Tried this place for lunch while walking the boardwalk. The vibe is nice as are the staff. Also nice views when sitting outside. Me and wife shared a few plates. We got the pretzel with cheese dip the coconut shrimp with house made chips and the fried mushrooms. The star was the shrimp. Both me and wife really liked them. The pretzel was ok. They give you two which was nice and cheese sauce was ok as well. The fried mushrooms were bland. No seasoning in the batter. Tasted like a sautéed mushroom. Don't think I'd go back.
Harry T's was a pleasant surprise; besides the beautiful view where we saw dolphins while eating their house fries, it was finger-licking good. We chose to sit on the second floor where you order from the bartender and choose your table. I loved that their heater was strong because it was terribly cold. We opted for: - Steak and chimichurri sandwich $26 (wonderful, from the meat to especially the chimichurri, which was delicious) - Miller Brothers burger $20 (my daughter loved it; even though she was full, she couldn't stop eating). To drink, I chose a local beer - 30A Beach Blonde (very good). Excellent service, beautiful view, I highly recommend it.
Fast and friendly service at the bar. We had a great time!!! Great tequila selection. For those in the know, they have the Seminole Red on draft (although I think it drinks more like a brown).
Stopped in after beach time. Cool inside and Happy Hour is 11 to 6. Score. $2 off drinks The Cucumber Tajini is SPICY goodness!! So refreshing! Seems we traded drinks, cause hubby got the Bushwacker which was really just a boozy milkshake. Delicious! Sat and watched the big yachts go by. After Labor Day is off season it's the best!
Surprised to see any bad reviews here but maybe my friends and i went at the perfect time. It was pretty late and we just wanted somewhere for our friend to watch the Knicks game. They let us move to a table right in front of the TV. We ordered oysters, gumbo, shrimp and crab cakes, and s'mores. Probably the BEST oysters ever and the gumbo was a huge redemption from another place we tried that was not great. We were one of the only groups still eating there so we had almost the whole inside area to ourselves. Good late night spot!
Came during Christmas week and although I'm sure this place is packed and "touristy" in the summer, we enjoyed everything! Sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks. Located in the harbor walk street level, just look for what else, the lighthouse. Cheese sticks were great! Wrapped in a wonton wrapper. And the egg rolls equally great! Bartender made great drinks!
Arrived early for dinner, they told us it would be about 30 mins for a table but they found something for us within 5 mins. It ended up being a large swinging table (for 6) in a back corner next to a very loud air conditioner. We asked the server if we can move to another table we saw open up closer to the center of the restaurant and with a water view. She had said no but then we asked the host. They gave us a hard time about a waitlist but since we had just sat, we asked if we can be moved before they seat others since this table was very bad. After we moved the ambiance in that area was much better! The food was delicious and our new server was very kind.
Nice atmosphere. The server was friendly and helpful. It was extremely hot inside. The location was very nice and they offer karaoke which everyone was super excited about. The gumbo, Rockefeller oysters, shrimp nachos were really good. It didn't take them along time to serve it. The sweet tea was horrible I wouldn't suggest.
We had unlimited champagne, she crab soup, Mexican tacos, tiramisu French toast everything was outstanding. The waiter was super friendly. It started to rain today, but they were so nice. They moved us inside. The food was out of this world, and the server was the best.the server was Kilbert and the restaurant had a great strong service team.its had a great view of the harbor even on a rainy day .
I can not say enough about the food quality here. Every time we go, we get something different. We have never been disappointed. The service is always on point. Very attentive. Outside seating offers the best view. On occasion, they have a fireworks show and we have been lucky enough to see two on accident. Highly recommended!! 10/10
I love coming here, their gumbo was out of bounds delicious. So hearty and full of flavor and their sausage adds a great kick. My meal was perfect and my drinks perfecter. I like their brunch options as well and bottomless mimosas are delightful. Plus, they sit on the Gulf and have an amazing view and vibes.
Sooooo ... I was a little hesitant based on the reviews, but so glad we went. The food was amazing. The Shrimp and Grits were delicious. My husband enjoyed the hot dog. Everyone was pleased. We sat right overlooking the waterfront. It was such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The server was nice and kept checking on us. I will definitely go back.

Every year we eat Sunday brunch here. It is the best and not to be missed. The view alone is worth it. Endless mimosas are a delight! Vicki was our server and she was fantastic. I always get the Crab Cakes Hollandaise. It's just that good. The Bushwhacker French Toast was enjoyed by my daughter and she said it was good, just very rich. The men in the group both got a traditional breakfast-Sunrise Breakfast. They all said the rosemary potatoes were amazing. We will be back Thursday night to watch the fireworks set off weekly and participate in karaoke. Sundays and Thursdays are the best at Harry T's. read more
Pretty well known as one of the hot spots on Harbor Walk Marina. It gets that reputation for a reason. Great views, fun atmosphere and good food. We started dinner off with the Destin Dips appetizer for $22 was a great start! Smoked tuna, artichoke - spinach, crab n shrimp and salsa dips ensure that there is a dip for anyone at the table. For dinner I had the blacked Mahi-mahi sandwich. Great flavor with a little spice. Perfect for a light and healthy (if you skip the fries) dinner. Blackened Tacos were great, burger was on point, as was my Blackened Mahi-mahi sandwich. All in all, a great evening out! read more

