He said he is from Ecuador and many of the beans used in the chocolate come from Ecuador. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had this year. Any type of business. Before buying a bunch of holidays gifts, I tried a number of chocolate samples. They were obviously very high quality. There were a number of artistic chocolate pieces. That worked. The bread was this artisan roll with a crispy outside but soft inside. A better bahn mi than other places, but the bread needs to be more akin to a hoagie roll rather than an artisanal sandwich roll. As a food location, I put them on par with other ice cream shops that offer food. They usually don't do the food that great, but they excel at ice cream. They got lots of interesting ice cream flavors to try, and they are on par with pricing for the area. Come here for a sweet treat, probably ignore the food options, and enjoy!
