Came here for lunch and it was a nice place off the ocean. Our waiter Autumn was the best. She handled our group of 12 with ease. The gumbo got rave reviews. I ordered the spicy grouper club. The fish was seasoned well and the slaw on it was good, but it was just so much of it and it made the sandwich bread soggy and messy to eat. Staff was great and would recommend.

Ate here for dinner. Beautiful views over locking the dock and see the boats moving about. We had great service while eating the cheeseburger and sushi roll. The sushi was the biggest one I've ever had and absolutely packed with seafood. Did not have enough to pay to park.

Came during holiday season closer to closing time and we had a great meal. Our server was attentive. Great place to grab some fried fish and sushi! Unique offerings as many places we see are offering sushi on their menu. No complaints. Fried shrimp platter was great, added on a fried fish filet. Sushi was and rice wasn't mushy.

I love Harbor Docks and try to visit whenever I am in town. I would give them a solid 4.5 b/c I feel like their prices are very expensive (and keep going up) but since we can't do half points I rounded up to 5 stars. The restaurant is huge, upstairs, downstairs, and back porches on the water. I love eating outside. Service is fast and very to the point. Fish of the day was grouper and 3 of us ordered it. My daughter had a kids grilled fish meal which was about $14 but came with a nice piece of grouper and grits. My husband had the grouper tacos and I had the grouper club. I wouldn't call it a club since it was more of a simple sandwich, no lettuce, tomato, onion, just bacon, cheese, and slaw. The thick bacon was good but overpowered the fish-which was fried but would have been better grilled. It was also super pricey at around $32. I wouldn't order it again but would definitely try grilled grouper next time. My other daughter got sushi and loved it. I have had the Thai food here multiple times and it is always delicious too. Highly recommend trying the key lime pie for dessert! Be sure to go to the fishing docks behind the restaurant afterwards. It's a fun place to watch the boats and see the sunset.

Monday evening, advised we'd have to wait 45 min - to an hour, but we actually were seated in 20 minutes. Seated inside but could see the pier outside and the pretty view! Exhausted from a long sunny day, Lily was our energetic server, full of positivity and enthusiasm. My daughter really responded well to her and said she's so cool! Kudos for acknowledging the kids, bc they like the interaction. Moving to food, jt was worth the wait! I ordered the gulf grouper, kids split a cheeseburger, along w sushi and my husband ordered the swordfish and grits... definitely recommend the green tomatoes w GOAT CHEESE!!!! And I agree w Lily, one of the best key lime pies... the right amount of filling to crust ratio and not too tart! We will be back!

Phenomenal spot right by the water. Friends recommended this place which has a lot of fusion foods. Yoshi the head sushi chef has been here a long time according to my friends. We started off with some Japanese beers and appetizers. I recommend the tuna dip, shrimp, and pot stickers. They were phenomenal. We went on a busy Friday night so we had to wait for a while but it was so worth it. The vibes were great inside and the energy was buzzing. Talk about freshly caught fish right into your sushi roll. These hand rolls were phenomenal. You could taste the freshness of the fish in each bite. Great spot- will definitely be back

We sat outside, enjoyed the live music, and the atmosphere was perfect for a group celebration. Service was quick and attentive, especially considering how busy they were. Food wise, the pimento cheese dip was unfortunately not a hit for our group. It had a very thick, almost paste like consistency and was difficult to spread. I also ordered the corn and crab bisque, and personally was not a fan of the sweeter flavor. For my meal, I ordered the summer salad and absolutely loved it. I finished every bite. Our server also highly recommended the first three fish options on the menu, and everyone who ordered fish completely cleaned their plates. Portion sizes were very generous. The only issue we had was the bride's steak being overcooked, but the manager personally came over, addressed it, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, great atmosphere, live music, generous portions, and solid service. A fun spot for groups and celebrations!

