They are ALWAYS late, they never met a delivery timeline, not even once. They make mistakes in your order recurrently. The burgers are thin pieces of meat and the fries are fried to hard but edible. The price for what you got is not worth it in my opinion. I'm sorry to leave this review, but Harlem Shake ruined our evening last night. I placed an order on GrubHub at 8:46pm, estimated delivery time- 9:45-9:55. Amount was debited immediately. Confirmation email was sent upon receipt by the restaurant at 8:47. At 9:55 I see on the App that my food is "on the way". My first call to the restaurant was at 10:07. A young lady picked up the phone and after I told her the issue and asked about the delay, she placed me on hold - never to return. My second call to the restaurant was at 10:12. Five minutes after I was placed on hold and never was taken off. The phone rang longer this time, and the girl nervously picked up the phone. I reminded her who I was and then I was placed on hold and never was gotten back to, she apologized and was very nice, and placed me on hold again... My third call to the restaurant was at 10:18. She left me on hold again on the previous call. I have been placed on hold twice now and forgotten about. This time the young lady answered the phone, "is this Mick?". Yes. You just ran away from my call twice in a row- who else would it be? She then told me that my order was leaving on the next delivery. Please keep in mind this is an hour and a half after my order was placed and confirmed. At 10:47 I called again. This time the phone was picked up, then hung up. At 10:48 I called again. A young gentleman picked up the phone. I immediately asked for the manager. He informed me that his name was Mark- and he was the manager. I explained the entire situation to him, to which he had no knowledge of. I don't know what's worse- The idea that he didn't know, or even worse that he would lie about it. He asked me if I wanted a refund. I said that that would be a start and to send my food that I ordered. He said that it would be out on the next delivery, and that I will be refunded. At 10:55 I called Grubhub to ensure that I would be reimbursed, and also to let them know that I still had not received delivery. The customer service agent then called the restaurant to let them know that I would be refunded on my Grubhub account, and to ensure that the order was still on the way. The agent then came back on to let me know that he spoke to Mark as well, and Mark assured him that the food would be coming. 11:20 still no food. I called the restaurant and the phone rang for 45 seconds until suddenly an answer machine came on for the first time. They were closed. 11:21 One last call just to make sure that I'm being screwed, and someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. Unbelievable. 11:33 I called Grubhub to inform them that the food was never sent despite many promises to both me and GrubHub. We had a conversation about how businesses benefit from delivery platforms like GrubHub and what a bad representation of the app itself from poor customer service from this restaurant. He called both owners. Neither answered their phone. It was 11:30 at night, and I'm don't fault them for getting rest at that hour. I wish I could have been resting as well. But I was starving and angry. Mistakes are made, and that is an expectation in life. But to lie and deprive somebody of their dinner, while reassuring them it's coming is absolutely reprehensible. I hope proper measures are taken, that mistakes are fixed, and proper customer service is taught. I don't think that HS is a one star restaurant - but this experience didn't even deserve the star that I left. I hope they can turn it around- this neighborhood has enough mediocre restaurants, that don't stay long. read more

But the excitement quickly died down to the reality of the food: - thin, unflavorful burgers with semi-melted cheese - jerk fries that were a basket of greasy fries with a drizzle of jerk-flavored mayo - the fatty melt looked a bit like Lindsay Lohan in 2011 (anorexic and super skimpy) The numbering system is a bit of a cluster. At least you don't have to worry about them giving your food away if you don't get up to get your order immediately. They were shrilly calling out number 78 for a sweet ten minutes. The only saving grace was the iced tea, which had a tinge of something interesting (longan? something tropical and unique?), which is good for you, because it's the only thing they do manage to keep in stock !
