I've been to another location but first time at this one. I love the cure decor. It's a nice spot to hang out and get a drink or snack. We two lemonade based drinks because we didn't want caffeine. I also wanted a bubble waffle and I forgot how good they are. I saved a bit for my toddler and she didn't think twice when I offered her some. It was gone in seconds. I guess I have to bring her with us next time.

Service was quick and helpful, especially for only 1 person out working when we came in. Bright, cheery, some low background k-pop-ish music playing. Got a Fruit Smoothie, G3, mango Yakult smoothie, 75%sweet, with lychee jelly. Got it very quickly and was really nice. I think next time I would go 25 or 50% sweet. The lychee jelly added a good bit of sweetness on its own. Only slight issue is that the ordering monitors image is a little blurry. Hard to read the letter-number of each item. Maybe the raw electronic file has issues? Will be back.

Maybe it was just this drink, but I wasn't really a fan. It was very refreshing for a hot day, but was a little sour in my opinion (even though I got normal sweetness). I also really didn't like the seeds in the drink - it was bitter but also I wasn't really expecting it to be in it, it was hard to bite. Will be avoiding this drink in the future.

Salted Cheese Oat Milk Tea with Boba

I believe that Happy Lemon was one of the first few boba places that included Salted Cheese as an ingredient/topping to their boba. After the first time trying the topping, its stolen my heart and the world's heart since. I've had only positive experiences at the multiple Happy Lemon locations I've been to. In front of the ordering counter, I like watching people take pictures with the decorative lemon figurine. Most recently, I ordered the salted cheese oat milk tea with boba: a classic for me. My order was made quickly, and I think they have since improved on their cheese topping since I first came to Happy Lemon years ago. Most of their drinks are classic now, but I always enjoy coming to a Happy Lemon near me to get boba and occasionally, a bubble waffle or two.

The salted cheese milk tea was great. But they are premade milk tea, without being able to substitute any other milk kind.

Happy Lemon x Jean's Tea-ppuccino with Sky Cream & Oreo tea has a nice mild roast to it cream has some weight to it, making it a dessert-y drink mix is a sweet, fluffy, creamy treat cream is not overly sweet but instead employs the help of a bit of saltiness (not like the amount in salted cheese but like the amount you would to bring out the sweetness and depth of dark chocolate, not that this is bitter like dark chocolate) to enhance the feeling of a flavorful but soft taste overall a nice drink but unfortunately gated behind a $20+ collab bundle to even try one (but I did it for you guys and also Jean is my favorite chronic workaholic) $22.91 12/14/24

My Matcha tea with tiramisu salted foam was absolutely delicious, but it was very stressful when I wanted to use the bathroom afterwards, and it was out of order. They said that a customer had broke the handle.

I really liked that this location is adjacent to many food options. I didn't realize that this location is in the same parking lot as Trader Joe's ( closest to Taco Bell ). Service was great super friendly and helpful while making decisions about what waffle to get .. to dip or not dip lol Ambiance is small but does have a gender neutral restroom , an accessibility table perfectly in front of pick up section . Overall we had a great time with my son Elijah hearing the upbeat music and trying out new drink flavors . Will be returning ! Pro tip : download the Happy Lemon app and scan before check out to accumulate points.

Their drinks are addictive and customized to your taste. The salted cheese drink is a favorite along with their bubble waffle. Service is always prompt and it's a hit with younger customers and school kids always. Wish they had more reasonable prices compared to some of the other bubble tea places and a more convenient online ordering option

Love happy lemon at prospect. Only location had Vietnamese coffee and their new drink cups are adorable.

This is such a happy place. The decor is bright and cheerful, the service was upbeat and the treats made me happy too! I got the boba cake which I was having for the first time. Think tiramisu but better than most tiramisus... it was very good. I also got the salted ice cream which was great too. Yeah, I got and ate two desserts at the same time. I was vulnerable ok...don't judge me!

Why is it every time I come here I absolutely blank on what to order??? Shout out to the young Asian gentleman with long black hair that helped me pick a drink because I was completely clueless. I always want to try something new.. never the type of person to be a regular somewhere or have "the usual". So this place is kind of like paradise for me. Over a hundred options I could choose from. We decided to go with one sour and one sweet drink. The okinawa milk tea drink: delicious. This was the drink the young man recommended for me. If chi tea and Crème brûlée had a baby this is what it would taste like. I only did 75% of the usual sugar though. It's on the sweeter side so proceed with caution. The mango lemonade slushy: woooooowww so good and so refreshing. The alcoholic in me wished I could put a tequila shot in there and call it a marg. If I had a regular order this would probably be it. But I'll probably order a different drink next time and wish I ordered this one instead. One day I'm gonna build up the courage to try the salty cheese ones but today was not that day lol

Delicious smoothies that are high in cost and nutrients…read more It's hard to find smoothies that aren't loaded with added sugars, but this place seems to have curated a fine selection of smoothies not made with ice cream/sherbet or sweeteners (at least the ones I got). My husband I enjoyed smoothies 1 and 3. Although 3 is the most popular, we both slightly preferred 1. I think 3 is probably the most popular if you get it with orange juice since that's sweet. I got my 3 with almond milk to avoid a high blood sugar spike. We also tried the energy balls: peanut and lemon/blueberry. Both were delicious, filling, and flavorful. Would def bring my kids next time! Only complaint is that service was pretty slow. On the flip side, it was nice to wait and not hear any blenders buzzing since food is made in the back of the house (unlike most smoothie eateries' set up).

They also have some seating outside the shop, and the workers are friendly. I tried their standard acai bowl and the strawberry smoothie. I felt the acai base wasn't very acai forward and tasted more blueberry-forward. The base-to-toppings ratio wasn't what I expected, I felt there should have been more base and it should have been more frozen but instead it felt more closer to the consistency of a smoothie than a bowl. The smoothie I tried felt simple and healthy, as it should be. Overall, it seems like a good small business, but it just wasn't for me.

Ambience: The shop is not tidy and has a lot of random objects/decorations around; for instance, Christmas decorations and posters that are peeling off. There are also signs that are leaned against the wall in customer areas, like it is an extension of their store storage space. The lack of tidiness & cleanliness made me apprehensive to touch anything and it is certainly not welcoming. I don't even want to imagine how their kitchen area is upkept if they can barely manage their public space. Drinks: My partner and I ordered the white peach boba milk tea and the tiger milk tea. It's really nothing special and it befuddles me that there is high praise for the quality of their drinks. The tea flavour is not strong, nor is the boba made with quality in mind as it was hard in the center. I'm under the assumption that their fruit teas are front-loaded with artificial syrups since that's what the white peach resembled. Price: To compromise quality, the price point is the selling factor. Boba priced around $5-$7 is a rarity these days, but this shop does it. Just know that you're paying for lesser quality in your order. Customer Service: Wow, that needs work. The other review was not kidding about their employees and how they communicate. Customer interactions can heavily change the view of the store and will make/break the experience. With this already broken experience being topped by their employee "communication," I'm surprised they have returning customers. There are a plethora of better boba shops in the same area. I reckon you opt for those if you value strong tea flavour, better customer service, and---most importantly---a store that values cleanliness.
