The experience is really fun. I did enjoy myself. The only problem was the price. I paid $77 for 1 person and that was the base price. I don't feel like this should cost over $50, but that's just me. The music and scenery along the path were really cool. They have an app you can play along with for even more special effects and trivia. There are lots of great photo opps along the trail as well. At the end of the trail was a food court area with lots of different options. It's like they think they are Disneyland with the prices. I spent over $50 on food and didn't get all that much. I ordered fish and chips approx $20 (the fish sticks are definitely from the frozen food aisle) and then $30 for a golden snitch cake pop, deathly hallows cookie and a butter beer with a shot of rum. Im glad i did it bc im a big fan but i don't know how these large families could afford it. I wish it was more accessible.

On arrival as you walk up which it's a walk. Wear comfortable shoes and bundle up. They have restrooms located at the beginning and ending of the trail . Full-size restrooms 3 to each trailer clean and stocked. Beginning of trail to start your journey snacks, souvenirs, and butter beer can be purchased . There are plenty of photo opportunities along the trail . Sights and sounds thru out the park .And it did the movies' justice with characters and props . You won't be disappointed it's a really nice experience.

This outing is for the ultimate Harry Potter fan. It's lights, a forest, whimsy and a little bit of magic. Only 2 of the 5 in our group were "real" fans. I got them the VIP experience which really isn't that different than the other experience except for the gift bag and light up VIP badge. It was a fun walk through a cold forest filled with Harry Potter memorable moments but it's mechanical moments and music in the woods. If you are going to just enjoy a night with the family outside, I highly recommend it. If you are going to be WOW'd with special effects, this will likely be a disappointment. We had a great time. Oh, and don't skip the hot chocolate! It's delicious!

We loved it. But of a walk but nothing too crazy. Wear warm clothes during winter nights.

This was a lot of fun but feels like it was geared more towards children & influencers. There's lots of photo ops if you want to stand in line but they do have some fun AR type activities (mainly involving waving wands around) that are cute (and definitely also have lines)! It feels a little over priced but that's expected given the franchise and its popularity. Loved visiting; not sure I'd go again but it was definitely very well put together!

My card was charged, but I was then told they couldn't see the payment on their end and refused to let us ride unless I paid again. The first charge had already processed, and I even showed them my bank statement, but they wouldn't accept it. Since it was my wife's birthday and we didn't want to ruin the evening, I paid a second time so we could ride. Later that night, I lost my wallet. Thankfully it was found, but when I got it back, the $200 cash that had been inside was missing. I know it was there because I originally tried to pay with cash and was told they only accepted cards. When I brought these issues to Phillip, the manager, he was dismissive, rude, and took no accountability for the situation. As for the duplicate charge, they denied any responsibility and refused to refund it, despite the charge clearly appearing on my bank account. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank, and after more than a month, the dispute was resolved in my favor. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this business.

The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food

So with that said I'd like to level set what you should expect. The park is clean, reasonably priced, and has about 4 rides you'll write home about. The park is mainly limited by space since it's in the greater Dallas area. It was fun and you'll make memories. But it's best to take this park for what it is and not compare it to other parks. It's great for 4-7 hours.

After paying…read more$42 for parking we entered the park hassle free, we were not given any physical indication that we were fast pass which is odd. This park relies on technology to work which blows my mind when it comes to customer service. Well 3hrs into the park, rides were closed or not working. Finally got to a ride that was and sure enough the digital pass doesn't want to work since apparently it has to be scanned at every ride. God forbid someone take the fast lane that shouldn't be there. Although my tickets said fast pass, the date and order number, we were told we need to exit the ride and go to customer service. Customer service if you can even call it that is also useless. I was told by 2 different workers that they "unfortunately don't do refunds" oh you bet your ass you're going to give me a refund. I did not pay $350 for nothing. I continued to ask for rank up until I was talking with the regional manager that finally said she'd get me a refund. But not for parking. I asked for a card to contact corporate. Who never responded until I made a Google review. Finally they tell me no refund for parking. Although they were at fault. Nothing to sweeten the deal. I don't care about the money as much as principle. I worked in customer service for 10 years hell even as a construction project manager I'm still in customer service. This right here is not service. This park absolutely sucks. Don't waste your money or time, they don't respect yours. So disappointing. I was really looking forward to this too. Typical business profit over people. I won't be sad to see them go out of business, I'll build a data center right where they are at.

She answered all my questions and made the booking process seem less. Minus 1 star for our ticket mix up. We booked the all access package and by the time it was sorted out the All Access attraction (Tree Top) had a long line and wait. Also minus 1 star for the staff help, there was one lady at the front with red hair who seemed to have an attitude every time I came to ask a question. With 90 students and over 20 adults quite a bit of questions arose and some things were unclear. It would be helpful to assign a staff member to each field trip group to limit having to speak to multiple staff. Lastly, be mindful of the tunnels. They are fun however, we had middle school students present during our visit and they were making out in the tunnels. Better lighting could help fix this with a reminder to chaperones and parents to keep an eye on their children. Highlights - Massage Chairs - Plenty of space for student to run and explore - Activities for everyone - Snacks Bar

This location offers single day tickets or annual passes. In my opinion, if you purchase the annual passes. It is equivalent to purchasing two single visit tickets. There is a coloring station, chalk area, watercolor painting, and a small indoor play area. It is a nice indoor area to take kiddos to beat the outdoor elements and still have fun. The staff were patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making the experience great! One of the things I didn't like were the playgrounds. I went with a four year old so naturally we went on the playground suitable for her age. I saw bigger children on this one and children not supervised by their parents. I didn't like how it was monitored.
