The experience was OK. The service was slow but the food was good and tasty. Drinks are really slow to get to the table as well. I don't think I can blame the waitress for it just the bar. The patio is fantastic on summer nights. We stopped in on a Friday evening and while there was a cover charge, $5 was worth the atmosphere and live music. Our food was great however it was a bit hard to flag down a waitress at first. My only complaint is that the line for the restrooms was long and additional bathroom facilities are necessary in busy nights. They have come a long way since Gordy's though and we will be going back. read more

My husband and I went last night for dinner and it was really good. We got the loaded pita nachos with buffalo chili on top and it was really good! It was a huge appetizer. We also got the boneless teriyaki wings and fries. The wings were so delicious and the fries were wonderful! I got the signature Harry Buffalo drink but it was not good. read more

Good food, but somewhat inconsistent. It is the only sports bar in the area, so it doesn't really have much competition. A friend and I went for lunch! I had Beef Burger on Pretzel Bun with sautéed Mushroom and Onions with a fried egg on top! My friend had Fish Tacos which were greasy and mostly batter with very little fish! Also with a highly watery slaw. Both were served with slightly soggy and oily fries! He said his Tacos were awful! Servicewear was dirty with finger prints on them! After 2 unsuccessful tries we opted for plastic! Our bartender was good and knowledgeable! The overall atmosphere dwelled on the dingy side but there were plenty of TVs and a huge selection of Beers on Tap! My friend complained to the manager about his food and the manager said "I knew there was something wrong about the Oil"! Most likely had not been changed in a long time! Went to Harry Buffalo on Sunday afternoon. The place was almost empty. It was three adults all on one check. Two ordered fish n chips, I ordered the 2pc Henny Penny. After some time and confusion on who was are waiter, the waiter who took our order returned to say the fish dishes were done the chicken was not, it would be another couple mins. I told them to bring out what was done. When he brought out the fish dishes he said about 5 mins or so on the chicken. The table that came in and ordered after us received their food. Including their 3pc Henny Penny dinner. After the others at our table were finished eating I stopped the waiter and told him to cancel my food order. They finely did that and we left. They brought my food out in a to go carton. When I got home decided to eat. The chicken and potatoes were burned and smelled like old burnt oil. It was very dark in color when I moved a piece of chicken I got I licked my fingers, it was the spicy and I had ordered mild. read more

One and done experience. Nice atmosphere, great beer selection, sat at the bar and service was good. Ordered the Henny chicken hot. It tasted OK, but I noticed a grease ring around the bottom of the plastic basket it was served in. I finished,and when they picked up my basket there was at least 12 ounces of grease in a huge puddle underneath the basket. The waitress did not offer to clean it up, just walked away. I could not put my hands or arms or phone on the bar and had to move my beer far away. I finally asked if someone would please clean up the oil slick. They tried, and after spraying cleaner all over my shirt and wiping it up several times, the grease residue remained. By far the most disgusting thing I have seen in a restaurant in quite some time. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese is super good. Not really a "hang out" bar in my opinion, but I haven't been out on the patio at all yet. They are always packed when we go there, but it's never too long before we get a seat. read more

We go to dinner here once a week. I have never had a bad meal and the service is quick. I would definitely reccomend to anyone!

Been wanting to try this since ownership change; last time here wife was not impressed and she is a harder critic than I am. Pretty much the same on the inside, daughter counted 32+ TVs - good for me, not so much for them as they are not into sports/sports bars so much. I think it's okay for an after work crowd or game-day hang out if you're not expecting too much - but then again - brought the wife. She went with wings - uh oh - dry/overcooked and had to ask for additional sauce. Medium sauce was hotter than expected - ding. Ordered buffalo burger - very pricy and really tasted like ground beef. I've had buff before out in Colorado and this for some reason tasted like a regular burger; maybe it was me - oh well. Waffle fries = meh. Service was less than stellar. Server could not answer questions about craft beer selections so I had to go with better known brand. I don't want to take a chance on a $7 beer if the server is not very knowledgeable. So tonight is the one year anniversary of Harry Buffalo's grand opening. We were here on opening night and had to come for the one year anniversary. We eat here at least twice a week and love it. The beer is always cold and the food is great. But that is not the best part. We love the staff. From the servers to the managers to the owner. This is an awesome place to unwind and enjoy good food, cold drinks and friends that feel like family. They care about their customers and I would even say it is a great place to bring your own family. Trust me. It is worth your time and money to try this place out!! read more

It's such a shame because my girlfriend and I love the atmosphere and food here but the last two times we've been here there has been issues with management. This last time we tried to go, however was the worst. experience. Last Saturday 5/16/2020 we went and put our name in and waited outside. We were told we should expect a 25-30 minute wait. Every table was occupied at the time and we watched 10 tables leave while we stood there waiting for an HOUR. We also watched people walk in and just sit down at the empty tables and they were served. Zero attention paid by the two bimbos at the reception booth. We were also told that we were not allowed to go to the bar to get a drink while we waited unless we were seated at the bar, but watched as multiple people did. At this point we were fed up so we went to ask the bimbos how much longer and they said ANOTHER hour so we walked out and told multiple other parties this, and they left as well. They mentioned that they couldn't sit parties at the empty tables because the waiters were overwhelmed, even though there wasn't an empty table in sight when we first got there?? No tables were being cleaned off in between parties either and waiters were removing their masks at the tables. we had multiple parties mention to us when they left that the service was awful and we could tell just by watching that the waiters were nowhere to be seen most of the time. Such poor management to not be prepared for this after having 2 months to prep. Not sure if/when we will go back after that cluster f***. read more

