I love this location is closer to me than Berkeley. I no longer have to make special trips to get a treat. My daughter and I stop in after school before our park trips or following gymnastics. It's also convenient to grab a drink for myself (and friends) before heading to a movie or work. Inside Ranch 99 makes it easy to find. Depending on the time and day you go, parking can suck. It's inside a large lot but with all the other great stores it can be difficult. It's located off the Central exit.

Enjoyed getting boba from happy lemon! Nice and fast service, so many options, and the mochi waffle was to die for. Loved it so much, just the right sweet and soft combination you need. Love that it's right in the mall at the entrance and the line moves fast. Highly recommend this spot before you do the rest of your shopping!

Longish wait but always refreshing. Awesome surprise from my daughter. Tasted great as usual and worth the wait.

My husband enjoyed his drink! Very strong blend of Vietnamese coffee with cream puff. Yummy!! This novelty drink is priced fairly. Superb customer services too! Warm and friendly greeting from the moment we walked in and until we left. I highly recommend to give them a try if you are in the area. I would absolutely visit them again when we are in town again.

Time after time we go to happy lemon there's always a long line and wait, but they are always very polite as servers when we order directly in person as opposed to the digital kiosk. I drinks are always made the exact same way and I know that the drink makers are always different. I am always watching everybody. On this particular day, we had six different drinks for the whole family since that was our dessert after our dim sum lunch and everybody enjoyed their drink although it took us about 15 minutes to get, the service was pretty fast, considering the people in front of us also had a number of drinks as well. Perfect dessert on the way home into traffic. Lol.

This place was BUSY on a Sunday afternoon. Located at the entrance of Ranch 99 makes the wait a little long, but they have a big team of baristas getting those drinks out. I got the Wintermelon Fresh Milk, which was the perfect sweetness for me. The milk to melon flavor was great and overall a refreshing drink. I'd order it again :)

I walked into the mall where Happy Lemon is located and saw the sign for the frozen wintermelon lemonade drink has an advertisement for $5.25 the S4. I go into the store and order it and it came to $6.50. I informed them about the sign that's outside of their store. The employee who rung the order up goes outside to look at the sign and says oh "that's old". I said well I want the price that you have it advertised for. He asks someone else that was working in there and they said no cause the sign was old. They wouldn't honor the advertised price so I left. When I walked out of the mall they had removed the sign. They didn't handle this correctly. I know I don't look like their typical customer but I felt they wouldn't honor what they clearly had advertised because of it. I will never go into a Happy Lemon store again and will tell my friends about my experience as well.

Their lemonade iced tea with fresh lemon is a perfect blend of refreshing and tangy, and it's my go-to drink every time. It's incredibly flavorful and the fresh lemon really adds a special touch. Their chocolate bubble waffle with the dip is an indulgent treat. The chocolate flavor is rich without being too overpowering. The dip complements it so well--definitely a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth! The service is friendly, lots of sitting area and clean bathrooms. Check it out if you're in the area!

My cousin was in the boba mood, so we settled on Happy Lemon due to its proximity to us. It's a decent spot for drinks but not a place I'd actively seek. No matter the time or day, I've seen crowds gather at this location. Be mindful of that because service is quite slow. It took a while for the staff to make and serve our drinks. The inside is bright with bar stools and lemony logo decor, you can sip inside or take it to-go. Happy Lemon lives by its namesake and sells various lemon drinks as well as other fruit teas, milk teas, and more. You can adjust the ice and sweetness level. I had the Fresh Passion Fruit Mango Green Tea with Boba. Even though I got it with less ice and sweetness, the drink was still extremely sweet. My cousin had the Strawberry Green Tea and said it was okay but enjoyed mine more. For those looking for tea to sip while walking around Pacific East Mall, Happy Lemon is a good option. Parking is free in the mall's lot. Drinks are decent but service is quite slow.

Mango passion fruit green tea. LOL, I had already drank most of it before I remembered to take a picture!

This was my first time here. I was down here going to 99 Ranch and decided I'd like something to drink. I tried the mango passionfruit green tea. You are given the choice of how much or little sweetener and ice to put in and I usually like it less sweet with less ice so that I can get more of the drink. I like the fact that they use fresh fruit in many of their drinks. This drink was very good, very refreshing and I would order it again. The service was quick and all the employees looked like high school kids, but they were very fast, bright and efficient.

All the drinks are a hitter! We always get the strawberry shortcake. The drink with Yakult are so refreshing. The service is good and friendly very helpful when you have questions regarding dairy options. The place is quiet small for a hangout but the have a long bar type seating but more so a p/u vibe for those who wanna find a sit and read a book or sit and study etc.

This place is getting packed!! I say order first, do your shopping, and come back for your drinks. Parking is getting packed here now at this plaza, I'm obsessed with their egg puffs!! I get original with oreo, so dang good. It's my favorite place for egg puffs now.

This is the 2,613th location world-wide for Happy Lemon! To celebrate, they're offering a BOGO promotion through Sunday. Located inside the Pacific East Mall across from the H.K. Cafe. They were very well staffed. So things went okay given the LONG line. I mean it still took about 20 minutes after I placed my order. I got my standard Lemon Green Tea. Tasted fine. Pretty much like I've had everywhere else. Consistency is a good thing for a chain. TIP: Remove ALL valuables from your car. Or anything you won't cry over if you return and it's gone. This parking lot is NOTORIOUS for car break-ins.

The shop is small, but has plenty of counter seating and some small tables available as well! In between the front door and ordering, there's a selection of chips and snacks for you to browse as well. I was initially looking to order Banh Mi but was a bit intimidated by the $17/banh mi price tag. I opted in for an open face Asiago Bagel with Lox for $13 and placed my order. Breakfast orders that are $10+ get a free house coffee as well, so of course I opted in for it! There's a bathroom just around the corner from the ordering kiosk, but while I was making my way over there, the kind staff let me know that they are actually sold out of lox. They offered me a refund or to change what I ordered. I decided to switch to the Asiago Bagel with Ham, Bacon, Egg, and Cheese since it was the same price as the Lox! My coffee came out first, and the person who gave me my coffee also filled up my cup with ice when I asked! The coffee itself had a nice deep & bitter flavor which I look for in a house coffee. The sandwich was STUFFED full. I've never had a bagel breakfast sandwhich where I've quite had to unhinge my jaw like this. My photos did not do the sandwich justice, but I promise it's so much bigger than you'd expect! The eggs were perfectly fluffy and smothered in cheese. The ham and bacon were cooked to my personal liking. If you like crispy bacon, maybe mention that to them, because it was perfectly chewy for me. The bagel, was soft, fluffy, yet so bouncy, and I LOVE that there are poppy seeds mixed into their Asiago bagel. The cost to quantity ratio for the breakfast sandwich was 100% worth it. I'll definitely be back when I need a hearty sandwich.

I asked how sweet the drinks are, and was told there wasn't much of a difference between half sweet and default sweetness, but they can do adjustments such as 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or something, but there really wasn't much of a difference. It was still just a tad too sweet for me, but others said it was really great for them.
