wasn't sweet at all not even from the boba, so if I come back I'll try the next tier up. My drink was ok. Boba was less chewy than I would have liked but I may have just gotten a bad batch. Online ordering through Snackpass was very easy! You get 25% off your first order! They also had a ton of snacks to get here that I don't usually see at other boba shops. read more

I'm not much of a tea drinker and have only tried fruit tea once before. It was pretty good. I needed a pick-me-up while shopping at Valley Fair recently and Sharetea happened to be close by. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very crowded, but the line went fast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a peach green tea with honey jelly and 50% sweetness. It cost $7.00. I couldn't figure out how to pay at the kiosk, but a nice lady behind me showed me how. A note to staff-- the kiosk needs to be wiped down occasionally during the day because it was sticky and dirty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seats where you wait are squished together, but fortunately there was one chair available because I really needed to get off my feet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My drink took about five minutes to come out, which was quite fast considering how crowded it was. I took a sip as I walked away and it tasted awful. There was zero sweetness. I wasn't sure if that's how the drink was supposed to taste and didn't want to get back in line, so I threw it away. If I go back, I'll spend more time figuring out which drink I'll actually like before ordering. read more

About a five minute line and it moves quickly. However there is only one ordering kiosk and with the variety of drink and pastry choices and ability to custom each drink, a second kiosk would help. We were walking around the mall and after a salty dinner, I was thirsty! I wanted something that was non-caffeinated and it seemed like all the tea shops only had caffeinated drinks except for Sharetea, so I thought to try them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a nice looking shop with soft lighting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The menu is posted on the wall too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went up to the kiosk to place my order for a strawberry coconut ice blended drink and added crystal boba with a 30% sweetness level. In retrospect, I should have ordered no sugar at all! 30% sweetness level was EXTREMELY sweet! I even diluted it with nearly a can of sparkling water after the ice melted to make it less sweet! Out of the six drinks I tried, the blueberry cheesecake was definitely my favorite. It's one of their new seasonal specials, and the blueberry flavor really stood out. The cream paired perfectly with it, just like an actual slice of blueberry cheesecake. The drink overall was bold and flavorful. The two fruit teas were solid choices too. The peach kiwi reminded me of the peaches from fruit cups, and the mango passionfruit green tea was refreshing and just as good. The matcha that they used for the matcha ice blended had a weird after taste, so I didn't like the drink. The Hokkaido milk tea was very light & watery, so those drinks were not good. The staff were super friendly, but it's hard to flag them down if you need something, since they're in the back. read more

It has been awhile since I've had Sharetea, so I decided to order one of their signature drinks which is their QQ Family Milk Tea. This was my first time at this location. I like it because of all the different toppings in the drink. There was a kiosk available near the counter and even had a first time customer promo for quite a few drinks! Ordering was fast and efficient. My order was ready within 10 minutes and it wasn't that busy on a Friday afternoon. The drink was exactly the same as what I remembered. It was milky yet refreshing. I loved the boba, red bean, lychee, and caramel pudding, especially knowing that I didn't have to pay extra for all these toppings. This is mine and my son's favorite boba spot. There used to be one in Los Gatos that I loved popping by but they closed so now I come to this one. I usually DoorDash boba so I don't have to deal with the hassle of the mall. Anyone I've ever ordered it for has always said it's the best and very refreshing. The newly relocated sharetea in valley fair is still bad news in terms of product quality, hidden cost and uncomfortable crampy seating. Their promotional items were mediocre, don't order it thinking you'll save a few cents. They tasted bad with overloading sugar. Hidden cost- main reason I was not happy about: all milk tea products were made of non dairy creamer, if you want real cow milk or other alternatives, e.g. almond or soy milk, you have to pay extra. WT? Since when does boba tea become so sophisticated? The portion of pastry - Oof, the miserliest piece I've seen, might as well be mistaken as dog treat. It wasn't even good either. The $2 purposefully half-cut Costco styled pastry falsely advertised on screen as full size was a dissapoitment. Came around 11am. My throat felt really dry and I really wanted a honey green tea. There was a sign on top of the ordering kiosk that boba wouldn't be ready until 1130-or noon. I didn't care about boba but I did notice that there was boba... Felt like they should have updated the sign. I ordered my honey green tea and then waited over 15 minutes. One of the OG boba spots straight from Taiwan. Sharetea has been around before the whole crema craze blew up, and their Crema Wintermelon is still my go-to. Smooth, not overly sweet, and that salty-sweet crema hits just right. They've got a self-serve ordering machine up front, which makes things super convenient. I also signed up for their reward program--why not? Free drinks add up fast. Two employees behind the counter were cranking out drinks quickly and efficiently. No fuss, no wait. I wasn't the biggest fan of our experience at this Sharetea location. We ordered from the kiosk, and that was a smooth and painless experience. We waited quite a while for our order, and there weren't that many people in line. They also didn't mention our order when calling out things; they had called out vocally other others, not ours. They got the order wrong on mine; I had ordered for no ice, but there was ice in the tea. The place was dirty too, as the floors and tables were sticky. I've had good Sharetea experiences before, but this one wasn't up to par. It did have a nice central-feeling location though! Warning: This ShareTea makes their drinks on the sweeter side. The 30% sugar here tastes more like 50% at other locations. This isn't my favorite ShareTea location due to how busy it is and the ordering process. The line moves slowly due to how slowly the ordering tablets work. I don't know if they need to be updated or replaced, but just scrolling down on the screen can take up to a minute. The text system notification is also inaccurate, I'm not sure why they use it. You'll have to stick nearby to hear your order number get called out because text doesn't come until much later. The good thing is, they are quick to make the drinks so despite having so many people in front of me in line, I still got my order in a few minutes. It's a decent pick if you're on the first floor of the mall and looking for boba. I also like that ShareTea has milk tea options with the pearls included so you don't have to pay extra for the topping. read more

