From what I understand, they are expected to maintain and clean their own rooms in addition to serving clients, which seems like an unrealistic expectation. Management should consider hiring a dedicated cleaning team to regularly maintain the treatment rooms and common areas. Having professional cleaners come in several times a week would help ensure the facility consistently meets the cleanliness standards customers expect.