We've been eating here since the restaurant opened! Have always had great wait staff, great food! The manager always asks every time we are there how everything is! We love the patio area as do our kids! We were there recently with a group of about 15 and we sat outside since there was a music group playing! Food was very prompt and all correctly ordered! First time for me. Had prime rib tacos that were amazing! Inside is fantastic and WOWs you with lots of of open space and televisions at every corner but it doesn't match the ugly outside. They need to pave the lot and hire a landscape crew. Your image starts at the door so they could have issues drawing people in. They have an ad on their marketing in house for free WiFi but it's password protected and not shown in a menu or on a bar a flier. I shouldn't have to ask for the password. Staff is super friendly and works hard but the manager does not interact with customers like you would expect. Spent most of his time in the office. He told a bartender "we have a bar back for that" when she said a keg was out, and caught him asking another bartender to "stop talking to friends and greet that table." They were not friends but customers she was helping, and why couldn't he great them? He was busy standing around and watched them seat themselves, and bypass the hostess stand. It makes me wonder how he will be when it gets busy and the patio opens. Great place, bad management which leads inevitably to a bad work environment and a closed bar within 2 years. read more

Nice sports bar marred by horrible service and mediocre food. We had a group of around 10 and the place was not crowded, lots of empty tables. The meal started off well, waitress was attentive and friendly as she took our orders and it went straight down hill after that. Beers took 20 minutes to arrive. 45 minutes after ordering, the food arrived. Many of the dishes were off. Sauces were missing. Wings had wrong sauce, waffle fries were cold and mushy. One member of our party just never got his order (wings). After delivering the food the waitress vanished. We had to track her down and swap out some dishes for the correct items ordered. Another 30 minute wait for the correct food to arrive. Food was just OK. The member of our party who was waiting for wings was still waiting for his original order. We finally track down the manager since our waitress has stopped coming to our table. After we had all finished eating, about 2 hours after we arrived, we finally get the missing order of wings. To her credit, the manager was apologetic and comped his wings and also provided some desserts and 10% off for the rest of the table. After that and now a full 2 and a half hours into the meal we cannot find our waitress to get the bill. We had to track down the manager again to pay. After they gave us the bills they never came to pick them up and we ended up taking them up to the bar ourselves so we could finally leave. The restaurant was not busy and the orders were mostly wings and burgers which should fly out of the kitchen, so I don't know what was going on that night. Very disappointed in our experience here. Could be a great place, but management needs to step up and focus on training the staff and quality control in the kitchen. read more

If i could give less than 1 star i would. We went in on a Friday evening. They were very busy which we completely expected. It took our server 30 minutes to bring us our drinks..still didn't mind so much since they were busy. Before we put our food order in the server said it would probably be an hour or so for our food to come out..2 hours later..still no food. So we asked for it to be packed up to go. The server brought it out right after that. The food was ice cold and he still didn't have one of the entrees..he said it would be another 15 minutes for that entree. We asked to speak with a manager who came over 25 minutes later. When we told him our issues he blamed it on being busy and said "maybe we should come on a Sunday if we wanted hot food and prompt service." We usually go on week nights and go pretty often. They lost our business forever and i would not recommend dining at this terrible establishment. read more

Found a hair in my sandwich and the manager didn't even care! When I asked the manager to comp the food he argued with me. The other orders at the table were also all wrong. We asked the food to be fixed and they brought the food back out and it was wrong again. The server then decided to come to our table and reprimand us for how we ordered our food. When we said we just wanted to leave and asked for the checks for the drinks he came back to the table with the checks and the food had not been comped. We asked the server to fix the mistake and came back with the new checks and threw them on the table and walked away when we were trying to talk to him about the situation. The manager NEVER came to our table to apologize and was not interested in making our table happy. Never eat here! Horrible service and management is a joke!! read more

Went here on Sunday 3/5/2017. Wife and I came to watch The Big 10 Wrestling Championship, have a few drinks and an early dinner. After grabbing a couple seats at the bar we met the rudest bartender. She had a terrible attitude and made us feel like everything we asked was an inconvenience. I asked if she could change one of the 50 flats screens to the Big 10 Network and she said that wasn't her job but I thought she would ask someone else maybe a manager to do this. I than asked if they had a Porter beer and she said they were out again with an attitude. After 20 minutes and 1 beer the tournament was getting ready to start. She never asked anyone to maybe see if they could change ONE tv. Oh well we left after one beer and went to another place in uptown Westerville called Jimmy V's where they were glad to change one of their Tv's to the Big10 Network. We watched the entire tournament had drinks and Dinner and an over all great experience. One place we will go back to. Never back to Harry Buffalo's. read more

I like to see live bands on a patio in the summer. This is an excellent place to see them. They have a huge patio and some good local bands. I have ate there a few times and the food is so so. The beer tap is pretty good. Its a big upgrade from the old Gordy's. read more