I came here after shopping and was craving for some boba. There were other boba shops nearby, but this seemed the closest where I was. My partner and I got the Hawaii fruit tea with aiyu jelly and classic pearl milk tea with boba. The Hawaii fruit tea tasted pretty sweet and there wasn't any significant difference that awestruck me in terms of flavor and texture of the boba. It tasted good for a typical fruit drink but I couldn't tell what was different from other fruit drinks. The jelly was pretty good though and added a nice texture to the drink. As for the classic pearl milk tea, it definitely tasted like regular milk tea with boba. The boba was chewy for me and not soft which I prefer. Overall, I would come by for a quick drink if I was shopping nearby but wouldn't go out of my way to get boba here. read more

The tea and boba here taste better than other places I've tried in the mall. I find that fruit teas at boba places either taste like real actual strong tea or fruit juice, I would say say on this spectrum, it's in the middle, but more toward the juice side. Just an FYI for folks who prefer strong tea or those who prefer a more juice like taste. As someone who doesn't mind either, I wasn't disappointed. The passion fruit mango green tea was refreshing and had just enough boba to last me through every sip. Even at 50% sweet, it was still sweet enough to give it flavor. I've been here 5 or more times before. Every time it was perfect. This time, it wasn't good. Came here with 4 other ppl. I was the only one with a credit card so they had to order w/ a cashier. Obviously it's not their fault only 2 employees were both baristas and cashiers, but it kind of took a while. Once we placed the orders, we had gotten texts our orders were all ready, but only 1 drink was ready. Once the group had all gotten drinks, about 15-30 mins later everyone had stomach aches. Came here on Wednesday around 6 and my husband ordered the fresh milk brown sugar boba which the cashier said was off menu and I ordered the QQ happy family time boba milk tea. Both were good and the cashier was chill and knew the menu really well. Got our drinks half sugar. We returned on Friday and there was a different cashier and she was totally clueless/confused and confusing to talk to. We ordered the exact same items plus a matcha drink. She kept asking, "the one with the sugar on the rim right?" I mean the drink we got the other day didn't have any sugar on the rim so we had no idea what she was talking about but she kept asking the same thing. Got our drinks half sugar but she put no sugar which I only realized later on when I read it/drank it in the car. The fresh milk boba that we got this time just tasted like milk and boba without any brown sugar. It was different from what we had the other day and also didn't sound like what she described. All in all not bad but not the best. Would get again but if it's the same girl who didn't know what she was doing I'd probably circle back later. read more