Was raining on our last day, so we decided to hop around the harbor. Starting here and boy let me tell you... The drinks, and apps did not disappoint. We sat upstairs in the bar area. Beautiful view, we even saw dolphins. Webb the bartender suggested the Southern Eggrolls and Seafood nachos. They were AH-FREAKING-MAZING!!! I bet this place is all the way live in the late evenings, and football season. Lots of tv's, even in the bathroom's. Will definitely revisit here on or next trip. read more

Checked this place out for Sunday Brunch while I was killing time on the way to the airport. GORGEOUS location right on the Harbor with lots of seating. I had great service and sat in the covered outdoor area. The seafood nachos were huge and very tasty. I wish they had an option to add crab, but they were still very good. The mimosa is literally a glass of champagne with a juice side, so no complaints. Also, if you plan to have more than 2 mimosas, you should do bottomless it's a better value. I really enjoyed this place and would love to come back for karaoke which I'm sure would be a hoot. read more

Tourist trap STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Got recommended from the crab island water taxi to come to this location as they stated it is "THE BEST" (word for word) restaurant in the harbor. I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted by the service, food and delay of information. Let's start off with the food. Ordered: Stuffed shrimp and trio dip Stuffed shrimp - terrible... absolutely TERRIBLE. The bacon covering the shrimp is typical bacon but stuffed with okay crab meat and the shrimp is rubbery. I only ate one piece and said it's not worth it AT ALL. I had collard greens on the bottom and it tasted soooo salty like it's from the can. It's uncooked as well. Nothing can save this dish except a new chef or adjustment to the menu The trio dip - the tuna dip is probably the best one, with that saying... NOTHING is amazing or special to this dish. It's typical dips that is either too cheesy or typical spinach dip. Salsa is probably the best 2nd dip in the batch. Horrible, wouldn't recommend to anyone Service: We had Erik as our server with a helper but the helper was occupied with other services. The service areas were not too busy for an evening meal and he seemed very flustered with the service and it wasn't great after we ordered our drinks. He mixed my order of the stuffed shrimp with collard greens with another party's stuffed shrimp with Brussels sprouts. He didn't offer to adjust it in anyway so that wasn't great. They also placed a non-cash tax on our bill which was absolutely uncalled for and no heads up. He also stated that their card service was not working at the end of our meal so we are screwed. Overall: Food is gross, service is terrible, and straight up tourist trap. 0/10 would never feed this to an animal. To top it off, the bill for me was almost $90... unfair pricing for terrible food and drinks PS. Had a cockroach appear right at the end of our meal service and we absolutely left the table Friend of mine, ordered Coconut shrimp. the coconut shrimp by itself is decent but the sauce it comes with... what the f...... Anyone that gives this place a bad review, is either extremely hard to please or there was some shear chance they went when they were having a very rare off day! Food was amazing. Service was top notch and the atmosphere and cleanliness were on point... I'm a visitor from the Midwest and have come to Harry T's every time I've visited Destin. Not one bad thing could be said about this place. Thanks for the wonderful date night! See you soon! read more

My seafood Fanta Sea search became a reality! Sadly it was our last night in Destin. I was still in search of a steamed seafood platter like the ones on the Travel channel. After perusing Yelp and Google reviews for an hour I begrudgingly decided on Harry T's. I only say that because of the pricey menu items. It was just before 5 and we were seated right away on the deck. We were going to order one of the smaller seafood combo platter so I ordered peeled shrimp and my husband got gumbo. Then my husband was possessed by Poseidon and suggested ordering the Fanta Sea. I was on board and glad we did. The crab legs, gulf shrimps and mussels were fresh. I liked that they were not shy with the old bay seasoning. The butter sauce the mussels were in had tasty old bay and garlic flavor. The platter was huge and loaded with large crab claws and Gulf shrimps. The mussels were smaller but still fresh. There was also 2 com cobs and potatoes. The cook must have forgotten a few shrimps because the waitress brought another small bowl full and mentioned they forgot to add the rest. Was it pricey? Yes, but they made it worth it. Adding scallops as part of the dish would even make it better. The $5 margaritas were also good. The bill was $166 without tip for 4 margaritas, chocolate milk (which was almost as much as the margs), side of fries, shrimp appetizer, and Fanta Sea. read more

Absolutely go here. I had the crab cakes that were amazing on top of delicious fried green tomatoes. I also had some of the fried cheese appetizer. I thought it would be like normal mozzarella sticks but it was sooo much better. I also tried my sisters mac and cheese with shrimp and it was amazing as well. My parents loved their mahi and quesadilla. We had an awesome server who was very quick with anything we needed. A lovely stop on our vacation! read more

