My new "vacation home" when I'm in Miami Beach! The location is right at the start of the important part of Ocean Dr. The bed was fantastic! Management and security were helpful and kind. "Artsy, Italian mini-mansion vibes." Thank you Harrison!

There are a lot of negative reviews regarding this establishment and I can see why, but at the same time you get what you pay for. 3 friends and i booked this place through Airbnb and it was more than fine for our stay. The room was pretty clean and the bathroom was modern. The sheets did have some stains and the floor and wall had a hole in it- but again, you get what you pay for. The place is decorated like a pimps house and constantly smells like cigs and weed, with townies hanging around but I always felt safe and our room never smelt bad. The room came with towels, AC, and bath products. The beds were also very comfortable. They held our luggage for us also because checkout was before we had to leave for the airport. If you can look past the zebra chairs in the common area and the interesting types of people who hang outside in the court yard, this place will be fine to sleep in. It is conveniently located right next to shops, restaurants, td bank, pharmacies and night clubs.

This hotel is listed as "deluxe" in Air BnB. Lication is good, a couple of blocks from Ocean Blvd and the beach. But the place is unkept and dirty. Mold everywhere in the bathroom and clumps of himan hair on the room and bath floors. Hallways are dark and the carpet is disgusting. Unkept, dark, dirty

This place is a joke. When we checked in at the front desk the gentleman behind the desk was asleep. We had to wake him up and when we did he was so rude for us doing so. We finally got to our room and I'm scared to even touch anything. The place is beyond filthy. I'm lost for words. I'm literally just standing in my room just laughing. Lol literally. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I'll just post the pictures and you can figure out for yourself. Definitely going to speak with the manager and calling the health department asap. This place SCREAMS HEALTH HAZARD!

Spare the hate on the Harrison please! The hotel manager went down to the basement to chip ice off a block because I wanted my drinks cold! Now who would put in such awesome efforts to make sure their guests have a comfortable stay? I think most people booking here or anywhere boutique in South Beach have a high expectations without considering most of their costs go into the real estate. Unless you are shelling out $500 a night at the Fountain Bleu, you probably are going to have to forgo the perfect hotel experience. I enjoyed my spacious room, and clean bathroom. I have stayed at the Shelborne before for a godforsaken price during WMC, and I gotta say this room was better and I only spent $95 on a weekday rate from Booking.com. I would stay here again because its a decent room, I had all the amenities I needed and I was located right off the causeway in South Beach. It was a perfect location to get around town by foot or Uber.

I like this place. It's a stonesthrow away from the beach and bars and restaurants yet quiet. The rooms are a good size, the beds big, comfy and clean, the aircon works a treat and most of all the staff are exceptionally friendly and accomodating. I liked that my room wasn't carpeted, it's Miami! Who wants carpet? There was a coffee maker in-room, no fridge though but an ice machine downstairs in the cute courtyard. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels and nice toiletries. The maids were great and my room was made up nicely every day. Yes, there was a bit of plaster coming of the walls and there were blinds only, no curtains, but honestly, I don't spend time in my hotel when in Miami beach. I want a clean bed and bathroom at an affordable price. And thats exactly what i got. I would certainly return to The Harrison.

What a beautiful hotel! The gated entrance is so cute, and the courtyard that you walk through as you go to the reception area is so cute. It's a nice small and quaint hotel. This is not for people that are looking to stay for long periods of time. If you're a college student looking for a nice little hotel and you find this on something like bookit.com, then it's perfect. It's a "I'm not going to be in the room that long" kind of hotel. It really is located near everything. Right around the corner are restaurants to grab a nice dinner and right across the street is a CVS which is very convenient. A lot of friends we go to school with were staying on Collins and at least 10th and above. We were by far closer to everything as far as Wet Willie's and Fat Tuesdays. The hotel employees were very nice and whenever we needed something they were always there to help. They store bags which is great when check out is at 11 and your flight doesn't leave until later that evening. They have valet service which we didn't need but the valet men were very nice. Staff is always willing to take a group picture for you lol. The decor is very weird yet cool. The reception area and the courtyard pops with red. And just downstairs are their suites and rec room and that area is very cool. The rooms have a slight Asian theme which almost contrasts with the old Hollywood theme but I am not complaining at all. The shower was a little weird in that there isn't really a door but it's just glass covering most of the shower. The sinks are so cute. The glass for the shower just makes it a little difficult for multiple people to use the bathroom to get ready. All in all, this is a great hotel. Nice staff, great location!