Unfortunately there is no zero stars options. Staff have zero customer service skills. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! I picked up wrong drink and owned my mistake and paid for it. How ever the drink I paid for was not given back to me and I was told " it's our policy". When I attempted to clarify that the policy was to waste drinks I was told "Yes". After that I was refused to be served all other drink I ordered- even the drinks were already made. Drinks: I got a basic tea to try out because it was my first time, and let's just say I was so disappointed. I got my tea in my "usual" way ( light ice, little sugar) and I was absolutely disappointed. Both drinks were basically the same in taste: MILK. Even though they were technically very different teas, sweetness levels, and one had boba, they both tasted the same, extremely milky, maybe 5% tea. Not sure if it's just this location, but this one worker almost completely messed up the sweetness of my order. Normally at other shops, I would be able to get a less sweet version of a fruit tea with it being nearly less than 30% all the time. But at this location, the person making my drink, I clearly saw them mess up the ratio of puree, making it over the line. When I raised this with the manager, I was made to feel like I was the problem, with excuses about previous staff and different management. I ordered Matcha with redbeans, it's hella sweet! And it gave me bad after taste in the mouth like artificial sweeteners, not real sugar. Was looking for the best place with mini boba and happy we found this place. The boba drinks came out fairly quickly. The order screen was a bit temperamental and made ordering difficult/time consuming. -1 star as we were wandering the mall for a long time since the location on Yelp didn't match the actual location of the shop read more

Fivestars gave me a buy 1, get 50% off deal, so we decided to try Sharetea for the first time. We got a Classic Pearl Milk Tea (30% sweet) and an Oreo Blended Ice w/Pearl (30% sweet). The Classic Pearl was so disappointing - even though it was 30% sweet there was no hint of creaminess whatsoever. The Oreo Blended was fairly good (the pearls are just ok), can't imagine how overly sweet the 100% would be. Meh. With all the boba competition in Valley Fair, we prefer R+B Tea in the food court - self-serve kiosks for ordering and amazing drinks!! read more

Looking through the menu, they do have plentiful of options. I wanted to try Hazelnut Milk Tea because I wanted that same flavor from another place, but unfortunately, they don't have that now. I asked for 50% sweetness, and it actually tastes like 100% of it. At least it wasn't too sweet though, but still it didn't meet my expectations. At the same time, it's not really a bad place to come here. Also, the drink became empty really fast because there seems to be too much ice, but I never specified how much ice I want to have. Usually boba places require you to ask about sweetness and ice, but from the kiosk, they're considered optional. If I had to guess, they apply 100% to sweetness and ice by default. When ordering, you can't do it in person since there's a sign that asks us to place an order from a kiosk. I don't recommend coming to this place if you really care about how much sweetness and ice they added. Just make sure that the rest of the ingredients (e.g. boba) is there.

Definitely not worth the wait for us.

There were quite a few drinks and snacks that read, "Sold Out"; close to half the menu. I ended up ordering a Tropical Dream (pineapple slushee, fresh pineapple, agar boba and mint). After placing our order, we wandered around the surprisingly large kiosk but still couldn't find anyone working. The entire preparation area is enclosed behind frosted plexiglass panels, making it impossible to watch your drink being made. Personally, I enjoy seeing the preparation process, not only because it's interesting, but also because it gives me a sense of the cleanliness and care being taken. Here, everything was completely hidden from view. My husband even tried peeking over the partition for a glimpse, which felt a little awkward. After a few minutes, someone did appear with our order. Mine was okay. It tasted like pineapple and I did love the crystal boba. I drank about a quarter of it, then tossed it. Maybe it was too sweet. I just couldn't justify drinking my calories for a drink that was merely okay. Calories are meant to be savored and enjoyed.

(The store doesn't open until 5:45pm) There is no way to talk to a live person. While we ended up using the pickup option, I was surprised to be told that they do not sell or supply dry ice, even though it is listed on their website that it is used for deliveries. Everyone at my event loved the ice cream tacos, but I was disappointed that was such a hassle to set up.

The shop itself had a clean, cozy atmosphere with artwork displayed throughout the seating area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Sweet Works crepe with strawberry, banana, sweet cream, and Nutella, along with an iced hazelnut coffee. The crepe was loaded with fresh fruit and perfectly balanced with the sweet cream and chocolate drizzle without being overly heavy. The crepe itself was soft, thin, and freshly made with just the right texture. The iced hazelnut coffee paired really well with the dessert -- smooth, refreshing, and not too sweet. Definitely a nice spot to satisfy a sweet craving, relax for a bit, and enjoy a dessert and coffee combo.