We brought in our fresh catch for their "Hook and Cook" experience, and from the time we sat down the folks at Brotula's treated us like celebrities! The restaurant was spacious and well decorated and made you feel like you were on the beach but then nothing could compare to the experience which was simply amazing! Chef Terrance was sensational and worked his magic for real! He took our fresh haul of fish and prepared it three different ways! The Vermilion snapper was fried to golden-brown perfection, the Tuna was blackened with a deep and sultry flavor, while the Triggerfish was beautifully seared. And let's not forget about those phenomenal sides which included roasted broccolini, crispy Brussels sprouts, fried corn, French fries, and some of the best creamy gouda grits I've ever had. We even had an amazing seared Lionfish dish as this was during the Emerald Coast Open. But the day would not have been complete it was not for our server, Naz. No words can describe how much he elevated the experience! The attention to detail was flawless, and his anticipation of our needs was so on-point I don't think we ever had to ask for a anything. This is the type of service you can write a book about! So if you are in Destin and especially if you've been fishing and need a place to cook your catch, please do yourself a favor and hop on over to Brotula's! Huge thanks to Naz and Chef Terrance!

The decorations gave hs a great first impression when we entered the building. We had a friendly server that assisted us choosing our meal for dinner. He was friendly and kind, helping us with what we needed. We ultimately ordered the $300-400 "Deluxe" seafood platter. The main part consisted of 1lb snow crab, cluster crab, gulf shrimp, mussels, and king crab. The cajun flavor enhanced the dinner experience much more, and our entire family finished the whole plate. We have never ate seafood like this before, and it felt so good to explore another famous taste of authentic seafood. Try to enter around 6-7 pm, because the restaurant prioritizes outside seating and it does get packed after the said hours. When you visit Destin, maybe give this delicious seafood restaurant a try.

By the time we got to the table, he was nowhere to be found; however, the menus were in a pile on the table. Our server, on the other hand, was very pleasant. He was kind, caring and kept us informed and checked in on us frequently. The table shared the crab cakes and the blue crab claws, both of which were very good. Of course, the complimentary hush puppies are definitely a hit as well. For my entree I had the Grouper Louisianne. It was a tasty piece of fish, that came with a great side salad and a super delicious twice baked potato. Other than the host, the other reason for the minus one star, was the unusually long time it took between the salad course and the main course. It was a full 20 minute wait, after we were done with our salads, for the main course to arrive. Otherwise, I would likely try the restaurant again at a future time, if something brought me back to the area.

It looked like a nice, relaxing, elevated restaurant we could relax at after a day of excursions. It really wasn't that. After spending most of our days eating at the themed surf restaurants that decorate with shark heads, surfboards and tiki lights. We had hoped this would be a change, it's really not. It may not be grossly decorated with those tiki-style items, but most certainly is that same type of restaurant. It's not elegant, it's not elevated and its most certainly, not relaxing. The food was very good, the service from our waitress, Savannah was mediocre. She seemed bored or maybe having a bad night and was doing her best to cover it with a smile. We ate up at the skybar which does have a very lovely view. The high-top table and chairs are uncomfortable. My wife and I had to come off the chairs to stand next to the table for a few moments because the chairs were so uncomfortable. As far as their food goes, I had the shrimp tacos. They were made with very fresh tasting ingredients and the shrimp wasdelicious. At least the 2 pieces per taco they came with. Most of what was in the taco was just the filling. $22.00 for two tacos I expected more shrimp. My wife's Grouper Moreno and the conch fritter appetizer were both delicious. Dessert was the salted caramel cheesecake which was good, but ridiculously sweet (as you'd expect it to be) Overall, the food was very good though the tacos could have included more shrimp then they did. The service was just okay. The restaurant itself is nice, but not the quiet relaxing place it looks like on their website. It's just another surf themed style restaurant, without all the gaudy decorations.

I ordered the Surf & Turf, featuring a 14-ounce ribeye and snow crab legs, along with coleslaw and lemon dill rice. The steak was cooked very well, though it could have used a little more seasoning. The snow crab legs were sweet and flavorful, especially dipped in the melted butter. The coleslaw was fresh and delicious, and the lemon dill rice was the perfect accompaniment, soaking up all the flavors from the steak and crab.
