Goodness trying to get to this place after leaving SFO is the biggest pain in the neck I've ever had to get a stupid doughnut!! I missed the stupid turn so I had to loop around which is probably my own doing, but there's so much construction in the area. Honestly, it was a distraction for me. Once I got inside, there was a Employee cleaning the tables and taking out the trash, which was nice, but he placed full trashcan right next to another table of family of four sitting at then he whipped open the trash bags and picked up the old trash as he tied it with the father and mother, turning their heads away, so the trash air did not get in their face. How rude and unsanitary to clean up trash with customers sitting right next to you. The donuts I got were good. They're always my favorite though. Old-fashioned tasted delicious and the maple had a good flavor as well as the blueberry. I also got some weird tea drink that had a bunch of fake sugar tasting lemonade and lime something honestly it was so sweet I only drank a couple steps. And then I tossed it. My fam treats throwing away food as a major crime / something you shouldn't ever do, but they were so stale that we couldn't force ourselves to eat the rest after trying a few. I just started looking through all the other reviews to make sure I wasn't imagining things and feel less of an annoying customer seeing that the majority of other folks reported the same dried out, old donuts. Womp. Bathroom was pretty nasty with puddles everywhere, no soap, and toilet paper strewn everywhere. Lovely. Inside the shop was a well lit atmosphere to promote the mass consumption of Doughnuts; not bad. The service was just ok, the young person behind the counter didn't know what a Buttermilk bar was though. I stopped by the Dunkin' Donuts near SFO to pick up 50 Munchkins for a friend, and what I witnessed at the counter was really concerning. While I was deciding what to order, another customer came in and asked if he could swap out his donuts for all glazed. The employee took the customer's paper bag and poured his donuts straight back into the display tray. That immediately raised red flags! once food has left the counter, there's no way to know how it was handled, and it should never be returned back to the food tray! To make matters worse, after the customer left, I asked the employee how fresh the donuts were. He smiled but didn't give me a direct answer, which was unsettling. Food safety and basic hygiene should be non-negotiable, especially at a high-traffic location near an airport. This experience completely killed my appetite! read more

We've just returned from a New England motor coach fall foliage tour. In New England there's a Dunkin everywhere you turn. This is our 3rd Dunkin in the last seven days. It wasn't intentional but we were early to Costco which opened at 9am so to kill time let's go to Dunkin. We parked in the shared parking lot with Togo & Popeye's. As we entered Dunkin there was a large group of women ordering at the counter. We decided to use the self kiosk. We ordered: 1) Boston cream pie donut and 2) double chocolate donut. With two original drip coffees. Paid and entered my name. Within a couple of minutes my name was called with my fulfilled order. Easy peasy. Probably the worst Dunkin' in the peninsula. Where do I start the middle schoolers they hired to work there cannot work the register. They charged me 3 times for one sandwich and a coffee the girl at the register on 12/25 at 10:35 am with a straight face goes that will be $32 and I'm like I ordered one sandwich! Hella dumb they are either super high or drunk. The other middle schooler that microwaves sandwiches had so many orders she was just having a nervous breakdown that Christmas morning. I work for a construction company and we recently started working on a new site that is just a block away from this Dunkin location. Sent moving to this new location. I've been stopping in almost daily for some kind of drink and a couple donuts in the morning but today like a few other days I went in after work, ended to get a drink, and I ordered on their kiosk and then I ran next-door to grab a sandwich at Popeyes. Then when I came back inside the employee, let me know that one of their machines isn't working so they are unable to make the drink I wanted and I really didn't want anything else to be completely honest. I wanted what I ordered but just to make things easier. I told him to make me some kind of drink with the Oreo cookie bits inside so they did and I asked them if they could hook it up with a doughnut for the complications and the employees has to hold on a second gets on the register and says the drink I ordered actually cost more than the one I wanted and I'm not positive but I'm assuming it couldn't have been more than a few dimes more if that and I told him yeah it might cost more but I really didn't want that drink and instead of being difficult and asking for a refund, I accepted something I really didn't want so you would think he'd be willing to hand me a single doughnut which would have made up for me not getting the drink I wanted and would've kept a customer happy but it didn't go that way and honestly now I don't know if I'll ever be back inside to get another drink or doughnut from them again at this point call me petty but that's just how I feel about the situation. read more

Came here on February 28, 2026, at around 2:00am. They messed up my drink the first time and I apologized for even complaining. I ordered a zero sugar vanilla protein latte and it came out a matcha. It came out without a flavor and the extra cost protein milk when the worker corrected it. The protein milk was never added but I was not going to ask for yet another correction. I understand mistakes but both times I complained the employee was incredibly standoffish and rude, and I asked as nice as possible with the utmost respect. If I am going to pay 10$ for a drink, I would appreciate the worker at least being understanding of a correction. The place had 2 other people in it, not busy at all. She was more intuned with the Latino men who were there. Then a second Latina worker came and she was even more rude than the first one. This Dunkin used to be a lot better prior to the pandemic. When I have to pick up people from SFO, I would drop by here to grab some coffee and donuts so that they have breakfast. Today, when I came by to do just that, I got the most water down coffee and pumpkin spice latte. It tasted like it had a bit of whipped cream and a tiny bit of cinnamon. The hashbrowns that I got were completely burnt. The only thing that was okay, was the donuts and croissant sandwich with sausage. Or maybe even the lowest scummiest dive bar in the worst part of town. The floors were filthy, tables covered in crumbs, and the flies flew rampant throughout the place. I honestly don't know how they passed their health inspection. I stopped here for a donut and coffee, which I got, but it was probably the look of the place that put me off my appetite. You don't want to buy food from a place like this. The service was fine, the workers all behind the counter were doing their job, and they were busy enough, I just think they need better management and leadership to get this place in order.