So let's sum this up. If you are use to cleanliness and sanitation, this is not the place for you. The 1st room had red spots on a brown pattern carpet, that could be paint or blood. No one will never know. The picture are from the 2nd room. We listened to the A/C leak all night just inches from the bed. Needless to say the bathroom smelled like mold and was not up to par whatsoever. For a lady that has different standards this was not the place for me. On the other had if your a party animal it's not far from the strip. PARTY PARTY PARTY.. Which on the other hand if you are looking to relax and enjoy a different, as myself. Coconut Coves is the place to be with your Husband.

My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

You must walk through the lobby and across the outside area. The sauna and the one person steam shower is located here. You Check-in then you get changed into the robe and walk across the lobby check-in area to the elevators. You are walking through the area with all the guests and their luggage in your super large robe that doesn't close very well. I did not enjoy this. Some disappointing things which was not their fault is the parking garage construction noise even on Sundays. The noise took away from my spa experience. They did nothing for the noise control. Also, the SPA requests you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. I got my parking validated BUT we stayed for brunch who also validated our parking but we went over the 4 hours so we got no discount for parking and we were charged the full $35 fee plus tip for the valet. The valet staff was quite nasty telling me we were there too long for the discount BUT each one of those alone qualified for a discounted valet. You can not do both in the 4 hour window.

The staff were generally friendly, and a few were especially helpful. They handled three packages I had shipped to the hotel efficiently, though there was a sizable per-package fee. Small touches like afternoon boozy gelato samples and a lobby change machine for breaking $20s into $5s were appreciated. Breakfast at Lolo's was decent. My Marriott status included breakfast for two, though the included menu was much shorter than the regular one and the portions were modest. Still, the food was cooked to order, tasted good, and the servers kindly let me order both breakfasts since I was traveling alone. I didn't try the Japanese restaurant on site, but I heard good things and enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants instead, especially La Grande Boucherie. I paid a substantial premium for an oceanfront double room, but I'm not sure I would do that again. The balcony and glass door were fairly small, and the balcony felt boxed in for privacy. Next time I might prefer a cheaper park-side room on a higher floor, which could still offer a nice park and ocean view. The biggest disappointment was the late checkout. My Marriott Platinum Elite status is supposed to include guaranteed 4 p.m. late checkout, but the hotel would not honor it. Each day I was told to check again later, and in the end they could only offer 1 p.m. That created real scheduling problems, since I had planned around the advertised benefit. With no good place in the hotel to work or take calls after checkout, I ended up going to the airport hours early. The status is supposed to provide a room upgrade, but that wasn't available either. A couple of other issues matched complaints I had seen in recent reviews. One elevator stopped for several minutes with a group of us inside and did not respond to the buttons, which was uncomfortable even though the door eventually opened. I also received a call inviting me downstairs for a "welcome gift," which turned out to be a Marriott Vacation Club sales pitch. That should be presented more honestly. Overall, this was a decent stay and I might return. But given the failure to honor the guaranteed 4 p.m. late checkout, I would compare other options carefully before booking again.

Whether you're traveling with kids, teens, adults, or a multigenerational crew, everyone finds their lane here. The pool scene is the heartbeat of the property. Multiple pools, each with its own personality -- family-friendly areas with space to splash, quieter corners for lounging, and the high-energy spots where the music and cocktails flow. Service was dialed in across the board: fast, friendly, and always one step ahead. Rooms were spotless and stylish, with balconies that make you want to order room service just to soak in the view a little longer. Not for you. And if you dare to be in the pool at 6:01, there were six staff for every one guest to tell you to get out. Seriously, we got warnings to get out at 10min to 6, 5min to 6, and at 6:00. Why every five minutes? Because a group of staff members were hovering over us, watching and waiting for the moment to kick us out. Very relaxing. You have to wear an armband everywhere you go. Staff are at every door as you go in or out - hotel to pool or pool to beach - monitoring you to produce it. Very relaxing. There is no coffee in the room, forcing you to travel across the whole huge facility (3 towers connected by long walks) to their coffee shop to pay $10 for a cup of coffee each morning. You could walk all the way back to your room, or - like me - you can try to drink it by the pool. But NO! You can't sit by the pool. Those seats and lounges require you to pay a fee, even in February when there was NO ONE there. If you don't want to pay, you can find a free lounge on the outer fringes. And if you try to sit without paying, there are staff to tell you to move immediately. Hovering, as usual. To get a lounge on the beach - in February, low season - we had to get in line to sign up for a chair and then get in a second line of 20-30 people and wait in the hot sun for an available, assigned chair and a staff person to take us there. Grab a chair and relax? Nope. It's a monitored system. When we checked out, the staff told us there were too many rooms to provide a coffee maker in each one. I guess their policy is to assume their guests are stupid.
