We have a new party favorite!!! I ordered from them for my daughter's 2nd bday party through instagram and Sam responded quickly. They deliver within south San Francisco and because we're in San Mateo, they still delivered for a small fee. It was great because it made it super stress free, Sam showed up promptly before the party and the donuts were FRESH and packed nicely. Mochi Donuts is like the new craze nowadays. Modo is a little far, so it's great to find a place in the Peninsula that serves mochi donut. Haradonuts does curbside pick up or delivery if you are in SSF, Daly City or San Bruno. Delivery is around 5.00 if you order a dozen but if you order two dozens its free delivery. Just remember, orders aren't final until payments are made. They respond pretty fast and their service is awesome. I had specific directions who how i waned my flavors and how i wanted things boxed and they were accommodating. The flavors change every week, so check their Instagram for the updates. For the week that i ordered i got Yakult, blueberry and black sesame. My friend got reese's , fruity pebbles, blueberry and black sesame. The black sesame was the best for me, followed by the blueberry. The Yakult on didn't have enough yakult flavors to me, but it was still good. My friend liked the fruity pebbles but it was slightly too sweet. I did like the blueberry one as well. I wished these donuts lasted two days, because by the second day it was a little hard. Usually when i order it from modo, it last two days or even three. I hope to try more of their other flavors soon. read more

Decided to try this place which was near me and support a local neighborhood business. I know there's a Mochill that's also closeby, but I don't always want to deal with going to a mall to get some. and I wanted to support a home based business. So I ordered for the first time yesterday. The process was pretty easy. I went on their IG account where they have their flavors of the week (changes each week) and order form. I DM'ed my order for curbside pickup (they require at least a day prior to your preferred pickup time). Their prices are $25 for a dozen (up to 6 flavors) and $14 for a half dozen (up to 3 flavors). They also offer a couple of options for local delivery up to 5 miles: $7 fee OR free when you get 2+ dozen. I think these were pretty good prices compared to Mochill. Payment is accepted in cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay. The address will be provided once the order's confirmed. When I placed my order, I told the owner, Sam, that I'd aim for an 11:30am-12pm pickup window because it's hard to predict when I can leave when I have two kids in tow, lol. She said she totally understood because she has kids too :) She texted me at 11:25 today to let me know the order was ready and to just let her know when I'd head over. I left right around that time and DM'd her when I arrived. She brought the box right up to my car window, no need to get out and ring the bell! She was chilling in her van, waiting to hand them to me and then leave to make a delivery, I think. Overall, I liked how simple the procedures were, clear communication, and yummy desserts. I don't always have a mochi donut craving, but I will probably be inclined to take the shorter distanced, friendly customer service, and less hassle of crowds and cars to get mine from Haramochi in the future. read more

This is a made-to-order home business. I told the seller that I will try their mochi since Mochill is a bit far to drive for us. I just noticed though that their mochi is a little bit smaller than Mochill store in Stonestown, yet a dollar less is their price for half a dozen and will be discounted if you order a dozen @ $25.00. Sam helped make this happen by having the option of individually wrapping them. The kids were soooo happy! Haramochi has such a unique variety of flavors and they all taste very good. Adults love them too! Sam also hooked it up with adding a label on the bag noting the ingredients and short note from me and the kids. Haven't seen any storefront be this accommodating. I ordered 4 dozen donuts on behalf of a company event. The planning/ordering stage took the most work as there are just so many amazing flavors to choose from. Flavors vary per week but a custom set can be created with a small upcharge which I would highly recommend opting for. Other than that, payment is received, we gave a delivery address, and all we had to do was wait for the arrival date. The only mistake we made was not taking any pictures of the donuts! Each donut was presented so professionally and turned the heads of many in our office. Each flavor tasted great and I cannot thank Haramochi enough for such a positive experience.
