I called Enterprise on a Saturday, Jack gave me some very helpful tips to figure out if the thing was just sweating or if it needed new wax rings, which it did. I really appreciate that this company doesn't push for pricey out calls on weekends, and after describing what went on, I had an appointment for Tuesday and instructions on what to do in the meantime. Once both Jack and Alfred came, they took care of replacing the wax rings - which meant removing the bowl completely with no muss and no fuss. They checked it over while explaining the work to me, and left the area repaired, freshly sealed and clean - all in less than an hour. Pricing was super reasonable too, I'll definitely be using them again in the future as well as recommending them. IMPORTANT: I live in a building that uses the OTHER plumbers also named Enterprise (the one with I&J on their name), and had this been a building issue I would've had been forced to use those guys, which I didn't want to given the poor reviews.
