A must go to if you're vacationing out here. We kayaked (total of 5 kayaks - 3 doubles) from our rental property and docked in their public docking area. Bought 6 sandwiches (2 heart attacks, 1 Pastrami, 1 Roast Beef, and 2 Gyros - has it all cut in half). Ate it on the pier area, as we were recommended to eat while it's fresh. Devoured every last bite and craved more. Went back in to order 8 more sandwiches (5 heart attacks, 2 pastrami, and 1 gyros). It's just that dang freakin good. I think the price is moderate at around $8 a sandwich and the portion size is great. Their homemade sauce/spread is delicious and their staff is AMAZING! Definitely a must try. :) read more

Wow...I was really surprised by this place and wish I had more time to spend here. I came in really quick to get some items for the beach but they have tons of stuff and as I was walking by some I saw the prices were really good. When I went to pay for the stuff there were SUPER nice people who checked out the items. I just had the best local sandwich in a long time. I was so happy they cut it in half since it was enough for my lunch and the other half for dinner. Everything was delicious, as other reviewers have noted, and I can only highly recommend. The kabob is marinated and then cooked to perfection on the grill with onions and bell pepper and served with spinach, tomato and hot peperoncini. You can request tzatziki instead of ranch dressing if you like. The lentil soup is vegetarian, light, and absolutely delicious. The flavorful grape leaves are available in packs of six. To be honest I was very disappointed in the burger that we ordered. Especially for the price ($12). In my opinion if you pay that much you would expect a juicy, fresh, thick burger. Although the bun and the toppings were good, the burger was very thin and lacked any flavor. Would definitely not order this again. Decided to grab sandwiches here to take with us for our afternoon on the beach. We ended up getting the pastrami and roast beef sandwiches to split between 3 people which were both really good! The sandwiches were freshly made and the employees even sliced them into thirds for us when we mentioned we were going to split them. We figured we'd pop in to check out the alcohol selection before ordering our sandwiches and were pleasantly surprised by the assortment. It included all sorts of mixes, canned cocktails, wines and liquor. They also had a section with towels, clothes and other beach essentials. It's really a one stop shop for anything you might need for your beach day. They allowed us to ring up both our sandwiches and other purchases at the sandwich counter which we appreciated, and they even brought our order out to our car once it was done. Harbor Mart seems to be a local favorite. We saw several groups of people who seemed to be hitting up the store on their lunch break, which is always a good sign. I always have lamb gyros with everything (and a bit extra tahini), but my friends find all of their sandwiches most excellent. They also have a vast selection - vast for a convenience mart - of wine and beer and every variety of snack you might imagine. The masked staff is friendly, fast and efficient and they'll deliver your food orders to you outside so you don't have to share the air for very long. They've got a couple of picnic tables outside, but hot sandwiches are packaged so well that they stay warm until I get home -- about five miles away. Can you tell I'm going back tomorrow? Looks like a convenience store from the outside and it is, there's a Deli / Restaurant tucked away inside with surprisingly delicious food and a great menu. Three of us ordered the gyro, cheeseburger, and chicken wrap. All of us had big smiles on our faces afterwards. GREAT affordable food here! It's the perfect spot for a day out with the family since it's right on the harbor.
