I would give the food a four, however on a diner scale this is a five. Service is outstanding. Greeting as you walk in, coffee in out cup as we sat down, server sharing specials within the first minute of sitting down, very attentive to clearing dirty plates, asking how the food is right after taking a bite, coffee always refilled. Delivery of the food was shockingly fast. The garden skillet with poached eggs was very good. The pancake was fluffy and golden brown, but cake like. This diner is very clean inside. What a pleasant experience at Harry's Diner. We drove to Sheboygan early Sunday morning to pick up some chairs. After asking a few folks we decided to head over to Harry's. The service was fast, friendly and welcoming. Everyone that works there had a smile and kind words to share. I had the meat lovers omelette YUM! The coffee was hot and someone came by to refill our cups often. I would recommend this lovely diner and hope to take the trip back up to Sheboygan to visit them again. read more

The quintessential diner!!! Has a fifties vibe and the waitresses are delightful. We drove up to a full parking lot and we were going to drive away when a spot opened up. My annual spot for breakfast!! Great local spot for breakfast or brunch. Lots of menu choices and all are made to order. The ambiance is of the 60s so decor is cool and retro. All the locals eat here. It's nice and clean and service is always great. I come back once a year and always stop by Harry's for some coffee and a warm breakfast. This time, I came with my sisters since I was on vacation visiting them. They enjoyed the food and coffee as well. My sister loves their potato cakes which is like a pancake but with shredded potatoes. They also have a sweet breakfast menu such as Nutella crepes and pancakes. They even have sandwiches and skillet items. Been here so many times and everytime has been a great experience. Food cooked to my liking and coffee cup is always filled. I recommend! read more

I would had given a 5 star but the staff does not follow covid precautions. None but one staff person wore mask!! None of the servers, waitresses or front desk had mask on. They did not use every other table ( social distances). They had the sign on the outside door, Mask required!!! But they don't follow it. Although the parking lot is rather small, the inside of Harry's diner is warm and welcoming. The coffee is pretty good. The waitress was very friendly and we got good service. I ordered one egg, hashbrowns and ham--pretty decent. for two breakfasts and one child's plate, we paid $28 (2-coffees and 1 orange juice. The only drawbacks from this restaurant- we had two dirty coffee cups and we had to ask for an extra fork and napkins. read more

Excellent service and food. Husband got the breakfast sandwich and said it was amazing. I got a skillet and was delicious. Children got the French toast and ate it all which says a lot about the taste and quality of their food. Potato pancakes were recommended to us by friends but we forgot to get them. We LOVE Harry's Diner! The food is always great, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the dining area clean. This is easily the best breakfast joint in Sheboygan...they have great classic breakfasts in huge portions for a fair price. The specials are always unique, putting a new spin on old favorites (I fondly remember waffles with an amazing balsamic vinegar and mixed berry compote that was out of this world!). The décor and music are vintage 1950's--complete with an Elvis statue and waitresses in poodle skirts! The only complaint I could possibly offer is that the business hours are limited; they close by 3pm every day and are closed on Mondays. We miss the days when they were open for dinner too... but we're happy to take whatever we can get! read more

Attended for first time this AM. Not impressed when compared to other breakfast places in Sheboygan. Building looked rundown with trash outside and dirty windows. Silverware on table was beat-up...butter knife tip was bent over and fork's teeth were bent. Ordered the biscuits and gravy. Asked if biscuits were hand made, server's replay was they are not and recommended that I ordered the biscuits to be grilled to ensure they were not soggy. Really......?? Sausage gravy had very little sausage in it and was rather bland & mushy. Server was professional. All in all, nothing special....closer to truck stop quality of food. read more

We were in the area for some antiquing and were looking for a bite to eat, so we headed to Harry's. The decor was standard "diner" style with cutesy tin signs, booths that looked like vintage car benches and 50s music played in the background. We arrived within an hour or so of them closing (they do not serve dinner) and there were crumbs on the floor and a few on our booth, but it looked like they had been churning people in and out for several hours. Sandwiches did not come with fries for around the $9 range, but they did come with a cup of soup and you could add fries for just $1. The soup we had was cheesy bacon soup. It was very creamy and it had potato shreds in it and real chunks of bacon. I ordered a Cajun chicken breast sandwich and honestly didn't expect a lot on the Cajun front, but the quality of the juicy chicken and the heat of the Cajun seasoning was respectable. The delicate fluffy Sheboygan bun was pillowy and had cornmeal on the bottom. I found it quite delightful, and I am not a lover of buns and bread, unless it's hearty bread full of visible grains. We had prompt, efficient service and the woman running the cash register made a point to thank us for coming in as we left. read more

We tried Harry's Diner this morning on a rather--" spur of the moment" breakfast away from home. Normally, we enjoy breakfast "out" on Sundays, so this mid-week treat was just that--a real treat for all of us!! My husband & son both ordered a Harry's skillet breakfasts--the meat lovers, & the Italian! Both were huge servings, requiring a Man-Size Appetite! But, my guys managed to eat most of it! They both raved their skillets! I ordered "Harry's Eye Opener" which was 2 eggs and ham, bacon or sausage on a buttered English muffin. It was great--but I still needed to bring 1/2 home. I liked my breakfast, but enough is enough! The service was very fast! They weren't that busy, but it was early and a Wednesday. I'll go back soon to try their Pumpkin Pancakes. This is definitely Sheboygan's best kept secrete. When we're in town to visit the family, we always stop in to visit for obvious reasons. It's the best. This place would be a gem in Chicago or any of the suburbs. I often times wonder what it's doing in Sheboygan. The weather sucks in Wisconsin, I guess the owners have nothing else to do but cook good food. This is by far the most welcoming restaurant I've ever been in. The owners are always there to greet you. Judging by the news articles on the wall, they appear to be very active in the community. Not to mention that the awsome food is way under priced. read more
