I drove 35 minutes, I didn't have to spare, to their store. The first clerk didn't know what I was talking about. When I mentioned I confirmed with Anthony they had it in stock, he sent me to the back of the store to Anthony. As you can guess by now, they didn't have any. What's more, it didn't appear they never even carried it as there was no place where it had been . I was so angry. It was too late to get anywhere else thanks to their laziness and lack of customer service. I called the store a couple of days later and asked to speak to the owner but was told he isn't here. The clerk I spoke to implied, the owner is never there. I left my phone number and asked to have him call me. That was over a week ago...the apple doesn't fall from the tree, I guess. While overall, I have had positive experiences with Ace Hardware stores in the past, I won't be going back or recommending this one to anyone.
