They also have a sheet and a sheep skin looking top blanket that adds a small amount of weight that is enjoyable. Prior to walking in there's a small area where you can talk to your massage therapist and let them know about any preferences, ad ons or problematic areas. The only thing I did not like was that the lotion used leaves such an uncomfortable feeling on the skin. I don't know what exactly they use but I could just *feel* the layer of lotion sitting in top of my skin. I was itching to take a shower. It was not my cup of tea. Jo was amazing! I had plenty of knots that she found in my upper shoulders but I did not choose to get the deep massage because I definitely would be crying and biting on the bed.