Upon arriving in Destin, I had some time to kill before my room was ready at the nearby Emerald Grande at Harborwalk. I easily found Harry T's right on the harborwalk and stopped in for an early lunch on a Saturday. To my surprise, I found an entire section reserved for the Univ. of Oklahoma Sooners Club of Destin. Boomer! Too early for the college football Saturday watch party, I settled in at a table overlooking the marina. Starting with bottomless mimosas, I really enjoyed the Wycliff Brut champagne. Usually bottomless means 90% oj and 10% champagne. Not here! My waiter would first fill the glass with champagne, THEN top it off with oj. I like it. The side salad was fresh and delicious. The fried shrimp platter was over the top. I didn't have to eat the entire platter. But, I did. And, I regretted it. Or did I? I guess it was actually worth the afternoon tummy ache because it was really good. The frozen cocktails were fantastic and hit the spot on a sunny day by the water. Exceptional service, truly bottomless mimosas, great food, and did I mention FREE GUMBO? Because, of course...... I had a coupon. read more

Ate here while visiting Destin. There wasn't a wait to be seated and our waitress was quick to bring out our food and drinks. I ordered a Bloody Mary and wow, the whole worked! I was able to eat stuffed shrimp a friend ordered and again wow really delicious! The Alaskan crab with shrimp was also a hit. I would visit again when Im down there. read more

I had the honor of meeting the chef at a local event a few weeks ago and the passion he brought fired me up to try the burger. He's creative and all about delivering quality to customers. This may not be on the menu when you go but whatever he makes as a special is what you should try! read more

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have visited this restaurant and they have not disappointed us ..... in fact we got the same server that we had the first time from 2 years ago.... Tye is awesome he knows the menu, I would trust his recommendations.... plus added bonus is the outdoor seating that I recommend for an overall great experience. 10 stars read more

We heard about the spectacular views at Harry T's ' and my wife and I decided to have our couples night out without the kids on vacation night dinner here yesterday evening. We decided to arrive for An early dinner as many of the best restaurants in Destin start piling up long waits pretty quick in the evening and we didn't want to get stuck in a long queue. We were surprised to have no wait and to get seated right away in the outdoor section overlooking the harbor and the bay bridge that connects Destin and Okaloosa Island. Our waiter was friendly but you could tell the restaurant was likely a bit understaffed for the crowds. He had been triple sat at once and despite the day you could feel his urgency in getting to each of the tables as best he was able. He delivered our tea to us and the tea just didn't have a freshly brewed taste. It had that 7 hour old + taste where It's just beginning to have a twang to it from becoming old. It wasn't horrible so we drank it anyway. The table finish had a bit of a tackiness to it and made skin contact with it a little uncomfortable. My wife decided on the stuffed shrimp and I decided on the combo platter with a cluster of crab added. It has been forever since I've had crab because so typically do not splurge when eating at a restaurant, but I made an exception this time. Our wait was not long at all and our food came out within 25 minutes. The portion sizes of our entrees were quite large. Neither of us could actually finish the meal, although we gave it the good ole college try. While I didn't sample any of her shrimp, my wife said her stuffed shrimp was really good. There was some kind of seafood crab cake type of filling with the shrimp that was wrapped in bacon. It came with a side of deliciously roasted Brussels sprouts. My combo platter was amazingly large and far more than what I imagine most people could eat. I think a couple could order this platter to share and neither would walk away feeling unsatisfied. The combo consisted of hand breaded fried shrimp and grouper strips (think chicken strips only with grouper rather than chicken), and a bed of fries. The grouper strip was delicate and really tasty. It went well with the house made tartar sauce. The cluster of crab legs was delivered in a pond of clarifier melted butter that had been well seasoned. The tools provided for the crab were suitable although I'm used to having a crab fork provided to help extricate the delicate crab meat from the shell and that was not included. The crab itself was simply divine. Which it should considering the cluster added about $30 to the cost of the meal. The waiter, while busy, was attentive and ensured everything was just right for us. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. It was a great view of the bay and harbor, all within immediate proximity of the wonderful Harbor Walk village. read more

Located on the boardwalk in downtown Destin, you can find Harry Ts. You can get here by car or if you have a boat, there's parking for that also. Surrounding you, are many shops, restaurants,attractions, and live music. It gets pretty lively here. We got here on a Saturday night Memorial Day weekend around 7pm. There was a 45 min wait. We decided to walk around the boardwalk while waiting for our table. Right at 45 mins, our table was ready. We sat on the patio with ocean front view. The menu consists of various items seafoods, steaks, and platters. The menu did not impress me but the view was worth it. read more

I was skeptical about Harry Ts when first seeing it on Yelp. It is right in the harbor walk in destin and with that view, I figured the food would taste like garbage. Boy was I wrong about my assessment. We showed up on a Saturday at 1030 for bottomless brunch. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the tenderloin Benedict and both were delicious. I have to say that the best part of our experience was our server, Vicky, who kept our mimosa glasses full and our hearts warm. The brunch crowd got pretty rowdy, and Vicky handled the breaking of glasses from a neighboring like a pro. read more
