I don't go out for breakfast very often. But Harlow's is a favorite spot when I do. Often, I'll walk over while my car is being worked on at the tire shop. Every omelot I've had has been delicious. The service is always friendly. A good spot to relax in the morning. read more

Was very good. Very cute 50s decor....nice open floor didn't feel cramped. Was very clean. I ordered porkshops not breaded and they had the diamond grill char marks and OMG they were sooooooo good. Eggs perfect, toast perfect, home made hashbrowns cooked perfect except.......way way too much oil.....all at the bottom of my plate....hurt my stomach. My husband had razor clams and eggs and hash browns....same thing but the razor clams had a slight fishy flavor.....I know it's hard to not have it but sometimes we find a place and get lucky.....prices are amazing, service was fine. Great service, food was delicious! I got the burger with a side salad. The burger was the perfect size, and the blue cheese dressing was tasty. My husband got the hamburger steak with hashbrowns. This is about the most mediocre place I've ever been to, yes it's small town and yes the staff was nice but.....my husbands ribeye was about the most awful thing I've ever seen, it was gray and way over cooked. My sons pancakes....well he ate them dry because after the waitress gave us our food she left, and it was 10 minutes or more until she came back. I do not recommend any steak from this place. If you want someone to cook breakfast for you that you could have made yourself at home, well this is your place, it is nothing special. read more

Recently had a friend tell me that they are not customers anymore due to uncleanliness so I went recently to see for myself. Firstly, one waitress was training a newby, so other one was certainly overwhelmed. Secondly, sat at front counter and noticed a LOT of crap on floor at bottom of counter. Suspect due to rail along floor which makes getting broom into space hard, but not impossible. So next time I'm in, I will bring to owner's attention if I see him. Day I was in he was not working. First...The food and service were very good. I had a 2 pork chop lunch plate and my wife enjoyed a Western Burger plate, both were outstanding lunch specials. I subbed a salad instead of mashed potatoes without a problem. We're from San Antonio, Tx (passing through on way to Calgary, Canada) and dine-out frequently back home. Harlow's matches-up well with nearly any $ or $$ place we can think of. It's not a fancy place but it's clean, everyone was very friendly, they have a varied menu and specials and fair prices. What more could you want? Why 4 stars vs 5? Because I feel if 5 stars are just "handed-out" the establishment won't strive to be even better. So, my 4 - star rating is really an excellent rating. Harlow's is definitely worth trying. read more

Used to go here frequently and it was always good food and fast service. The last 2 times we've had extremely slow service. Called in a to-go order and the gal on the phone was nice, said it'd be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later, the place was less than half full, and stood at the front for 5-6 minutes before rudely being instructed to go wait at the counter. Stood at the counter for almist 10 minutes while wat ging the 2 waitresses help everyone else in the restaurant, deliver 11 plates of food with help from kitchen staff and had them look at me multiple times when they all knew what I was there for. Just as I was about to walk out, they finally got my order to me. I asked if it was still hot and was told the flimsy styrofoam containers would keep it hot. I opened one up, food was cold and I said it was cold and I had to heat it up when I got home and the waitress said "Ok" and took my money. When I got 3 miles down the road to my house, it was cold, we were given one fork and it was missing items. Attempted to eat the food and it was not good...had to throw it out. Super disappointing when this place used to be so good. read more
